  • 우리나라 항만의 최근 5년간 항만별 입출항척수, 대형선박 통항 비율, 위험화물 운반선 통항 비율 및 해양사고 발생 현황을 통하여 항만별 해상교통 위험도를 식별하였다. 이와 함께 해상교통관제 구역에 대하여 기초 조사를 실시하여 현재 VTS센터에 설정된 관제구역 수가 이러한 해상교통 위험도 인자들과 비교하여 적정하게 설정되어 있는지를 검토하였다.

실험실의 사고분석을 통한 발생빈도 및 강도의 정량적 위험성 평가 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quantitative Risk Assessment Technique about Frequency and Severity of Occurrences through Accident Analysis in Laboratories)

  • In this study, with the objects of 173 institutions of university and research institutions, investigation was carried out through visit investigation ar d questionnaire investigation. Frequency and severity of occurrences was acquired mainly through universities and research institutions which have reported occurrences of accidents to the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology. Quantitative danger evaluation was conducted through frequency and strength of occurrences. Case study was carried out by selecting bio science laboratory of university and as the result of this study, degree of danger among the inspection objects of bio science laboratories, laboratory work place was evaluated as the most dangerous with the scores of 155.00 and as the result of average danger level, compression gas cylinder was evaluated as the most dangerous with the scores of 6.4000.

  • The importance of development of occupational safety index is truly great. It will contribute to the wise direction of safety program. In present, frequency and severity ratios were the standard measure. These terms express the incidence of major injuries and severity of the major injuries experience, each with relation to the employee-hours of work exposure during the period that is measured. But these measure don't expressed the dangerous feeling degree of worker. In this study, Effective Industrial Safety Index(EISI) was developed using dangerous feeling degree of worker, frequency of injuries, and severity of injury. EISI can be used as an aid for effective safety management in workplace.

대설특성을 통한 잠재적 위험도 분석 - 충청북도 11개 시·군을 중심으로 - (An Analysis of Potential Danger Factors by the Characteristics of Heavy Snow - Focused 11 Cities and Guns in Chungcheongbuk-do -)

  • 본 연구에서는 충청북도 내 각 지자체를 대상으로 지역별 대설특성을 통한 잠재적 위험요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 35년 평균적설량으로 인한 잠재적 위험도는 제천시와 보은군이 가장 높았으며 35년 최대적설량을 통한 잠재적 위험요인에서는 다른 결과가 도출되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 잠재적 위험요인에 대한 지역의 빈도수를 살펴보면 가장 높은 지역은 보은군, 제천시, 괴산군, 영동군, 청주시 순으로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 일반적인 대설특성 뿐만 아니라 잠재적인 위험요인들을 도출하고 그에 대한 위험도를 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 가진다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 충청북도 각 지자체들의 제설대응체계 및 방안 마련에 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 제조업 작업자들에 대한 위험행동 요인의 분석은 효과적인 휴먼에러 예방과 효율적인 안전관리제도의 시스템화를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구는 작업자들의 작업심리, 작업환경, 작업일탈 요인이 위험행동의도에 미치는 영향과 이러한 위험행동의도가 위험행동에 미치는 영향의 관계를, 중소 제조업 중 제조가공업 작업자 80명을 대상으로, 설문조사를 중심으로 분석하였다. 결과를 살펴보면, 작업심리와 작업일탈은 위험행동의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 직무만족과 작업부하에 해당하는 작업환경요인은 위험행동의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 동료들과의 관계, 업무의 만족 내지는 불만족 정도, 작업자가 느끼는 직무의 중요성 정도와 많은 작업량을 소화하기 위한 시간의 촉박함 등이 의도적인 위험 작업 유발에는 영향을 미치지 않지만, 위험행동에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 의도성이 결여된 상태에서 작업환경요인은 위험행동을 수반하는 것으로 나타났다.

AHP를 이용한 원자력발전소 건설공사의 단위작업 위험도 평가 (Assessment of risk of unit work in nuclear power plant construction using AHP)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of risk of the working unit of nuclear power plants construction. In order to do this, and the risk index by type and source of risk judgment derived in the previous study were utilized. Further, to derive a risk index of unit work in nuclear power plant construction, a survey targeting safety professionals was conducted. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used for analysis of the survey. The following results were obtained. Firstly, the results of AHP showed that main building work is the most dangerous work, and base excavation work is the second dangerous work among 21 unit works. Secondly, so, it is required to invest more and to take a increasing interest in unit works of civil and architecture as compared to other unit works. Further, the results could be used to reduce the degree of risk in construction of the nuclear power plant.

  • The degree of contamination on outdoor insulator is one of the most importance factors to determine the pollution level of outdoor insulations, and the sea salt is known as the most dangerous pollutant. As shown through the preceding study, the generation of salt pollutant and the pollution degree of outdoor insulator have a close relation with meteorological conditions, such as wind velocity, rainfall, and so on. So, in this paper, we have made database using the past meteorological data and ESDD(equivalent salt deposit density) and then we predicted the pollution degree in the future after analyzing currently meteorological data of database.

Objective This study is aimed to present the effective classification of Soeumin symptomatology and the standardized signs for classification which can be applied for KCD, ICD and the insurance codification system. 2. Methods 1) Differentiate Soeumin symptomatology based on exterior-interior patterns, favorable-unfavorable patterns, and mild-severe-dangerous-urgent patterns. 2) Investigate the standard signs and symptoms to claasify Soeumin symptomatology based on exterior-interior patterns, favorable-unfavorable patterns, and mild-severe-dangerous-urgent patterns. 3. Results and Conclusions 1) The diagnosis criteria for Soeumin exterior-interior disease is based upon signs & symptoms of cold/heat, condition of stool, state of digestive system(such as digestion and appetite)among others. 2) The diagnosis criteria for Soeumin favorable-unfavorable disease is generally based upon whether the vital force of the spleen is damaged or not. More specifically, for the exterior disease, whether or not sweating is present. For the interior disease, whether or not dry mouth, body ache(a main symptom of the exterior state), and anxiousness are present. 3) For the Soeumin Wool-gwang disease, the diagnosis criteria of mild-severe disease is whether or not chills is present and the degree of body fever. 4) For Soeumin Mang-yang disease, the diagnosis criteria of dangerous-urgent disease is whether or not chills is, the degree of sweating and urine condition. 5) For the Soeumin Greater-Yin disease, Abdominal-pain bowel irritability pattern and Epigastric discomfort pattern are early state signs, Jaundice pattern is mild-state sign, edema & Greater-Yang disease Yin-toxin pattern are terminal state signs. 6) For the Soeumin interior disease, Abdominal-pain bowel irritability pattern and Epigastric discomfort pattern are of the dangerous state pattern, Jang-gual and Exuberant-Yin-repelling-Yang pattern are of the urgent state patterns.

도시철도 건설공사의 공종별 위험도에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Risk Level of Work Types in Urban Railway Construction)

  • The goals of this study were to investigate some significant factors to judge level of safety at urban railway construction field and to analyze degree of risk by work classification. Currently, there are lots of construction fields for the urban railway for national transportation, and our government also planned constructing more urban railway in near future. However, most of the researches on safety neglected the degree of risk factors on the urban railway construction field. Safety managers participated in the brainstorming session for deriving decision criteria of the degree of risk (i.e., significant factors). Then, they were asked to answer a structured questionnaire which was developed for deriving most important factors. Finally, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to analyze level of risk by work classification. The following results were obtained. First, total twelve factors judging degree of risk were found in the brainstorming session. Second, the questionnaire showed four significant factors, including adjacency of obstacle, intensity of work, unsafe condition and work space. Third, the results of AHP showed civil work is the most dangerous work among 6 work types. The results could be used to give the safety management priority on accident prevention efforts among several hazards and to reduce degree of risk in construction field of the urban railway.
