수중날개를 대상으로 임의로 변형하는 이층류의 수직계산을 수행하였다. 계산은 비구조격자와 접면포착법을 이용하여 자유표면의 형상을 결정하였다 본 연구에 의하면 낮은 물속 깊이와 높은 프루드수에서 쇄파현상이 발생하였다 수중날개에 대하여 쇄파형상의 효과를 연구하였고 실험값과 계산값을 상호비교함으로서 격자의 민감성을 수직적으로 확인하였다.

The basic BFGS procedure for the nonlinear finite element analysis is reviewed. Through a simple numerical example, promising characteristics of the method evaluated discussed. Based on the discussion of computational performance, a modified BFGS algorithm with substructuring is derived and proposed for the quasi-static analysis of large-scale nonlinear structures.

In this paper, we take the survey through both papers and recent reports to investigate points to be considered in developing the national mathematical curriculum. Then we suggest that to prepare the next national mathematical curriculum, we consider the method to deduce the math-dislike, the method to increase the power of problem solving etc. and also we construct a compact curriculum which contains most of important math items. In the process of developing the curriculum, we must have lively discussion with mathematicians, and especially with teachers.

A damped trapezoidal rule method for numerical time-integration is presented, and its application in analyses of dynamic response of damped structures is discussed. It is shown that the damped trapezoidal rule method has features that make it an attractive approach for applications in dynamic analyses of structures. Accuracy and stability analyses are developed for the damped single-degree-of-freedom systems. Error analyses are also performed for the Newmark beta method and compared with the damped trapezoidal rule method as a basis for discussion of the relative merits of the proposed method. The procedure is fully explicit and easy to implement. However, since the method is an explicit method, it is conditionally stable. The methodology is applied to several example problems to illustrate its strengths, limitations and inherent simplicity.

In this paper, an enhanced localization algorithm based on double thresholds (LAD) is proposed for localizing narrowband signals in the frequency domain. A simplified LAD method is first studied to reduce the computational complexity of the original LAD method without performance loss. The upper and lower thresholds of the simplified LAD method are directly calculated by running the forward consecutive mean excision algorithm only once. By combining the simplified LAD method and binary morphological operators, the enhanced LAD method is then proposed and its performance is simply discussed. The simulation results verify the correctness of discussion and show that the enhanced LAD method is superior to the LAD with adjacent cluster combining method, especially at low signal-to-noise ratio.

This paper proposes a second-order implicit constraint enforcement method which yields enhanced controllability compared to a first-order implicit constraints enforcement method. Although the proposed method requires solving a linear system twice, it yields superior accuracy from the constraints error perspective and guarantees the precise and natural movement of objects, in contrast to the first-order method. Thus, the proposed method is the most suitable for exact prediction simulations. This paper describes the numerical formulation of second-order implicit constraints enforcement. To prove its superiority, the proposed method is compared with the firstorder method using a simple two-link simulation. In this paper, there is a reasonable discussion about the comparison of constraints error and the analysis of dynamic behavior using kinetic energy and potential energy.

The purpose of present study is to applied center assess method to Military General's Promotion System. This study aim to examine assessment center method based on core competency model will be applied to Military General's Promotion System and Human Resource Management. This study propose that Military General's core competency model based on job analysis to identify competency of Army, Navy, Air Force's Generals and to identify the consequences and performances of assess center method. This study propose that assess center method applied to Military General's Promotion System have many kinds. Facilitated Simulation methods were Planning and Analysis /Oral Presentation, Presentation management Coaching, customer /Peer lnteraction. Non-facilitated Simulation methods were In-Basket game, Leaderless Group Discussion, role playing. And this study propose that Military General's assessment center method based on core competency model will be effective in Military field.

This paper treats with the sub-optimal control problem of noninear systems by approximation method. This method involves the approximation by linearization which provides the sub-optimal solution of non-linear control problems. The result of this work shows that, in the problem in which the controlled plant is characterized by an ordinary differential equation of first order, the solution obtained by this method coincides with the exact solution of problem. In of case of the second or higher order systems, it is proved analytically that this method of linearization produces the sub-optimal solution of the given problem. It is also shown that the sub-optimality of solution by the method can be evaluated by introducing the upper and lower bounded performance indices. Discussion is made on the procedure with some illustrative examples whose performance indices are given in the quadratic forms.

This paper deals with Activity Analysis Method that is important procedure in Activity Based Costing System Implementation. There are many existing Activity Analysis Method, for example Interview, Questionnaire, Specialist Discussion and Work Measurement. Activity Analysis Data gained through this method has high reliability but this method bring about high cost. In case that certain company needs a strategic costing system, Activity Analysis Method which has high reliability will be need. But, if companies want the costing system as a internal decision making tool only, they need to design the ABC system fast and cheaply. This paper explains that Activity Analysis using existing finn material is good alternatives. So, this paper show the feasibility of Activity Analysis using existing firm material with comparing between job description, job specification information and Activity Analysis information.

The present school is faced with the crisis of school collapse and classroom collapse under a bureaucratic and authoritative atmosphere. The method to respect individual opinions and to discuss with open mind is needed. The study is to establish the system of SDR and to make it possible to express the wholesome and various ideas of members by using it. SDR is related with the interruption DB to stop up unsound messages. The result of this study shows that SDR is very helpful to make a culture of discussion in a school in the respect of enlarged chances for teachers and students to participate, active and open participation, changing of attitude in achieving group goal and formation of desirable culture of discussion.
