Nowadays science and technology analyses appeared as standing on the basis of the scope and quantity of literature in the field of rapidly progressed science and technology. And using both of them, it is named 'bibliometric'\;or\;'scientometrics'. These analysis results answer emergence in science and technology and provide researchers, responsible persons, technological information specialists, and planners with useful value. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to suggest schematized change aspects and new research directions hidden in bibliographical phenomenon of a paper in the science and technology field to science and technology researchers and policy planners. For this, the field this paper researche is the next generation OLED field. The reason to choose this field is due to the importance of the next generation OLED, and wide scope connected by various fields. Besides, to measure application and technological fields by using bibliographical method and technology is as important as in a basic research field.

The paper discusses technology platforms as an instrument of science, technology and innovation policy in light of their use in industrial R&D. The authors assert that the technology platforms approach as a policy concept refects special organizational and institutional features learned from industrial technology platforms. The characteristics of industrial technology platforms are reviewed, and their impact on the organization of research, development and innovation activities in companies is explored. Second, the industrial technology platform is examined in the context of European Technology Platforms and the recent initiative for technology platforms in Russia. Finally, the technology platform concept implications for the STI policy context are discussed.

이 연구는 학교 진로교육 목표 및 성취기준 개정안을 바탕으로 2015 개정 가정과 교육과정이 반영된 중학교 기술·가정 교과서 가정생활 분야 내용을 분석하여 중학교 기술·가정 교과서 가정생활 분야에 포함된 진로교육 내용을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 2015 교육과정이 적용된 중·고등학교 기술·가정 교과서 5종을 선정하여 한국직업능력연구원(2021)에서 개발한 학교 진로교육 목표 및 성취기준 개정안을 교과서 분석을 위한 틀로 사용하였다. 분석결과 2015 개정 중학교 기술·가정 교과서 가정생활 분야에서 진로교육 내용 반영 수준은 생애 설계와 진로 선택 단원이 87개로 가장 많았고, 청소년의 발달 특성 단원이 36개, 저출산·고령사회와 일·가정양립 단원이 31개 순으로 반영되어 있었다. 가정 교과서에 나타난 진로교육 내용으로는 다양한 직업인의 탐색(24.30%)이 가장 많았고, 미래사회의 변화 탐색(22.74%), 직업세계의 변화 탐색(18.66%) 순으로 많이 반영되고 있었다. 연구 결과 중학교 기술·가정 교과서(가정생활 분야)에 반영된 진로교육의 수준이 높음을 확인하였고 이는 가정교과연계 진로교육으로의 적용가능성이 높음을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 가정교과에서 다문화교육의 목표 및 내용 요소를 선정하고, 이를 통해 고등학교 기술 가정 교과서(가정 영역)에 반영된 다문화 내용의 분석 결과를 토대로 향후 교과서 개선 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 가정교과에서의 다문화교육의 목표를 '비판적 사고를 통한 다문화적 역량을 함양하여 새로운 문화 창조'로 설정하였다. 6종 기술 가정 교과서(가정 영역)의 다문화적 내용 요소를 분석한 결과 '지식 영역'에 압도적으로 많은 분포를 보이고 있었고, '기능 영역' 중 '대인 및 집단 가능' 부분이 매우 높은 비율을 차지하고 있었으며, '가치 영역'은 하위 요소별 그 분포가 비교적 고르게 나타났다. 대부분의 교과서는 우려나라 전통 문화 및 세계 여러 문화의 특정, 다문화 사회에 필요한 가치를 다루고는 있으나, 다른 문화와의 의사소통 방법 및 다양한 문화와 공존할 수 있도록 히는 내용은 부족하였다. 향후 교과서 개발 시 평등한 관점에서 다양한 문화를 이해하고 존중할 수 있게 하며, 사회 속에서 구체적으로 우리와 다문화 구성원들이 더불어 사는 방법, 환경, 가치관, 이념 및 태도 등을 비판적으로 사고하게 하는 내용을 포함할 필요가 있다. 이제 가정과교육은 다문화 사회에 살고 있는 학생들이 다양한 문화차이를 이해하는 수준을 뛰어넘어 비판적인 사고를 통해 바람직한 문화를 창조할 수 있도록 도와야 한다.

The aim of this study was to provide basic materials that would enable students who take courses in the subjects of technology and home economics to take the knowledge and technological skills they learn in the classroom and apply them to real life situations and to nurture their thinking power and creativity. To achieve these research objectives, a survey was conducted on 217 home economics teachers at 129 schools in the metropolitan area in order to assess their classroom operations and the adequacy of the curriculum regarding "clothes-making and reuse." The results showed that most of the schools surveyed have only one classroom for home economics and that a majority of them are cooking rooms. The most preferred place to practice making clothes was found to be the classroom. In addition, the use of teaching aids pertaining to clothes-making are lacking or in poor shape. Furthermore, analysis of the curriculum regarding "clothes-making and reuse" showed that most of the students use kits that contain materials for making clothes, due to a lack of practice hours. Most teachers thought that this section was appropriate for the school curriculum. In the more detailed categories, the students' ability to use sewing machines was the lowest, while the ability to sew by hand was selected as the most useful and most appropriate for real life situations.

Based on the literatures about MIS published in Mainland China and foreign journals from 2002 to 2007, this paper compares and analyzes the various research topics, research methods and the distribution of publication in MIS research. It brings forward three aspects of differences between the domestic and foreign MIS research and gives some suggestions to advance domestic research.

The purpose of this study was to suggest systematic, efficient, and developmental plans for dietary and nutrition education, through analyzing students' perceptions and utilizations of the $\ulcorner$Food and Nutrition$\lrcorner$ area of Technology Home economics in middle school. This study was conducted using self administered questionnaires on general environmental factors, perceptions, and utilization of the $\ulcorner$Food and Nutrition$\lrcorner$ area. The subjects were 807 middle school students of the seventh, eighth, and ninth grades in Gyeonggi province. Most of the students positively recognized the necessity for the $\ulcorner$Food and Nutrition$\lrcorner$ area in Technology Home economics. However, changes in the interest in $\ulcorner$Food and Nutrition$\lrcorner$ after a lesson were not significant. The utilization of the lesson appeared highest in cases where the teachers' instructing methods went abreast with teaching focused on practice or teaching based on practice and theory and if teachers used various teaching materials. These results suggested that teachers should make efforts to raise the students' interest for the lesson in Technology Home economics. Therefore, the contents of the lesson should complement the learners' demands such that they are useful in real life situations. Also, more positive teaching methods and various media which could satisfy the needs and interests of the students should be developed. In addition, teaching methods should be evaluated for an effective and practical curriculum of $\ulcorner$Food and Nutrition$\lrcorner$ in Home Economics.

The objective of this study is to analyze the scope and depth of financial education currently delivered through three subjects in middle and high schools in South Korea. In order to systematically achieve the research objective, this study analyzed the textbooks to see how much coverage each topic received based upon the Finance Education Standards developed by the Financial Supervisory Service and the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation in 2011. In particular, this study used textbooks of three subjects such as Technology Home Economics, Social Studies, and Economics. Finally, this study discussed several implications for financial educators for teenagers and policy makers.

Advances in FPGA technology have enabled fast real-time simulation of power converters, filters and loads. FPGA based HIL (Hardware-In-the-Loop) simulators have revolutionized control hardware and software development for power electronics. Common time step sizes in the order of 100ns are sufficient for simulating switching frequency current and voltage ripples. In order to keep the time step as small as possible, ideal switching function models are often used to simulate the phase legs. This often produces inferior results when simulating the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and disabled operational states. Therefore, the corresponding measurement and protection units cannot be tested properly. This paper describes a new solution for this problem utilizing a discrete-time PI controller. The PI controller simulates the proper DC and low frequency AC components of the phase leg voltage during disabled operation. It also retains the advantage of fast real-time execution of switch-based models when an accurate simulation of high frequency junction capacitor oscillations is not necessary.
