  • Many mechanical and electrocal systems use the number of motors to make multi degree of freedom motion. One method to reduce the number of motors is suggested by using the 3 D.O.F. motor. The 3 D.O.F. motor has advantages such as downsize, weight reduction, and simplification of the existing 3 D.O.F. systems. In this study, a mathematical model for the 3 D.O.F. motor is suggested and the dynamic equation is derived to analyze the 3 D.O.F. motion. Generallinear control methods are very hard to get the good performance because of the nonlinear terms of each degree of each degree of freedom. To control the motion properly, the nonlinear terms are decoupled using a feedback control law. Nonlinear feedback control law which can arrage the poles arbitrarily is derived. The effects of the gains are examined through computer simulations.

컴퓨터(VDT : Visual Display Terminal) 노동의 지각반응과 인간화에 관한 연구 -(주)H통신 직원을 대상으로- (A Study on the Perceived Reaction & Humanization of VDT(Visual Display Terminal) Labor)

  • These days the use of personal computer has become generalized at factory, office, house, etc and this fact indicates that visual display terminal work became popular in every field of our society. The use of computer improves work efficiency, productivity & qualify but in addition, it also generated the physical and mental diseases or defects so called VDT syndrome to workers. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the computer-work-related anti-physical, anti-psychogenic symptoms & side effects through the data drawn from workers who use computers on their works, and to find out methods of improvement & humanization of computer works. The follows are the results of questions about personal sensibility of VDT syndrome. 1. Female workers are more sensitive to the side effects of computer labor than males. 2. Workers aged twenties feel more severe symptoms of VDT syndrome than thirties or fourties, but there are no level of significance. 3. Middle managements workers are the most sensitive group to VDT syndrome, on the other hand tow managements are less sensitive than operators. 4. The result of questions indicates that a phone conductress show more severe VDT syndrome symptoms than business affairs or an engineer workers, with level of significance. 5. The longer computer work engagement period, the more evident VDT syndrome symptoms appear. For instance, workers who have more than 2 year engagement period complain more severe symptoms, compared workers who have less than 2 year engagement period. 6. Long computer working time per day also increases VDT syndrome severity specially people who have more than 2 hours in working time in a day have much less severe symptoms, compared people whose daily working time exceeds 2 hours. 7. Specific body part which shows VDT syndrome symptoms is shoulder, wrist, neck, finger, eye, waist, arm in the order of severity. 8. Sensibility of VDT syndrome symptoms have effect on degree of vocational satisfaction.

Self-Directed Learning Evaluation Using Fuzzy Grade Sheets

  • This paper is about the use of existing evaluation methods, which evaluate learning determined by the score of an exam, which is either a multiple-choice type or single choice type question. These scores don't show the objective evaluations that cause some negative opinions about the scores. In this paper, we propose that the evaluation of the methods of self-directed learning use the triangle-type function of the fuzzy theory so that the learner can objectively evaluate their own learning ability. The proposed method classifies the result of learning into three fuzzy grades to calculate membership, and evaluate the result of an exam according to the final fuzzy grade degree as applied to the fuzzy grade sheets.

What is the Switching Intention from Existing Payment to Mobile Payment Service?

  • Recently, the use of mobile payment, called "Pay" payment, is increasing such as 'KakaoPay' and 'SamsungPay'. In Korea, various mobile payment services are running and emerging. The purpose of this study is to examine the intention to switch from using existing credit cards or check card to mobile payment service based on the two-factor theory. We empirically examined the effect of the two factors, the factors that enable switching and the factors that inhibit switching. Therefore, the study use switching cost and switching benefit as parameters to confirm the effect on the switching intention. In addition, this study intends to analyze the differences between two subgroups by the degree of personal innovativeness. We survey smartphone users and credit card or check card users, and analyzed the Smart PLS 3.0 using structural equation model to verify the significance of the research hypothesis.

플립드 러닝 기반 컴퓨터 활용 수업의 학습 효과 분석 (Learning Effect Analysis for Flipped Learning based Computer Use Instruction)

  • 본 논문은 플립드 러닝을 기반으로 한 컴퓨터 활용 수업의 효율적인 학습 방안을 제안한다. 기존 전통적 컴퓨터 활용 수업은 강의와 실습을 병행하여 충분한 실습 및 협력적 수업이 어려웠다. 그러나 플립드 러닝 방식의 수업 방식을 적용한 수업에서는 KOCW(Korea Open Courseware)을 디딤 영상으로 활용하여 강의실에 들어오기전에 미리 학습하고, 강의실에서는 상호 토론을 기반으로 협력적 실습수업을 수행하였다. 수업을 진행 한 후 학습동기 검사 도구를 이용하여 성별, 학년별, 전공별로 학습동기와 학습만족도를 측정하였다. 실험 결과 학습자의 학습동기에서 주의 집중 인식 정도, 수업 관련성에 대한 인식 정도, 학습만족도에 대한 인식 정도가 '매우 만족'과 '만족'이 90% 이상으로 분석되었다.

요보호아동의 정보화 실태 분석: 부산지역을 중심으로 (Information Analyses of Child Who Needs Protection in Busan)

  • In this study, 1 have analyzed the state of the use of information technology by the at-risk children who are residing in Husan metropolitan area. The ultimate goal of this study is to help ensure the healthy development of the children and improve the quality of their lives in this information-oriented society. For this research, 1 surveyed 183 children living in an institution or a low-income family in Busan metropolitan area. The survey questionnaire was designed to obtain information on the respondents, socio-demographic characteristics, computer-related conditions of the immediate and social environments, patterns of computer and Internet use, their experience and degree of so called, Net-generation syndrome, Internet addiction disorder, changes in social and familial life caused by Internet use, and exposure to pornographic materials. The results show that 95.9 % of at-risk children in Husan own a computer, 60.9 % of those computers being Pentium Ⅲ. A majority of the children (74.9 %) are connected to Internet at a high-speed, using such devices as LAN, ADSL or cables. About seventy-six percent of the children have used a PC and Internet less than two years. In other words, a majority of them have not used those for a long period of time. The main results of the research are summarized in the following: There is a significant difference among at-risk children in terms of experiences in computer and Internet use according to their grade levels. There is a gender difference in the amount of time spent on computer and Internet. Boys spend more time every week on computer and Internet than girls do. There is a significant difference in the pattern of computer and Internet use, according to the type of their risk, and grade level. The so-called 'Net Generation Syndrome' is not serious in this group. A majority of the at-risk children think that Internet is more interesting than TV. They hardly shop on Internet, and they don think the advertisements on Internet are a serious problem. Also, unlike many people assumptions, their desire to communicate through on-line chatting was very low. They do not tend to buy computer game programs, and Internet Addiction Disorder was not pronounced among them. The at-risk children rarely had an exposure to pornographic materials in the cyber space. However, the exposure was more frequent for institutionalized children than children in low-income families. These results point to a need for a policy to improve the welfare of at-risk children and guarantee their right to information.

아동의 개인적 특성 및 어머니의 심리통제와 아동의 컴퓨터 게임 몰입 (Children‘s Personal Characteristics, Mothers' Psychological Control, and the Extent of Children's Computer Game Playing)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine: (1) the extent to which school-age children used computer games; (2) whether there were differences between children who played computer games to a greater extent and children who played computer games to a normal extent in their levels of depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and social anxiety; and (3) whether children's social withdrawal, aggression, and mothers' psychological control explained the extent of children's computer game playing. The subject were 270 children in the 6th grade. It was found that $55.6\%$ of the children were normal users, $39.3\%$ of the children were somewhat heavy users, and $5.2\%$ of the children were heavy users of computer games. There was a gender difference in the proportions of heavy computer game playing. That is, there were more heavy users among boys than among girls. It was also found that social withdrawal, aggression, and mothers' psychological control were significant predictors of the extent of children's computer game playing. That is, the levels of children's social withdrawal, aggression, and their perceptions of mothers' psychological control predicted the degree to which children played computer games.

Image compression using K-mean clustering algorithm

  • With the development of communication networks, the processes of exchanging and transmitting information rapidly developed. As millions of images are sent via social media every day, also wireless sensor networks are now used in all applications to capture images such as those used in traffic lights, roads and malls. Therefore, there is a need to reduce the size of these images while maintaining an acceptable degree of quality. In this paper, we use Python software to apply K-mean Clustering algorithm to compress RGB images. The PSNR, MSE, and SSIM are utilized to measure the image quality after image compression. The results of compression reduced the image size to nearly half the size of the original images using k = 64. In the SSIM measure, the higher the K, the greater the similarity between the two images which is a good indicator to a significant reduction in image size. Our proposed compression technique powered by the K-Mean clustering algorithm is useful for compressing images and reducing the size of images.

한국의 소셜네트워크서비스 신뢰지수 KTI 설계 (Development of The Korean Trust Index for Social Network Services)

  • 소셜 네트워크를 통해 생산 유통되는 정보들은 신뢰할 수 없는 불분명한 정보들이 많고 그런 정보들이 무분별하게 확산되기 때문에 사용자들은 정보에 대한 신뢰성 여부를 판단하기가 힘들다. 특히 정보의 신뢰성에 대한 평가가 전적으로 사용자들의 판단에 맡겨지고 있는 상황에서, 온라인 정보의 신뢰도에 대한 체계적인 평가 방안의 마련이 절실하다. 본 논문에서는 소셜네트워크서비스의 신뢰도 평가 지표로서 KTI (Korean Trust Index for SNS)를 설계하여, 서비스 사용자들이 정보의 신뢰성을 판단할 수 있는 기준을 제시하였으며, 이를 통해 사회적 신뢰 수준을 분석할 수 있도록 하였다. SNS의 서비스 특성을 고려하여, 신뢰도에 영향을 주는 요인을 정의하였고 이를 바탕으로 온라인에서 유통되는 정보에 대한 신뢰도를 평가할 수 있는 신뢰모델을 설계하고 신뢰지수 KTI를 제시하였다. 신뢰지수 KTI의 개발은 SNS에 대한 신뢰 수준을 측정하여 이를 정량화함으로써, SNS 연결망을 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 신뢰 확보가 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

스마트기기를 이용한 컴퓨터 대체접근 마우스 개발 (Development of a Mouse for Alternative Computer Access Using Smart Device)

  • 컴퓨터 대체접근 기기는 장애로 인해 컴퓨터 사용이 힘든 장애인들이 컴퓨터를 사용할 수 있도록 보조하는 기기이며, 이러한 기기들은 대부분 컴퓨터에 유선으로 연결하거나 S/W 프로그램을 설치하여 사용하게 된다. 대부분의 이러한 기기들은 공간적인 제한이 존재하게 되기 때문에 장애인들에게 다양하고 자유로운 컴퓨터 접근을 보장할 수 없으며 다소 불편함을 감수하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 지체장애인 및 뇌병변장애인이 언제, 어디서든 상지의 소근육 운동만으로 컴퓨터에 접근 가능한 안드로이드 기반의 컴퓨터 대체접근 마우스를 개발하였다. 개발된 마우스는 스마트기기에 사용자가 입력하는 포인트를 인식하여 이를 마우스 커서 위치로 변환하고 이를 스마트기기에 내장된 블루투스 통신을 이용하여 컴퓨터로 전달하게 된다. 또한 사용자의 피로도를 줄여 줄 수 있는 그룹스캐닝 방식을 이용하여 가벼운 터치를 이용해서 원하는 버튼을 선택하도록 함으로써 클릭, 더불클릭 및 드래그 앤 드롭 기능을 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 개발된 컴퓨터 대체 접근 마우스는 지체 및 뇌병변장애인이 간단한 터치 한번으로 컴퓨터 사용이 가능하고, 휴대성이 좋아 시간적, 공간적 제약 없는 장애인의 컴퓨터에 접근에 이용될 것이다.
