본 연구의 목적은 식 a:b=c:d의 의미 구조를 분석하고 학습 지도에의 시사점을 확인하는 것이다. 분석 결과, 식 a:b=c:d는 다음과 같은 다중의 의미를 지니고 있다. 한 상황에 내재된 다른 비 구조, 다른 상황에 내재된 공통된 비 구조, 다른 상황에 내재된 제3의 수량의 같음. 식 a:b=c:d의 의미 학습 지도에서 단위를 유연하게 설정하여 한 상황에서 다른 구조 보기와 다른 상황에서 같은 구조 보기, 이중테이프 모델 사용, 양의 속성의 차이에 따른 비율의 의미와 그 중요성이 강조될 필요가 있다. a:b=c:d의 전체 의미 구조에 비추어 보면, 우리나라에서 이루어져 온 비례식 의미 학습 지도는 식 a:b=c:d의 의미의 한정된 부분을 제한된 방식으로 다루고 있다.

The experiments were carried out to decide the selective fishing gear of the shrimp beam trawl fishery. The model nets were made of General type, Double-level type and Grid type. The model experiments were carried out to test opening efficiency and towing tension. The experimental tanks were the flume tank [$8.0L{\times}2.8W{\times}1.4H(m)$] and the towing tank [$85L{\times}10W{\times}3.5H(m)$] in National Fisheries Research and Development Institute. The full scale experiments were carried out to compare the selectivity of General type net, Double-level type net and Grid type net in the southern sea of korea. The vertical opening (net height) of the model nets can be expressed as a function of the towing velocity as the straight line. The towing tension of the model nets can be expressed as a function of the towing velocity as the parabola. The shrimp catching rates of upper cod end in Boryeong and tongyeong were 78%, 9% respectively, but the rates of lower cod end were 23%, 91% respectively. The number bycatch rates of General type and Grid type were 23%, 11% respectively, and the weight bycatch rates were 34%, 31% respectively. A selective shrimp beam trawl net is Grid type in korea coastal sea.

신경아세포종은 미분화된 신경외배엽 세포로부터 유래한 신경능세포에 의해 형성된 소아기에 보는 가장 많이 발생하는 악성 종양 중 하나이다. 신경아세포종인 Neuro-2a 세포는 신경세포의 분화, 세포사 억제 효능, 세포독성 검정 등에 활용되고 있다. Neuro-2a 역시 다른 신경아세종과 같이 염색체 변이를 가지고 있지만, 이에 대해 고밀도의 게놈수준에서 염색체 변이에 대해 보고된 바가 없다. 본 연구에서는 고집적 마이크로어레이(최소 43,000 개의 코딩, non-코딩 유전자 서열이 집적된 마이크로어레이)기반의 비교유전체보합법을 활용하여, 고해상도의 Neuro-2a 유전체 이상을 분석하였다. 마이크로 어레이 데이터는 Hidden Markov Model을 활용하여, 유전체 변이를 double loss, single loss, normal, single gain 그리고 amplification으로 나누어 분석하였다. Neuro2a는 MYCN 유전자의 증폭은 관찰되지 않았고, GDNF, BDNF, NENF등의 neurotrophic factor 가운데 NENF의 gain 현상이 관찰 되었다. 염색체의 이상은 4,8,10,11,15번에서 발견되었으며, 염색체 3,17,18,19에서는 전부 20개 미만의 염색체 이상이 발견되었다. 염색체 이상이 연속적으로 일어난 부위 중 gain으로서 가장 긴 부분은 Chr8:8,427,841-35,162,415의 약 26.7 Mb이며, single loss로서 가장 긴 곳은 Chr4:73,265,785-88,374,165의 약 15.1 Mb였다. 염색체의 위치는 UCSC 데이터베이스 (UCSC mm8, NCBI Build 36)에 근거하였다.

A new spray chrysanthemum cultivar, 'Moon Festival' was released by National Horticultural Research Institute (NHRI), Rural Development Administration (RDA), Korea in 2007. A cross was made in 2002 between '01B1-559', a breeding line of NHRI and 'Baeksokuk', a spray cultivar with white petals. Trials were conducted from 2005 to 2007 for evaluation and selection of this cultivar, including shading culture in summer and retarding culture in autumn. The natural flowering time of "Moon Festival" is late October, but year-round flowering is possible by shading and lighting treatment. The cultivar is semi- double type flowers with light-ivory white petals and green flower center. Flower neck and stem are very hardy. The diameter of flower is 67.5 mm. The number of flowers per stem and petals per flower is 11.5 and 100.5, respectively. The days to flowering under the short day is about 54 in autumn season.

본 연구에서는 다중세포로 구성된 타원형 단면 복합재료 블레이드의 정밀 1차원 보 해석모델을 개발하였다. 보의 정식화를 위하여 Reissner의 반보족에너지 함수를 이용하였으며, 고전적인 강성도 및 유연도법을 결합한 혼합보 이론 체계를 구축하였다. 타원단면의 특성계수들을 구하기 위해 단면의 외곽선을 유한개의 선분으로 분할하고 여기에 Gauss 적분을 수행하였다. 또한, 단면을 구성하는 각 세포에 대해 4개의 연속방정식이 충족되도록 구성하였다. 개발된 보 이론을 단일 및 이중세포로 구성된 타원형 복합재료 블레이드에 적용하였으며, 다차원 정밀 유한요소 해석 결과와 비교하여 그 타당성을 확보하였다.

Femme Fatale in Film Noir is a wicked woman character who seduces the male partner to a ruin. In the film, the dress style is of extreme importance for the personality creation of the character as well as the development of the plot. With this background, I have looked over the Femme Fatale dress style that appears in the movie . First, it expresses Femme Fatale which stresses the feminine trait by a dress style with enlarged chest and hip parts and long, slim silhouette with tight waist and knee line. Second, the Femme Fatale with pretended purity presents narcissistic satisfaction like a saint virgin by wearing a neck-high one-piece dress embellished with frills, but the use of mirror represents self-alienation and the vanity of purity. Third, the Femme Fatale with its military dress style presents authoritative sternness which leads seduced male into ruin with its destructive power. Fourth, wearing jersey type or knitted wear that sticks to the body presents sensual Femme Fatale. Fifth, the tulle, chiffon, and white handkerchief used for the creation of grotesque Femme Fatale represents harmlessness and prohibition of immoral behavior, and the black gloves, pillbox, and the number on the tulle present her uneasy psychological state from the fear of being discovered after murdering her husband. On the other hand, the see-through tulle presents alluring sensual beauty. Sixth, the combination of the dialogue in the final sequence and drapery type as in Greek goddess represents the saint virgin of salvation who acknowledges her own fault and returns to her purity again. In addition, accessories and others made from shining material represent hidden conspiracy through simple dress and contradictory dynamics, and shoes embellished with bonbon, etc represent sexual implications in connection with male.

Haploid/double haploid plants developed from isolated microspores can significantly accelerate plant breeding. Haploid plants can naturally double their chromosomes to create a pure homozygous line of diploid plants. We present a method for producing embryos from isolated microspores of hot peppers (Capsicum annuumL.). We analyzed the polyploidization levels of the regenerated plants. The donor plants produced the optimal stage of microspores following short-term growth under low-intensity light, which resulted in high rates of embryogenesis and cotyledonary embryogenesis. To find an efficient culture method, liquid, doubled-layer, and 2-step cultures were tested. Liquid culture yielded the highest number of embryos, whereas the highest efficiency for cotyledonary embryogenesis was afforded by the doubled-layer culture. When normal cotyledonary embryos were transplanted onto a regeneration medium, they developed into complete plants. From these, 208 plants were tested via flow cytometric analysis, and 35.6% and 72.7% of the chromosomes from the Milyang-jare and LV2319 genotypes, respectively, were found to be spontaneous double haploids. These results are the same as those obtained on analyzing horticultural characteristics, including the size of leaves and the size and shape of fruits. The present study provides information on the practical application of isolated microspore culture of hot peppers, factors that affect embryogenesis, and methods for polyploidy testing.

In this work, we develop on-line traffic prediction algorithm for real-time VBR traffic. There are a number of important issues: (i) The traffic prediction algorithm should exploit the stochastic characteristics of the underlying traffic and (ii) it should quickly adapt to structural changes in underlying traffic. GOP ARIMA model effectively addresses this issues and it is used as basis in our bandwidth prediction. Our prediction model deploy Kalman filter to incorporate the prediction error for the next prediction round. We examine the performance of GOP ARIMA based prediction with linear prediction with LMS and double exponential smoothing. The proposed prediction algorithm exhibits superior performam againt the rest.

This paper considers a cost model for a U-shaped manufacturing cell formation which incorporates a required number of machines and various material flows together under multi-part multi-cell environment. The model is required to satisfy both the specified operation sequence of each part and the total part demand volume, which are considered to derive material handling cost in U-shaped flow line cells. In the model several cost-incurring factors including set-up for batch change-over, processing time for operations of each part, and machine failures are also considered in association with processing load and capacity of each cell. Moreover, a heuristic for a good machine layout in each cell is newly proposed based on the material handling cost of each alternative sequence layout. These all are put together to present an efficient heuristic for the U-shaped independent-cell formation problem, numerical problems are solved to illustrate the algorithm.

This article introduces technique to reduce harmonic by using the $5^{th}$ and $7^{th}$ harmonic tune filter and line reactor in the comparison to the technique of intervening firing method at the pulse of the 6-pulse phase-controlled converter in every 1/6 period. The design of the technique introduced in this article is to reduce the harmonic distortion of the current and the voltage resulted from three-phase thyristor phase-controlled converter. The waveform obtained from the experiment was analyzed on the spectrum of the current, voltage and the total harmonic distortion. The double firing method causes zero vectors of output voltage and input current. Designing the mechanism of the converter based on the idea of Park Vector Theory, the number of harmonic distortion in the intervening firing method were compared to those in normal firing method.
