An approach based on the LOWHM and induced LOWHM operators to group decision making under linguistic information

  • In this paper, we propose an induced linguistic ordered weighted harmonic mean(ILOWHM) operator. The ILOWHM operator is more general type of aggregation operator, which is based on the LHM and LOWHM operators. Based on the LOWHM and ILOWHM operator, we develop an approach to group decision making with linguistic preference relations. Finally, an application of the approach to group decision making problem with linguistic preference relations is pointed out.

불충분 선호 정보하에서 처방적 그룹의사결정방법 지배 규칙에 관한 연구 (A Prescriptive Group Decision Making Method with Imprecise Preference Information)

  • This paper presents a prescriptive approach to group decision making with group members' imprecise preference information. This includes an alternative method to Salo's inventive approach for identifying group's preferred alternative when attribute weights, consequences, and possibly group members' importance weights are specified in imprecise ways. The imprecise additive group value function can be decomposed into individual group member's imprecise decision making problems, which are finally aggregated to identify group's preferred alternative. The proposed approach is intuitive and easy to implement, and has merits in a couple of points. First. it is possible to view individual group member's inclinations toward conflicting alternatives and the degree of discrepancies to each other. Second, we can observe how much previous decision results of individual decision maker are influenced during interaction since decisions usually are not made at a single step especially in presence of partial preference information. Finally, the individual group member's decision results can be utilized for further investigation of dominance relations among alternatives in a case that interactive questions and responses fail to give a convergent group consensus.

  • Presented in this paper is a methodology for combining a Bayesian statistical approach with Data Quality Objectives (a structured decision-making method) to provide increased levels of confidence in analytical data when approaching a waste boundary. Development of sampling and analysis plans for the characterisation of radioactive waste often use a simple, one pass statistical approach as underpinning for the sampling schedule. Using a Bayesian statistical approach introduces the concept of Prior information giving an adaptive sample strategy based on previous knowledge. This aligns more closely with the iterative approach demanded of the most commonly used structured decision-making tool in this area (Data Quality Objectives) and the potential to provide a more fully underpinned justification than the more traditional statistical approach. The approach described has been developed in a UK regulatory context but is translated to a waste stream from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station to demonstrate how the methodology can be applied in this context to support decision making regarding the ultimate disposal option for radioactive waste in a more global context.

  • This paper focuses on the usage of the fuzzy set theory in decision making systems. The approach to calculation of generalized membership function, based on application of method of principal components is proposed. For solving of the problem of fuzzy forecasting the development of Bayes procedure is used. The structure of decision making system, in which following procedures are fulfilled, is discussed.

고도 다목적 문제에서의 의사 결정을 위한 이중 최적화 접근법 (A Two-tier Optimization Approach for Decision Making in Many-objective Problems)

  • 본 논문은 목적이 네 개 이상인 고도 다목적 문제(many-objective problem)에서의 의사 결정을 위한 새로운 이중(two-tier) 최적화 접근법을 제안한다. 목적의 개수가 증가할수록, 특히 네 개 이상부터는, 전체해(solution) 중에서 파레도 최적해(Parero-optimal solution)가 차지하는 비율이 기하급수적으로 증가한다. 그래서 일반 다목적 문제와는 달리, 의사 결정을 하는데 단순히 파레토 최적 해만을 찾는 것으로는 충분하지 않고, 찾은 파레토 최적 해들 중에서도 상대적으로 좀 더 선호하는 해들을 가려내는 것이 필요하다. 제안하는 접근법에서는 추가적인 최적화 단계를 추가함으로써 사용자의 선호도를 균형있게 반영하는 방향으로 파레토 최적해들을 찾는다. 이러한 2차 최적화는 관련된 2차 목적들을 수반하게 되는데, 2차 목적으로는 광역평가값과 혼잡 거리를 사용하였다. 광역평가값과 혼잡 거리는 각각 사용자의 선호도와 다양성을 대변하는 척도이다. 제안한 접근법의 우수성을 보이기 위해서는 잘 알려진 검증 함수들을 활용하는데, 같은 함수에 대해 제안한 접근법을 적용한 경우와 적용하지 않은 경우의 결과를 비교한다. 제안한 접근법을 적용함으로써 기존보다 사용자의 선호도를 잘 반영하면서 동시에 우수하고 다양한 의사 선택이 가능하다.

Although many approaches have been introduced to enable the collaborative processes of group decision-making, they often lack features supporting the dynamic complexity issues. Multi-Attribute Decision-Making Method Applying a Novel Correlation Coefficient of Interval-Valued Neutrosophic Hesitant Fuzzy Sets

  • Interval-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (IVNHFS) is an extension of neutrosophic set (NS) and hesitant fuzzy set (HFS), each element of which has truth membership hesitant function, indeterminacy membership hesitant function and falsity membership hesitant function and the values of these functions lie in several possible closed intervals in the real unit interval [0,1]. In contrast with NS and HFS, IVNHFS can be more flexibly used to deal with uncertain, incomplete, indeterminate, inconsistent and hesitant information. In this study, I propose the novel correlation coefficient of IVNHFSs and my paper discusses its properties. Then, based on the novel correlation coefficient, I develop an approach to deal with multi-attribute decision-making problems within the framework of IVNHFS. In the end, a practical example is used to show that the approach is reasonable and effective in dealing with decision-making problems.

최소 거리척도를 이용한 대화형 다기준 그룹 의사결정 (An Interactive Multi-criteria Group Decision Making with the Minimum Distance Measure)

  • The multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) problem is to determine the best compromise solution in a set of competing alternatives that are evaluated under conflicting criteria by decision maker (DM)s. In this paper, we propose a mixed-integer programming (MIP) model to solve MCGDM. The existing method based on minimizing a distance measure such as Median Approach can not guarantee the best compromise solution because the element of median point vector is defined with respect to each criteria separately. However, by considering all criteria simultaneously, we generate median point that is better for locating the best compromise solution. We also utilize the concept of spatial dispersion index (SDI) to produce a threshold value, which is used as a guideline to choose either the Utopian Approach or the Median Approach. And we suggest using CBITP (Convex hull of individual maxima Based Interactive Tchebycheff Procedure) to provide DMs with various Pareto-optimal solutions so that DMs have broad range of selection.

유비쿼터스 의사결정지원시스템의 접속성과 상황인식기능이 사용자 의사결정과정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Analysis of the Influence of Connectivity and Context-Awareness Functions of Ubiquitous Decision Support System (UDSS) on User's Decision Making Process)

  • 정보기술의 급격한 발전은 경영환경에서 다양한 정보를 산출하여 의사결정자들이 의사결정을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 수단을 요구하고 있다. 특히 유비쿼터스 환경의 등장으로 이러한 의사결정형태는 더욱 복잡해지고 다양해 질것으로 기대된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 의사결정지원시스템(UDSS:Ubiquitous Decision Support Systems)이 실제 업무에서 의사결정과정과 의사결정의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 모바일 택배 시스템(MDS:Mobile Delivery System)을 UDSS로 간주하고 유비쿼터스 환경의 주요한 두 속성인 유비쿼터스 접속성과 상황인식기능이 의사결정자의 의사결정과정과 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증자료를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 유비쿼터스 접속성은 의사결정과정에서 대안설계에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, 상황인식기능은 의사결정의 모든 과정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 의사결정과정 간의 각 단계들은 상호 유의한 인과관계를 나타냈으며, 의사결정과정과 의사결정의 성과는 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 UDSS의 설계 및 구현에 필요한 시사점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
