일본 노인복지시설의 디자인 특성에 관한 연구 - 동경 및 근교지역의 특양홈을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Design Characteristics of Welfare Facilities for the Aged in Japan)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the design characteristics of welfare facilities for the aged in Japan in order to establish the basic data for such facilities in Korea. In conclusion of analysis, the design characteristics of welfare facilities for the aged can be summarized as follows; the dignity of the individual, the privacy, the small group units, the sociopsychological support, the succession of regional and cultural factors, the nature, the safety, the interior materials for the old men, the improvement of staves' environment, the energy reduction and earth environment. The aged welfare equipments in Japan are her products which reflect the society and culture of Japan, therefore our efforts to convert them to equipments which are suitable to our culture and emotion are desired urgently.

유교유산을 활용한 관광문화복지 구현에 대한 연구 - 유교건물을 중심으로 - (Study on the Realization of Tourism Culture Welfare by Using Confucius Heritage - Based on Confucian Buildings -)

  • 본 연구는 유교유산을 활용한 관광문화복지 구현에 대한 연구를 하고자 한다. 연구대상은 2014년 6월13일부터 11월7일까지 영월군의 향교, 서원, 누정을 대상으로 실태 및 면접조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 척도문항을 중심으로 현장조사, 건물소유자와 관리자의 심층면접을 실시하였으며, 과학적 탐구과정을 거쳐서 판단하고 분석하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 역사적 배경은 문화재적 가치로 매우 귀중한 지역의 관광 및 문화복지 자산인 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 향교와 서원은 전통유교문화형식을 보이고 있으나, 누정건축에서는 보기 드문 특색을 나타내고 있어 특화된 사회적 관광자원화가 요구된다. 셋째, 유교유산에 대한 관광문화복지 자원화가 아직은 미흡한 실정으로 파악 되므로 이에 대한 마케팅강화와 프로그램의 개발과 운용이 절실하다. 본 연구의 시사점은 유교문화의 계승과 현대적 재해석이 필요하며, 이를 토대로 유교문화와 현대문화를 아우르는 디지털관광으로의 발상전환 그리고 지역과 상생하는 관광문화복지 정책의 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

한·일 노인복지시설 종사자의 업무저해요인과 안전문화인식 비교 (A Study on the Comparative Study on the Work Obstacles and Safety Culture Perceptions of Elderly Welfare Facility Employees in Korea and Japan)

  • 본 연구는 한국과 일본의 노인복지시설종사자들의 업무저해요인 및 안전문화인식을 비교하기 위하여 실시한 비교서술연구이다. 연구대상은 일본 'N'시 지역 노인복지시설 근무 종사자 460명과 한국의 K도의 'A'시, 'S'시에 소재하는 노인복지시설 근무 종사자 220명으로 총 680명 이었다. 연구기간은 2018년 4월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 이었으며, 자료는 ${\chi}^2$- test, t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과 업무저해요인은 한국과 일본 두 집단 간의 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 안전문화 인식에서는 한국 노인복지시설 종사자들이 일본 노인복지시설 종사자들 보다 안전문화인식의 수준이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 또한 양국 모두 업무저해요인이 적을수록 안전문화인식을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 업무저해요인이 안전문화인식에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구결과는 안전문화인식을 높이고 업무저해요인을 감소시키기 위한 근무환경개선과 인적자원관리 전략수립의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라고 기대된다.

조직문화가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 의료사회복지사의 인식을 중심으로 (A Study of the Impact of Organizational Cultures on the Organizational Effectiveness)

  • The purpose of this study was to the impact of organizational culture on the organizational effectiveness in hospitals were empirically analysed. Data were collected by 151 social workers including general hospitals with one social worker at least and single-department hospital with two social workers or more, were identified nationwide through the registry of Korean Association of Medical Social Workers and Korean Association of Hospitals. The results of this study were summarized as follows; First, most social workers report that characteristic of culture in their hospitals are group culture the first, hierarchial culture the second, rational culture the third, and developmental culture finally in order of social worker's recognition. Second, according to the types of organizational culture, there were significantly different levels of organizational effectiveness. Social worker's perceived group cultures in hospital showed higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment than other culture patterns. And also, social worker's perceived developmental cultures in hospital showed higher organizational commitment quality of social service than other culture patterns. Third, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find the relationship of organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. As a result, developmental culture showed a strong relationship with job satisfaction, organizational commitment and quality of social services Finally, as for the cultural affects on the organizational effectiveness depended on intensive attention to developmental culture in hospital Consolidating the attribute of developmental culture in hospital is also proposed to improve the organizational cultures.

농촌 폐교재산 활용 활성화를 위한 우수 시설 이용자의 만족도와 영향 요인 조사 (Analysis of User Satisfaction and its Related Factors in Facilities using Closed Rural Schools)

  • Although user satisfaction and activation are noting new, factors related to user emotion have been a part of the important subject shared by most people for management. But few studies have known in culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools. The samples were collected through self-completed a questionnaires, a total of 322 users data were identified by SPSS 25.0 and frequency and descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. The main results are as follows: 1) General user satisfaction of culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools reach a total or 8.52 points(out of a total of 10 points), 2) significant factors related to user satisfaction are comparative satisfaction, recognition of contribution to the local economy, age, job. A key insight from these results is that most users are satisfied with the culture and welfare facilities using closed rural schools. And relationship between user satisfaction and a variety of variables indicates the essential for differentiation and utilization of services. It is necessary to implement several practical and political strategies taking the context and the needs of users as a way of enhancing the urban and rural welfare services.

장애인복지관 종사자의 조직문화 인식이 직무성과에 미치는 영향: 지적자본의 매개효과 검증 (Effect of Organizational Culture Perception on Job Performance of Welfare Centers Workers for the Disabled: Testing of Mediation Effect of Intellectual Capital)

  • 본 연구는 조직문화인식이 지적자본과 직무성과에 영향을 미치는지 탐구하고, 지적자본이 조직문화와 직무성과 간 매개효과가 있는지를 실증분석 하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개발문화가 직무성과에 부(-)의 관계가 있었다. 둘째, 개발문화, 집단문화가 지적자본에 정(+)의 관계가 있었다. 셋째, 지적자본이 조직문화와 직무성과 간 매개관계에 있어서 개발문화와 직무성과 관계는 부분매개 효과가, 집단문화와 직무성과 관계에 있어서는 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 조직문화 인식 속에서 장애인복지관 종사자는 직무성과를 제고하기 위해 지적자본을 활용한 다양한 방안들이 검토되어야 할 것이다.

용인시 문화복지행정타운 조경설계 (Landscape Design for the Culture.Welfare.Administration Complex of Youngin-City)

  • This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for the Culture.Welfare.Administration Complex of Yongin-City which was held by Yongin-City in December, 2001. The site is located at 68-19 Yukbuck-dong, Yongin-City, Kyunggi-do and has an area of 236,449$m^2$. The judging criteria for landscape design set by the Yongin-City could be articulated as follows: an environment friendly design respecting the surrounding environment, a locale as a community center of Yongin-City, a resting place for the welfare of employees and visitors, and finally a place with diverse landscape elements reflecting the individual identity of each facility. This proposal chose the main design concept of this project as‘Nature meets City'. A grove of pine trees fragments the multi building complex, so that‘nature'was brought into the‘city'. A double ground system was introduced to respect the existing topography and to enhance the efficency of the land. This design proposal consists of four segments. Each segment has its own design theme. Outdoor space of this multi-purpose complex was designed with themes of nature, culture, welfare and administration. Space composition with grid and natural looking curvilinear lines was a design motive for this complex. The nature oriented planting design was introduced to respect the existing groves of Mt. Suksung. Specific species were chosen to follow its own spatial character in each space. An environmental sculpture called‘Dream Soaring'was placed in the middle of‘Citizen Plaza'. Its light and feather-looking shape symbolizes the vision of Youngin-City. At night people can watch the diverse color changes on its mirror-like surface.
