사이버공간과 사회조사:온라인 사회조사의 쟁점과 과제 (Cyberspace and survey research: The methodological implications and issues of online survey research)

  • 사이버공간이 독특한 사회적 공간으로 자리잡고 이에 대한 경험적 자료의 필요성이 중대됨에 따라 컴퓨터 통신망을 이용한 사회조사가 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구는 사이버공간이 보여주는 기술적 기능성을 방법론적으로 검토해 봄으로써 온라인 사회조사의 발전가능성을 탐색하고 있다. 온라인 사회조사는 표집틀, 응답자 접촉방식, 질문지 형태 등에 따라 회원 조사, 방문자조사, 전자우편조사, 전자설문조사로 구분될 수 있으며 기존의 조사방법에 비하여 조사비용의 저렴하고 조사의 실행이 용이하다는 특징을 가지고 있다. 그러나 체계적 오차와 관련하여 온라인 사회조사는 표본설계(모집단의 규정, 표집틀 오차, 추출오차), 측정(측정도구의 구성, 시스템의 안정성과 충실성, 비 응답 및 응답오차) 조사윤리의 측면에서 많은 과제를 안고 있다. 이러한 방법론적인 쟁점에 대한 충분한 고려가 이루어질 때 온라인 사회조사는 본격적인 조사연구의 한 방법으로 자리잡을 수 있을 것이다.

  • 이메일을 통해서 거래처나 경영진을 사칭하여 금전이나 민감한 정보를 탈취하는 BEC(Business Email Compromise) 공격이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이러한 공격 형태는 최근 발생한 무역사기 중 가장 큰 비중을 차지하며 FBI에서 추정 2019년 피해 금액만 약 17억 달러에 이른다. 하지만 이에 비해서 기업들의 대응 실태를 살펴보면 전통적인 SPAM 차단시스템에 의존하고 있어 보다 치밀해져만 가는 BEC 공격에는 사실상 무방비 상태이며, 임직원에 관련 사고를 안내하고 주의를 당부하는 변화관리 수준의 대응에 머물고 있다. 이에 BEC 사고 유형과 방법들을 분석하고, AI를 통한 기업에서의 효과적인 BEC 공격 대응방안을 제안하고자 한다.

A Study on the Competitive Advantage Strategy of Convenience Store (CVS) in Japan: Focusing on 7-Eleven

  • Purpose - This study aims to analyze 7-Eleven's specific competitive advantage strategy according to changes in the Japanese convenience store industry by selecting 7-Eleven, a leading company in the Japanese convenience store industry, as a representative case study. Research design, data, and methodology - Due to the current COVID-19 situation, fact-finding such as interviews with key managers through visiting surveys was not possible, so this case study was carried out based on the literature such as official and unofficial data collected from the companies through e-mail and articles that have been published outside. Result - As a result of the analysis, the researcher found that five competing strategy factors, such as dominant strategy, innovative logistics system strategy, information system development strategy, joint product development strategy, and direct communication strategy have closely maintained the mutual relation to form a combined strategy focusing on the franchise development strategy. Conclusion - The competitive advantage of 7-Eleven is thought to have secured its competitive advantage by combining the five competitive strategies complementarily for rapid response to change, cost advantage, and differentiated advantage. The management implications specified in this study can be considered a reference for establishing a competitive strategy for sustainable growth of the convenience store industry in the fierce competition and saturated market environment of Korean convenience stores.

양.한방 상호보완 방안에 관한 인식도 연구 - 의사, 한의사 및 보건의료전문가간 비교를 중심으로 - (Cognitive Discrepancies of the Mutual Development Strategies of Western and Oriental Medicine in Korea - A Comparison between Western and Oriental Medical Practitioners and Health Professionals -)

  • This study is conducted to compare how the Western.Oriental medical practitioners and health professionals perceive reciprocal development strategies respectively of Western.Oriental Medicine in Korea. A total of 3,273 persons were questioned by direct distribution, e-mail, and mail with a self-developed questionnaire. Of those questioned, 362 responded (the response rate of 11.1%), and of them n persons (Western medical practitioners 206, Oriental medical practitioners 90, and health professionals 64) were analyzed with SPSS for Windows. The results were as follows: The need for legislation on the mutual development system for Western.Oriental Medicine was recognized by 66.9% (218 persons) of respondents. Among them, largest group who agreed with this need was the health professionals. Western medical practitioners chose the "the difference of approach methods on the diseases between Western.Oriental Medicine" as their response, and Oriental medical practitioners & health professionals selected "the indifference or bias of Western medical practitioners"as the reasons for the inactivity in developing a mutual system of Western.Oriental Medicine. Therefore, Western medical practitioners and health professionals selected the category of "the reformation of educational system", while Oriental medical practitioners selected the category of "the activation of joint research on Western.Oriental medical care" as the most important condition for setting a precedent. Also, Western medical practitioners preferred "cooperative health care system for Western medical care supported by Oriental medical care", but Oriental medical practitioners and health professionals preferred “cooperative health care system of Western.Oriental medicine on equal terms" In conclusion, Western '||'&'||' Oriental medical practitioners have to make every effort to close the gap between differing views through mutual understanding and respect if joint research of Western.Oriental medical care is to become a reality. 국내 한방병원의 IRB 및 임상시험 실태조사 (Current Status of Institutional Review Boards and Approvals of Clinical Research in Oriental Medical Hospitals in Korea: A Survey)

  • Objective: To investigate institutional review boards and approved clinical trials of Oriental medical hospitals in Korea Methods: We e-mailed 16 Oriental medical hospitals a survey consisting of questions that addressed two topics, institutional review boards and the clinical trials they approved. The first part included questions about whether each hospital had an institutional review board, that board's staffing and education, reviews, and expedited reviews. The clinical trials portion covered the number and types of approved clinical trials, treatment methods, whether an investigator or a sponsor initiated the trials, diseases, time frame, and clinical trial fee. Results: We received a response to our e-mail from 14 hospitals, all of which had an institutional review board. The average number of institutional review board members was 13.57. Of these Oriental medical hospitals, 70% and 49% said that they regularly educated their institutional review board staff and clinical trial, investigators, respectively. 79% of the hospitals claimed to conduct regular reviews, and 50% said that they did so monthly. The number of approved clinical trials increased sharply from 11 in 2005 to 102 in 2008. 68% of these clinical trials were randomized, and the most-used treatment methods were herbal medicine (35%) and acupuncture (29%). The most common target diseases were circulatory (19%), urinogenital (14%), and musculoskeletal (13%) disease. Conclusions: Despite the rapid increase in clinical research in oriental medical hospitals, many more efforts including raising IRB quality, varying research diseases and increasing clinical trials in the hospitals located in non-metropolitan area, should be made.

사업체패널조사의 조사설계 (Survey Design of the Workplace Panel Survey in Korea)

  • 사업체패널조사는 상용근로자 30인 이상의 사업체를 대표하는 패널을 구성하여 전반적인 경영환경 및 인적자원 관리체계, 노사관계의 현황 및 임금교섭 과정 등에 대한 정보를 추적 조사하는 종단면 조사이다. 이 조사는 우리나라의 고용구조 및 노동수요를 체계적으로 파악하고, 전반적인 인적자원 관리체계를 평가하여 바람직 한 노동시장정책을 수립하기 위한 기초자료로 활용하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 조사에서는 인사담당자 응답용, 노사관계 업무담당자 응답용, 근로자대표 응답용으로 구분된 세 종류의 설문지가 사용되었다. 사업체패널조사의 표본사업체는 지역, 업종 구분 및 사업장 규모 등을 층화변수로 하는 층화임의추줄법에 따라 추출되었다. 사업체패널조사의 가중치는 설계 가중치, 무응답 조정, 사후층화 조정의 과정을 거쳐 작성되었으며, 조사 실사과정은 조사데이터의 질을 높이고자 컴퓨터보조개별면접 (CAPI) 방법을 적용하여 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 사업체패널조사에 대한 구조와 주요 설문내용, 표본설계, 실사과정, 응답률 현황, 무응답 대체방법, 가중치 작성과정, 조사결과에 대한 설계효과 분석 등에 대해서 논의하였다.

의약분업 예외지역 약국의 스테로이드 외용제 복약지도 실태조사 (A Survey on Pharmacists' Prescription Behaviors for Topical Steroids in Regions without Separation of Dispensary from Medical Practice in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to survey on the pharmacists' medication teaching service for topical steroids in regions without separation of dispensary from medical practice. The questionnaire was sent to 199 pharmacists who work inregions without separation of dispensary from medical practice via mail, e-mail or fax. 112 out of 199 pharmacists requested have answered the survey (response rate 56.28%). The questionnaire was composed of 4 categories with demographic characteristics, generally explained contents, adverse effects and precaution in pregnancy, breastfeeding and children. We analyzed the questionnaire by the 6 items with reference to the practical guidelines for medication teaching service. The medication teaching service for topical steroids in terms of generic name, physical characteristics, efficacy, usage and dosage, warning and precaution has been well provided by pharmacists in regions without separation of dispensary except for means and duration of optimal storage. The majority of pharmacists provided their patients with 4 and more kinds of items (69.64%), but the generally recommended 4 kinds of items such as generic name, efficacy, usage and dosage, warning and precaution were provided in as low as 48.22% of the respondents. These results show that the medication teaching service for topical steroids in terms of means and duration of optimal storage (45.54%) and the generally recommended 4 kinds of items have not been enough provided by pharmacists in regions without separation of dispensary. Taken together pharmacists in these regions should make a proper guideline for medication teaching service that can prevent the adverse effects of topical steroids.

협력학습을 위한 혼합학습 전략 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Blended Learning Strategy for Collaborative Learning)

  • 협력학습이 효과적인 교수모형으로 인식되고 있고, 최근 기본적인 학습 환경은 면대면 강의실 환경일지라도 e-러닝 환경의 장점을 부가적으로 활용하는 혼합학습 형태의 수업이 급격히 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고아직 협력학습을 위한 체계적인 혼합학습 전략에 대한 연구는 많이 부족하다. 이 연구에서는 면대면 환경에서의 협력학습 모형을 기반으로 혼합학습 전략을 개발하고, 실제 학습 현장에 적용하여 수업의 만족도를 알아보기 위한 설문을 실시하였다. 설문 내용은 학습자 기초 조사를 위한 문항, 수업 전반에 대한 만족도, 혼합학습 환경에서의 협력학습에 대한 만족도, 협력학습 각 단계에 적용된 혼합학습 전략 및 지원도구에 대한 만족도 등의 문항으로 구성하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혼합학습이 면대면 강의실 수업의 부족한 부분을 보완할 수 있겠는가에 대한 응답자들의 답변은 5점 Likert scale의 평균 4.09로 조사되었고, 혼합학습 환경에서의 협력학습이 면대면 환경에서보다 더 효과적이었는가에 대한 답변은 평균 4.06으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 협력학습의 각 단계에서 적용한 혼합학습 전략과 지원도구의 활용에 대한 만족도는 모든 문항에 대해서 평균 4.0이상으로 만족도가 매우 높게 조사되었다. 셋째, 혼합학습 전략에서 사용된 지원도구 중 학습자들이 가장 유용하다고 인식하는 순서는 채팅, 팀별 커뮤니티, 메일&쪽지, 자료실 순으로 조사되었다. 마지막으로, 향후 학습관리시스템의 협력학습 모듈을 설계할 때에는 이와 같은 연구 결과를 적극 반영해야함을 제언하였다.

영양사의 직무만족도와 HACCP 시스템 적용 장애요인 인식정도가 위생.안전관리 수행에 미치는 영향 - 경북지역 학교급식소를 대상으로 - (Influences of School Food Service Dietitians' Job Satisfaction and Perception of Barriers to HACCP Implementation on Food Sanitation/Safety Management Performance in Gyeongbuk Province)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships between dietitian’s job satisfaction and perception of barriers to HACCP implementation and food safety/sanitation management performance in school food service. An e-mail survey was conducted to 144 dietitians in Gyeongbuk Province. A response rate was 57.6%(N=83) and data were analyzed using SPSS Windows(ver. 10.0). Dietitians were more satisfied with ‘supervision’ and 'co-workers' than 'pay' and 'promotion.' Dietitians perceived 'lack of teachers' support on student education' and ‘limited availability of facilities/equipment' as the biggest challenges in implementing a HACCP system. A total score of sanitation/safety management performance evaluated by school districts was 92 out of 100. By category, 'safety management' and 'personal hygiene' were rated the highest whereas 'facilities/equipment' and 'HACCP system' categories were rated the lowest. The food sanitation/safety management performance scores were not correlated to dietitian’s job satisfaction, but significantly correlated to dietitian’s perceptions of barriers to HACCP implementation. As dietitians perceived facilities/equipment-related barriers greater, the scores of 'facilities/equipment(p<.01),' 'production process(p<.05),' and 'total score(p<.01)' were significantly lower. The findings suggest that more investment on facilities/equipment are needed for food safety improvement and successful HACCP implementation in school food service. Proper facilities and equipment will make employees monitor CCPs and take corrective actions more easily.

대학병원 근로자의 지식경영 준비도에 관한 연구 (The Readiness of the University Hospital Employees for the Knowledge-based Management)

  • This study purports to investigate the readiness of the university hospital employees in the knowledge-based management. Data were collected from 550 employees including administrative, nursing, and technical staff of 9 university hospitals located in Seoul and Kyunggi Province through the self-administered questionnaires. The response rate was 79% and 425 questionnaires were used as final data and analyzed using 2 test, t-test, and ANOVA. The main findings of the study are as follows. 1) It seems that most employees of the study hospitals have basic knowledge on the concept of knowledge-based management. This finding implies that the implementation of the knowledge-based management in Korean university hospitals will not likely to face strong resistance from their employees. 2) The results show that Korean hospital employees are still not so accustomed to using e-mail as the main communication tool. This finding suggests that it is necessary to use various communication tools which include electronic data interchange, teleconference, and cyber chatting for facilitating the knowledge-based management in Korean university hospitals. 3) It is desirable to appoint a chief knowledge officer(CKO) for operating knowledge-based management system effectively. 4) A reward system for employees who show a distinguished performance in the creation and sharing of new knowledge should be established. Knowledge mileage system, selection of the best knowledge employee and team will be a good example of the effective reward system. 5) The participation and support from the chief executive officers (CEO) of the hospitals is an important factor for successful knowledge-based management. Furthermore, to make physicians actively participate in the knowledge-based management is another important factor for obtaining valuable outputs from the system. 6) It is found that the knowledge and skills of the hospitals employees on the information technology (IT) are not sufficient for making knowledge-based management more popular. This implies that it is very important to select IT-oriented employees and educate them continuously on the knowledge-based management.
