The paper presents a cost effective and increased performance position servo system using the TMS320F240 digital signal processor (DSP) produced by Texas Instruments as microprocessor and Brushless Direct Current Motor (BLDCM) as executor. In order to make up for the drawback of conventional PID controls, the fuzzy PID is employed. The result of simulations and experiments has confirmed that the whole system is simple and reliable; the robustness of system is improved by using fuzzy PID.

As Idol Star has increased, and it has become an all-round entertainer. Male Idol Star have received a great response from public, leading the entertainer. The Beauty images of Idol Star not only reflect ideals, but also are an example of image making. In special, I tried to explain that beauty image of male idol star who was casted "We get Married" was made not only reflect ideals, but also leading the social trends by entertainment industry. Most of male idol star was done natural make-up, but Lee Jun was done with smoky make-up. The hair-style demonstrated a glamorous feeling through an artificial looking style, dyed with various color(Tab. 3 & 5).

In this paper we propose the verifiable self-certified schemes(key distribution scheme identification scheme digital signature scheme) based on ${\gamma}$th -residuosity which make up for defects of Girault's self-certified schemes allow the authenticity of public keys to be verified during the use of the keys. The security of our schemes is based on the difficulty of ${\gamma}$th -residuosity problem and discrete logarithm problem simultaneously.

Digital map should have the up-to-dateness as well as the accuracy to perform a role as the national spatial data. As digital mapping process require aerial photograph, surveying, and field working, it consumes a lot of time and cost. So there is a limit to maintain the up-to-dateness. If we updates the digital map frequently by using the as-built drawings, we can prevent the waste of national budget by reuse of existing drawings and make accuracy updates from existing survey results. In spite of this advantages, due to insufficiency of CAD drawing standard, inconsistency of file types of as-built drawings and digital maps, and topology relations between input features and original features, so the frequent updates using the as-built drawings is on the difficult situation to perform. In this research, first, CAD features extracted from as-built drawings land the new/update whether original features exist or not and generate topology from spatial relation of features. Second, suggest the efficient partial-update-plan performing integrity test. As a result, guarantee the accuracy and the up-to-dateness of digital map.

The purpose of this study is to establish academic identity as well as produce human resources that industries need by grasping curriculum of the departments related beauty focusing on Korean colleges (junior colleges and four year course colleges), analyzing examples of advanced countries and suggesting their developmental direction. For the research method, the reference period of curriculum in Korean colleges was from Jul. 05th, 2011 to Aug. 05th, 2011. the investigation method is as follow: first, the curriculum of the departments related to beauty which were registered in the web sites were investigated. Second, the documents were received by fax and Email from each department after calling it. Third, questions and answers were done in reference to majors on the phones. these methods are intended for 65 junior colleges and 16 four year course colleges (total 81 ones). It clarified that lifelong education centers and the graduate courses were ruled out. the statistical analysis about data which were investigated like this were done by the frequency analysis. The results which examined the major subjects of Make-up focusing on Korea and foreign countries are as follow: First, the result which examined the major and theory subjects of Make-up has found that there are the human body theory, the equipment theory, the marketing theory are the management theory in Korean junior colleges and physiology/chemical, management, marketing and equipment product were treated in four year course colleges of Korea. As for foreign colleges, the subjects related to history and culture are mainly treated as the theory courses and their purpose is to cultivate basic knowledge of the fields which are mainly connected to Make-up including plays, movies, TV and studios. Second, the result which examined practice subjects of Make-up major has found that practice subjects of the total ones are of great importance in junior colleges. And it could be found that the Make-up field is of little importance as it is not independent and exists with the hair and skin fields in one department in the four year course colleges. Especially, in the foreign countries, the more detailed and professional subjects including classes which treat digital media, studio technologies, production, wigs and the special effects were treated by the field class system and these characteristics implies that Korean curriculum should be changed in the future. Based on this analytical results of investigation, this researcher tried to propose the developmental direction of Korean curriculum in the future.

This paper aim at producing a Digital Modeling of the science of divination using a study of a new method with a mathematical function on "Lak-seo nine palace". For that goal, we must study a new law of moving forward and a new common difference on 'Lak-seo nine place'. We call this "the method of HLMF and NCD". Therefore, When drawing up 'a plan of Lak-seo nine palace', we will provide convenience in the field, so we don't make it by handwrite, but will produce it by a digital mode.

The emerging Fourth Industrial Revolution has triggered fundamental shifts in the fashion industry. Advanced digital technologies are not only reshaping how the fashion supply chains function, but also requisitioning new skill sets for jobs in this industry. A mismatch in required skills between current and future jobs is a critical issue that needs to be addressed in the fashion industry. Similarly, it is imperative that fashion programs in higher education keep pace with the rapid changes disrupting the fashion sector. Nevertheless, the increasing speed and the magnitude of digital transformation make it challenging to keep fashion curricula up to date. This paper presents the case of a Digital Merchandising course. Using the principles of designing flexible curricula and backward design, this Digital Merchandising course was developed to be flexible and responsive to the changing business environment. Building digital intelligence was the central learning goal for students to accomplish. The paper discusses the conceptual development processes for the course and provides, visual examples of major learning assignments, and a variety of digital tools. Fashion educators are encouraged to consider backward design and flexible curricula design guides as complementary tools to the widely used Bloom's taxonomy.

*IT technology has been rapidly introduced to the clothing and fashion industry, and especially fashion shows have been changed very fast to keep up with the current digital era. In this research, the author designed virtual clothes, and investigated whether it is possible to make them similar to actual clothes and then performed a digital fashion show with these virtual clothes. This research discussed, based on case development and studies, whether a digital fashion show can express the designer's idea more creatively than the existing fashion shows and what needs to be improved for the effectiveness of digital fashion shows. As a result, the virtual clothes have been recognized to be very similar to actual clothes and facilitate creative expressions that are hard to be presented in actual fashion shows. The adaptation of 3D virtual clothes to real fashion industry in the future can make new contents through the innovation of distribution and industry.

Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology has been widely used for protecting the digital contents over the recent years. But the digital contents protected by DRM are vulnerable to various video memory capture programs when DRM packaged contents are decrypted on the consumers' multimedia devices. To make up for this kind of DRM security holes the Forensic Marking (FM) technology is being deployed into the content protection area. Most leading DRM companies as well as big electronics companies like Thomson and Philips already have commercial FM solutions. Forensic Marking technology uses the digital watermarking to insert the user information such as user id, content playing time and etc. into the decrypted and decoded content at the playback time on the consumer devices. When the content containing watermarked user information (Forensic Mark) is illegally captured and distributed over the Internet, the FM detection system takes out the inserted FM from the illegal contents and informs contents service providers of the illegal hacker's information. In this paper the requirements and test conditions are discussed for the commercial Forensic Marking systems.
