중.고등학교 학생을 대상으로 시행한 기본인명구조술(BLS) 이론과 술기 교육에 대한 연구 (The Study on Education and Skill of Basic Life Support Training in Meddle and High School Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study on education and skill of Basic life Support Training in Middle and High School Students. Methods: The Basic life support training courses are taught mostly by Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic. Sixty five middle school students, Seventy eight High school students and forty six adult received tuition in Basic life support training and subsequently completed questionnaires, test and interviews to assess their theoretical knowledge regarding their likelihood of performing Basic life support training. Under the supervisor, The subjects were evaluated by comparing basic life support education and skill data collected and the education sessions consisted of a 30min video tape. The Basic life support skill sessions used Laerdal manikin, and the data stored from the HeartSim were collected for further analysis. The students were asked to practice what they had been. A statistical analysis was done using the SPSS version 13. Results: Their average age of middle school students were 15.3±1.2 years, high school students (17.3±1.8), and adults(38.3±2.3). The total of 189 subjects were evaluated. The criteria used in the study had the following results First, We found that middle and high school students scored higher than adult. The scores were statistically significant to teach and evaluate the education evaluation showed that the adults scored lower than the middle and high school students. Second, We found that high school students and adult scored higher than middle school students. The scores were statistically significant to teach and evaluate the skills evaluation showed that the middle school students scored lower than the high school students and adult. Conclusion: We found that middle and high school students were superior to adult counterparts in understanding the basic life support education. We found that high school students and adult scored higher than middle school students in the BLS skill training. An expansion of basic life support training to middle and high school students is demanded. The Basic life support skills training seems to be retained between 6 and 12 months. The basic life support training should included in the school education curriculum in school.

시뮬레이션 교육이 응급구조과 학생의 기본소생술 수행능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Simulation-based Training on the Competence of Basic Life Support of the students Emergency Medical Technology)

  • Purpose : The simulation-based training in this research consists of theory and practice. Before the training, target students took a test on the competence of basic life support. Based on the result, they were separated as the subject group and comparison group. The simulation-based training was offered to the subject group and the traditional training was given to the comparison group. As soon as the training was completed, a follow-up study was conducted. Methods : This research aimed to figure out the effect of the simulation-based training on the competence of basic life support of the students Emergency Medical Technology. To this end, the nonequivalent pretest-posttest-quasi-experimental design using a comparison group was conducted. Results : The first hypothesis was that 'The group who took the simulation-based training would show higher points in the knowledge of basic life support than the group who took the traditional training.' Among those who took prior theory education, the subject group showed $69.38{\pm}20.43$ points while the comparison group showed $76.25{\pm}21.33$ points(t = -0.658, p = 0.531). Among those who took prior theory education and training, the subject group showed $82.86{\pm}10.86$ points while the comparison group showed $79.33{\pm}15.45$ points(t = 0.705, p = 0.487). Since there were no significant statistical differences between the two groups, the first hypothesis didn't hold. It showed few differences between the two training methods. The second hypothesis was that 'The group who took the simulation-based training would show higher points in the basic life support skills than the group who took the traditional training.' Among those who took prior theory education, the subject group showed $65.75{\pm}7.66$ points while the comparison group showed $46.88{\pm}13.48$ points(t = -3.442, p = 0.004). Among those who took prior theory education and training, the subject group showed $79.50{\pm}11.40$ points while the comparison group showed $62.13{\pm}11.44$ points(t = 4.091, p = 0.000). Since there were significant statistical differences between the two groups, the second hypothesis held. It showed substantial differences between the two training methods. Conclusion : The group who took the simulation-based training showed more positive effects on the competence of basic life support than those who took the traditional training. Therefore, it is confirmed that the simulation-based training is a useful method to improve clinical work performance of the students Emergency Medical Technology.

산업체 현장실습 운영 현황 분석을 통한 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the improvement through the present state analysis of the industry field training)

  • This paper examines the industry field training education model, analyze the operational status proposed improvement measures. Data were analyzed using a field training participating students participating industry last three years. On the other hand analysis field training participating students increased, industry participation has decreased. And most of the students took part in the seasonal short-term job training. In addition, it was difficult to analyze the employment status field training operations follow-up member. In this paper, a field training operations support system management models and practical training courses organized field trips how to improve. Field training operations support will be strengthened through the work associated with the company expanding participation model introduced and is expected to increase in the long-term practical training, students participate in field training system improvement. Run the job training Improvement in future research presented in this paper attempts to analyze the students' employment status and results of operations involved.

간호학생의 기본 심폐소생술에 대한 태도, 지식, 능숙도에 미치는 교육의 지속효과 (Retention Effect of Basic Life Support Education Program on Attitude, Knowledge, Skillfulness for Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the retention effects of a basic life support training program for nursing students on their attitude, knowledge, and skillfulness. Methods: A one-group repeated posttest design was employed for this study. The subjects included 44 junior nursing students from Gachon University in Incheon. Data were collected by a structured questionnaire test immediately after, 3 months after, 6 months after, and 9 months after the training respectively from May 2014 through March 2015. Results: The respective attitude, knowledge and skillfulness score on BLS of the nursing students had reduced significantly at 3 months after (p<.001), 6 months after (p<.001), and 9 months after (p<.001, p=.011 for Attitudes) the training compared to immediately after the training. Conclusion: Re-training on basic life support for nursing students should be implemented within 3 months for retention of educational effects. Thus, it is recommended that basic life support training programs, including a curriculum for nursing students, is developed to support re-training. And it is expected that the improved skills of nursing students on basic life support would contribute to the successive first aid nursing for patients at risk of cardiac arrest.

기업 HRD 교육훈련 프로그램의 조직지원 특성에 따른 효과성 (Effect of the Characteristics of Organizational Support on Company HRD Education & Training Program)

  • 본 연구는 기업 HRD 교육훈련 프로그램에 대한 조직지원 특성이 HRD 교육훈련 프로그램의 효과성에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 상사지원, 직무지원, 회사지원으로 구성된 조직지원 특성을 독립변인으로 하고, 반응, 학습, 전이, 결과수준을 효과성의 종속변수로 하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 자료 수집은 2011년 8월 16일부터 9월 9일까지 국내 상장 및 코스닥 등록 증권사 중 서울에 본사를 두고 상시 재직자 온 오프라인 교육훈련 프로그램을 운영하고 있는 5개 기업의 임직원에게 설문지를 이용하여 배포하였다. 설문지는 3차로 나누어 총 340부가 배포되었으며, 총 164부의 설문지가 최종분석에 활용되었다. 검증 결과, 가설 1. 조직지원 특성이 반응수준에 미치는 영향에서, 상사지원, 직무지원, 회사지원은 반응수준에 대해서 모두 p<0.01 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 가설 2. 조직지원 특성이 학습수준에 미치는 영향에서, 상사지원, 직무지원, 회사지원은 학습수준에 대해서 p<0.05, p<0.01 수준에서 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 가설 3. 조직지원 특성이 전이수준에 미치는 영향에서, 상사지원, 직무지원, 회사지원은 전이수준에 대해서 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가설 4. 조직지원 특성이 결과수준에 미치는 영향에서, 상사지원, 직무지원, 회사지원은 결과수준에 p<0.01 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 기업 교육훈련의 효과성은 교육훈련 프로그램의 내용과 질도 중요하지만, 교육훈련 과정에 대한 지지체계와 학습한 것을 실제 업무 현장에 적용할 수 있는 환경이 성과에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 선행연구 결과를 재확인할 수 있었으며, 실제로 교육훈련 프로그램을 주관하고 실시하는 기업이나 전문가들은 교육훈련 프로그램 설계 특성도 중요하나, 조직지원 특성이 교육훈련 효과에 중요하게 작용함을 인식하여야 할 것이다.

옴니채널 유통환경에서 패션기업의 내부마케팅 구성요인 -여성복 판매원을 중심으로- (A Qualitative Study on the Internal Marketing of Fashion Companies in the Omni Channel Fashion Distribution Environment -Focused on the Woman's Clothing Salesperson-)

  • The advent of Omni Channel has changed the fashion business model and the role of fashion sales persons. In such situation, internal marketing can become an important organizational management strategy for fashion companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the components of internal marketing of fashion companies for fashion shop masters in an omni channel environment. To achieve the purpose of this study, To achieve the purpose of this study, a qualitative study was conducted to investigate the internal marketing sub-factors of fashion companies. In-depth interviews were conducted for qualitative study. Seven respondents to the in-depth interview were fashion shop masters who had at least 10 years of field work experience. As a result of the qualitative study, internal marketing was derived from five factors, including empowerment, education and training, rewards, internal communication, and management supports. Empowerment factors consist of initiative, encourage creativity, and problem solving. Education and training factors consist of the degree of education and training opportunities, the value of education and training, and the scope of education and training. Rewards factors consist of diversity of rewards, fairness of rewards, and source of rewards. Internal communication factors consist of communication flexibility, diversity of communication and receptivity of communication. Management support factors consist of headquarters support and department store support.

재난관리 교육훈련의 전이효과에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 - 경기도 소방공무원 인식을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Factors Affecting Transfer Effect of Education and Training of Disaster Management - Focused on the Perceptions of Fire Officials -)

  • 본 연구는 재난관리 교육훈련의 전이효과에 대한 충분한 연구가 이루어지지 못하고 있다는 문제 제기 하에 교육훈련의 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 경기도 소방공무원들의 인식을 토대로 실증적으로 규명하고자 한다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 본 연구는 국내 외의 선행연구 검토를 통해 교육훈련의 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하여 이러한 요인들이 실제로 소방공무원들의 교육훈련 전이에 영향을 미치고 있는지를 실증적으로 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과, 교육훈련 전이효과에 대한 영향을 미치는 정도에 유의미한 변수는 업무관련성, 학습문화, 동료지원, 자기 효능감, 학습동기, 학습능력, 교육방법 순으로 교육훈련 전이효과에 영향력이 있는 변수로 나타났다.

  • This article starts with a review of the organization characteristics and corporate education training program, especially in relation to the cyber education. In particular, we empirically analyzed the factors affecting the characteristics of education program (e.g., relatedness of the program contents, method of education and instructor's ability) and the organization characters (e.g., support of manager and coworker, education culture). Hence the main purpose of this article is to suggest an empirical model explaining how these factors affect the transfer of training and enterprise revitalization. Furthermore, we suggested an expanded model about cyber education training program, transfer of training, and corporate's facilitation. We founded that the contents and method of education significantly affect the transfer of training, while instructor's ability does not significantly affect. Supports from manager and coworkers, education culture, and transfer of training also affect the enteprize revitalization.

  • The theoretical and methodological provisions that allow to systematically and comprehensively study the postgraduate pedagogical education of teachers; the essence and features of postgraduate pedagogical education of teachers of diverse training institutions, providing professional and pedagogical training of this category of pedagogical personnel, have been determined; regularities, principles and conditions for the implementation of promising directions of development of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of diverse training have been developed; developed technological support for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of multidisciplinary training; identified and substantiated promising directions for the development of postgraduate pedagogical education for teachers of multidisciplinary training in vocational education, due to the modernization.

최근 3년(2021-2023) 교원 중점 추진 방향 탐색 (Exploring the Direction of Teacher Training for the Past Three Years (2021-2023))

  • 이 연구의 목적은 최근 3년(2021년, 2022년, 2023년) 교육부 교원양성 연수과에서 발표하는 교원 연수 중점 추진 방향을 분석하여 미래 사회에 교원 연수의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최근 3년 교원 연수 추진 배경은 변화된 것이 없었다. 최근 3년의 교원 연수 추진 배경은 교원 전문성 신장, 미래 환경 대응, 교원 연수 질 제고, 교육정책 추진력 확보이다. 추진 배경 세부 내용도 최근 3년 변함이 없다. 둘째, 최근 3년 교원 연수 비전의 경우 교원 연수체제 혁신이다. 이를 위하여 2021년에는 미래 교육환경 변화 선도를, 2022년에는 미래 공교육 선도를, 2023년에는 개별 학생 맞춤형 교육지원을 비전으로 하고 있다. 연수 목표의 경우 2021년에는 교원 생애 단계에 맞는 지속적 전문성 신장과 미래 교육환경에 부합하는 교원 핵심역량 제고를, 2022년에는 미래 교육체제에 적합한 교원 역량 강화와 교원 연수 내실화를 통한 사회적 신뢰 확보를, 2023년에는 미래 교육체제에 적합한 교원 역량 강화와 교원 연수 내실화를 통한 교실 수업의 변화에 두고 있다. 최근 3년 교원 연수 중점 추진 방향은 3가지이다. 첫째, 맞춤형 연수지원, 둘째, 미래형 연수체제 강화, 셋째, 교원 연수 내실화이다. 이 세 가지는 최근 3년 모두 유사하다. 결론적으로 최근 3년 교원 연수 중점 추진 방향에는 큰 변화가 없었다.
