The Effect of Service Quality on Service Value, Customer Satisfaction and Reuse Intention in the China Hospital Industry (중국 병원산업에서 서비스품질이 서비스가치, 고객만족 및 재이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine service quality elements in China Bank Industry and influence on service value, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. This study is composed one parallel comparison of documentary and evidential researches. To verify research model, the survey about medical institution and hospital services were conducted in Daqing of Heilongjiang Province, in China. Collected data was analyzed and the results are introduced in this paper. The findings ar as followed. This study has modified three-dimensional model of service quality: "interaction quality", "outcome quality" and "physical environment quality". Research was focused on investigating the direct effect of every service quality dimension on customer satisfaction. But "outcome quality "has only direct effect on service value, "interaction quality" and "physical environment quality" have not direct effect on service value in this study. Service value has direct effect on customer satisfaction and reuse intention. And customer satisfaction was the significant mediating role in the relationship of the service value and reuse intention.

Development of Structural Model for Turnover Intention of Railroad Traffic Controller (철도교통관제사의 이직의도에 관한 구조모형 개발)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the turnover intentions of railway traffic controllers among employees of a domestic railway corporation. Variables influencing job turnover intention included exploited variables (empowerment, job stress, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, exhaustion) that have been actively studied in other fields. The results showed that the empowerment of railway traffic controllers did not directly affect job stress and turnover intention, but had a direct effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and exhaustion. Job stress did not directly affect job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and exhaustion, and job satisfaction did not directly affect organizational commitment, burnout, and turnover intentions. Burnout has a direct effect on turnover intention, indicating that exhaustion of railroad traffic controllers has an effect on turnover intentions. In conclusion, empowerment has a direct effect on burnout and exhaustion has a direct effect on turnover intention. This study suggests that management of empowerment and exhaustion is important for the prevention of turnover of railway traffic controllers.

The Impact of Organizational Justice, Empowerment on the Nursing Task Performance of Nurses: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (간호사의 조직공정성, 임파워먼트가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향: 직무만족과 조직몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural model on the Nursing Task Performance of Hospital Nurses. Methods: Data collection was done by the 200 hospital nurses from May 1st to May 20th, 2013 in Seoul city. The sample variance-covariance matrix was analyzed using AMOS 19.0 and the maximum likelihood minimization function. The goodness of fit was evaluated using the SRMR, RMSEA and its 90% confidence interval, CFI, and TLI. Results: First, hospital nurses' organizational justice and empowerment was not found to have a significant direct effect on nursing task performance. Second, organizational justice and empowerment had a direct effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, organizational commitment was found to have a significant direct effect on nursing task performance. Forth, hospital nurses' empowerment was found to have a significant direct effect on nursing task performance. Conclusion: Nurses' nursing task performance was influenced by organizational justice, empowerment, and organizational commitment. In order to increase the degree of nursing task performance in hospital nurse, it is necessary to develop the nursing program and its application considering hospital nurses' organizational justice and empowerment and organizational commitment.

An Analysis of Individual and Social Factors Affecting Occupational Accidents

  • Background: Workforce health is one of the primary and most challenging issues, particularly in industrialized countries. This article aims at modeling the major factors affecting accidents in the workplace, including general health, work-family conflict, effort-reward imbalance, and internal and external locus of control. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Esfahan Steel Company in Iran. A total of 450 participants were divided into two groups-control and case-and the questionnaires were distributed among them. Data were collected through a 7-part questionnaire. Finally, the results were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and Amos software. Results: All the studied variables had a significant relationship with the accident proneness. In the case group, general health with a coefficient of -0.37, worke-family conflict with 0.10, effort-reward imbalance with 0.10, internal locus of control with -0.07, and external locus of control with 0.40 had a direct effect on occupational stress. Occupational stress also had a positive direct effect on accident proneness with a coefficient of 0.47. In addition, fitness indices of control group showed general health (-0.35), worke-family conflict (0.36), effort-reward imbalance (0.13), internal locus of control (-0.15), and external locus of control (0.12) have a direct effect on occupational stress. Besides, occupational stress with a coefficient of 0.09 had a direct effect on accident proneness. Conclusion: It can be concluded that although previous studies and the present study showed the effect of stress on accident and accident proneness, some hidden and external factors such as work-family conflict, effort-reward imbalance, and external locus of control that affect stress should also be considered. It helps industries face less occupational stress and, consequently, less occurrence rates of accidents.

The Relationships among Learning Agility, Unlearning, and Learning Flow of University Students: Conditional Direct and Indirect Effects by Gender (대학생의 학습민첩성과 폐기학습, 학습몰입의 관계: 성별에 따른 조건부 효과)

  • This study aims to identify the conditional direct and indirect effects by Gender in the relationship between Learning Agility, Unlearning and Learning Flow for university students. Based on the data collected from 265 university students the conditional effectiveness of the research model was analyzed using Process v3.4 for SPSS. As a result, first, the Learning Agility of university students had a statistically significant effect Unlearning and Learning Flow. Second, Learning Agility had a statistically significant direct effect on Learning Flow by gender but, the moderated effect of Learning Flow had a significant negative effect. Third, the moderated mediating effect of Unlearning by gender was found to be significant in the relationship between Learning Agility and Learning Flow of university students. Based on these results, implications of education at university were presented.

  • This study aims to confirm the conditional direct effect of career development pressure on the effect of career continuous learning on career success through a sense of professional mission among Chinese young teachers in a university. Data were collected through a survey targeting 354 Chinese young teachers purposively sampled at a university in Guangdong, China. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2. The applied statistical methods were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and conditional direct effect analysis. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, a sense of professional mission had a significant positive correlation with career success but was found to have no significant correlation with career development pressure. Career development pressure showed a significant negative correlation with career success. Second, the conditional direct effect of career development pressure was confirmed in the effect of career continuous learning on career success through a sense of professional mission. Based on these results, this study proposed a plan to simultaneously utilize not only career continuous learning but also a sense of professional mission and career development pressure for young teachers' career success.

  • Dihaploid lines were derived from the anthers of the F, of single cross, "Va 115" x"SC 72" (Nicotiana tabacum L.). The path-analysis, correlation coefficient, and variation of characteristics among dihaploid families were evaluated. Dihaploid lines displayed much greater variation than their parents. The genetic correlation coefficient between yield and total alkaloids of dihaploids was significantly lower than that of conventional varieties and lines. In path-analysis which relates yield components to yield, number of leaves harvested and leaf width had a direct effect on yield. a direct effect on yield.

  • This paper deals with the lightning effects on aircraft. The effects are divided into two groups. The one is the direct effect due to the direct attachment of the lightning channel and/or conduction of lightning current. The other is the indirect effect like electrical transients induced by lightning in aircraft conductive components such as electric circuits.   • The shear friction tests using large direct shear test units were performed to evaluate the friction properties of fiber-mixed soil. The used materials and test conditions were flowing. Soils : SM and ML; mixing fibers : three types of polypropylene fibers(net type 38mm and 60mm, and line type 60mm), reinforcement : geogrid; mixing ratio:0.2% and 0.3%; degree of compaction : 85% and 95%. In the test results, the reinforcing effect of fiber mixed soil was confirmed.

If the inside customer is not satisfied with own business, the achievement of customer's loyalty & customer satisfaction which have direct effects on the performance of a corporation, comes to be difficult. This study tries to analyze what effect the inside customer satisfaction has on the yield performance of a corporation on the subject of the salespersons of the direct-control store among the retail store business.
