  • Implementing ERP system is inherently a very complex task that involves ongoing training employees to use the new system. However, the traditional methods of ERP training and education have presented many problems. A new form of training, e-learning, has emerged. E-learning enables trainees to sign on classes without restrictions of time, distance, and classroom availability. We suggested several usage strategies and e-learning combined model for ERP related organizational change management.

  • 최근 e-러닝의 확산 속도에 따른 많은 문제점도 발생되고 있으며 그중 가장 큰 이슈가 e-러닝 사이트에 대한 평가인데 즉, 제공하는 사이트의 서비스품질이 사용자들에게 얼마만큼의 성과를 통한 만족을 가져다 줄 수 있는지에 대한 문제이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e-러닝의 사업 분류 중 일반인과 학생을 교육대상으로 하는 B2C e-러닝 사이트의 서비스품질 결정요인이 개인성과, 사용자만족, 재이용의향 등에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적에 따른 결과를 토대로 e-러닝 사이트의 벤더가 사용자들에게 고품질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최우선적으로 고려해야 할 요인들과 전략적 시사점을 제시하여 실제적인 e-러닝의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

  • In this study, we study and analysis on e-Learning based Information Security curriculum. e-Learning based university education courses will be much more established in Korea based on advanced IT technology. Computer related majors such as 'Computer Science' and 'Software' can be easily combined with e-Learning system. And Advanced Information Security Expert (AISE) educational course must be broadly opened for satisfying national requirements. In this study, we analyze e-Learning course on Information Security major based on off-line curriculum and suggest new model for further research.

  • The e-learning market in korea has been growing rapidly over the past several years. We selects the variables well matched to service quality of e-learning site on the basis of independent variables of this study, sets the models as adding the factors newly noticed such as convenience of site use in e-learning. We also see the significance of the relationships between service quality of e-learning site, personal performance, customer satisfaction and customer's reuse intention.

  • As the numbers of Internet users and the growth of education market along with the generalization of distance study increase, e-Learning industry in China is growing rapidly more than 20% each year. However, domestic e-Learning industry for entry to the Chinese market is showing inadequate result even though its potential growth in China and their scale of industry is near about 3 trillion won. A type of this industry is combined with Information Technology (IT) and education industry and their complex factors need to be considered because of the country's education policy and ICT infrastructure. In addition to these factors, sometimes main agents can be the government or a private organization and they form different circumstances each other. Therefore, it is required to have an in-depth study of the entering the Chinese market based on an accurate analysis for Chinese education and culture. In this research, it will focus on the current state of e-Learning market in Korea and China after studying the e-Learning system through the existing reference research. Moreover, this research will propose a method of the entry for the Chinese e-Leaning market through a case study from domestic and foreign companies.

  • This study identified the important categories and items about evaluation criteria of e-learning quality assurance by comparing evaluation criteria between Korea and France case. For deriving the conclusion, this research analyzed the Korea quality assurance case which is consist of success or failure for evaluation of quality assurance, and built the generic quality model of e-learning evaluation criteria. A generic model about evaluation criteria, categories, and item of e-learning quality assurance, which should be reflected on French quality criteria, were developed based on statistical approach. This research suggests a evaluation criteria which can be applied to African and Asian countries, that are related to AUF, as well as Korea. The result of this study can be applied to all organizations around the world which prepare for e-learning quality assurance, and at the same time it will be a valuable resource for companies or institutions which want to be evaluated e-learning quality assurance.

Longitudinal Study on the Intention to Use of e-Learning Learners (이러닝 학습자들의 이용의도에 관한 종단적 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of students' perceptions by comparing factors affecting e-learning intention before and after e-learning experience based on longitudinal data. For this purpose, a research study was conducted targeting university students at Y and K universities in Gyeongsangbuk-do. As a result, first, the convenience of learning time, the ease of learning process, and the usefulness of e-learning had an effect on e-learning intention regardless of the learning experience. Second, the convenience of the learning space was different in the perception before and after the learning experience, and it was found to affect the intention to use after the e-learning experience. Third, college students who have experienced e-learning have shown that the ease of learning process has the most influence on their intention to use. The results of this study can provide an effective direction of e-learning activation and provide basic data for longitudinal research on e-learning learners.

  • 집합식 교육의 대안으로서 최근 기업 환경에서 인식되고 있는 인재육성 방법이 바로 e-러닝이다. 이는 비즈니스와 정보기술 분야에서 나타나던 디지털 혁명의 영향력이 교육에서도 그 반향을 일으킨 것으로써, 교육의 틀 자체를 급속한 변화에 대처할 수 있도록 바꾸어 놓은 것이다. 과거처럼 획일적인 교육방법과 지식을 제공하는 대신에, e-러닝은 학습자가 다양한 학습환경 및 자원에 자유롭게 접근할 수 있게 함으로써 새로운 학습 경험을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.

  • Instructor willingness to accept and literacy is an e-leaning important variable to expect a positive effect of the introduction of e-learning from the perspective of university. The role of faculty is not only instructor but also content experts, curriculum designers, graphics professionals, media director or programmer. This study suggest as the role of instructor as pedagogical, managerial, social and technical aspect for effective learning outcomes.
