창의적연구진흥사업 사업평가 및 분석 (The Program Evaluation and Analysis of Creative Research Initiatives)

  • The objective of this research is to evaluate the Creative Research Initiative Program (CRI), a national R&D program funded by the Ministry of Science & Technology in Korea. The evaluation of CRI covers the following research questions; 1) Have it set a unique position and characteristic distinguished from other government-funded R&D programs\ulcorner 2) Are the achievements of the program relevant to its goal\ulcorner 3) What is its performances and how much is it achieved its goal\ulcorner The results are the followings; 1) CRI is perceived as a pure basic research, distinguished from other national basic research programs, such as the Coal Oriented Basic Research Program and the SRC and ERC. 2) CRI is a well-adapted R&D program in confront of the environmental changes and R&D needs, as well as follows the planned R&D areas. 3) CRI have performed well in the raising-up world-class research leaders and the nation-wide diffusion of creative R&D culture, while it got few performances in the overcoming the limitation of the existing technologies and the independent development of original key technologies for future industries. However, the duration of the program, 5 year, is too short to expect concrete outcome, such as creating original technologies. Many of the outcomes of CRI gets a lot of attention from top class scientists in the world, it is expected to generate various R&D performances in the future.

한국인의 우쭐과 체면성향이 명품 제품태도에 미치는 영향 : 명품광고 제작시사점을 중심으로 (The Impact on the Korea Characteristic influence on the Attitude of Luxury Product : focus on Strategic Implication in Luxury Ad)

  • 본 연구는 한국인의 우쭐과 체면성향이 명품 제품태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 선행연구 결과를 토대로 한국인의 우쭐과 체면성향이 명품소비행동과 관련성이 있을 것으로 추론되었으며, 따라서 이러한 한국인의 심리적 특성이 명품 제품태도와 어떤 관계성이 있는 가를 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 한국인의 우쭐성향은 요인분석 결과 6개의 하위요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국인의 체면성향은 요인분석결과 3개의 요인으로 나타났다, 셋째, 한국인의 우쭐과 체면성향 중 명품 제품태도에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 확인한 결과 우쭐성향이 명품 제품태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 우쭐성향 중 자기중심, 열등감, 자존감, 과시성향 요인이 명품 제품태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 한국인의 우쭐성향에 대한 요인구조를 확인했다는 점에 가치가 있으며, 향후 명품광고를 제작하는 실무자에게 우쭐 심리적 특성의 하위속성을 고려해야만 하는 시사점을 제공해 주었다.

현대 니트패션에 나타난 상.하위문화의 혼합특성 (Phenomena of Mixture in High.Low Class Culture in Contemporary Knit Fashion)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer data that designers can utilize substantially, by developing creative materials in knit fashion through the analysis relevant to expression characteristics on the mixture in high low class culture, which were shown in knit fashion of contemporary women, as one of methods of pursuing a plan for being able to be appeared creative and unique knit wear. As for a method of this research, studied concept and characteristics on the mixture in high low class culture by preceding researches. And women's knit fashion was selected that is seen to be 3~18 gauge among the world's 4 collections from 2000~2008. The analysis was made with the analytical frame in mixture pattern, and the analytical frame in design element, and item. The results are as follows. The mixture of kidult element and high fashion was shown with characteristic of expressing humor and fun with graffiti, expression like character and cartoon, and fairy-tale fantasy through the exaggerated trifling article. The mixture of grungy element and high fashion was shown with the expression characteristic in the mixture of heterogenous pattern, and in tear, slit without the end treatment due to fraying the end strand in the knit fashion with basic stitch, patch work, fringing and tone-down gray, use of khaki and blue color, and match in opposite color. The mixture of underwear and high fashion was shown the expression characteristic with the emphasis on underwear line like volume up, or with the mixture of details such as pants in diverse lengths, mini skirt, underwear lace, and ribbon.

과학영재의 뇌 활용 성향과 과학 창의적 문제해결력 간의 관계 분석 (Analysis of the Relationship between Science-Gifted Student's Brain Dominance and Scientific Creative Problem Solving)

  • 본 연구에서는 과학영재(n=159)를 대상으로 뇌 활용 성향과 과학 창의적 문제해결력 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 뇌 활용 성향은 좌상뇌, 좌하뇌, 우하뇌, 우상뇌로 구분되었으며, 과학 창의적 문제해결력은 타당성, 과학성, 정교성, 독창성, 유창성의 하부점수로 구분이 되었다. 분석 결과 과학영재집단은 네 가지의 뇌 유형 중에서 좌상뇌의 점수가 가장 높고 빈도수도 높게 나타나 좌상뇌의 특성인 분석적이고 비판적인 사고를 하는 성향이 강하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 과학 창의적 문제해결력 점수에 따라 상위 집단과 하위 집단으로 구분하여 두 집단 간에 뇌 활용 성향 점수의 차이를 분석한 결과, 유창성 점수가 더 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해서 우 상뇌의 활용 점수가 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 뇌 활용 성향과 과학 창의적 문제해결력 간의 상관도를 분석한 결과, 우상뇌 활용 성향과 유창성 및 독창성 점수 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 상관도를 보였다(p<0.05). 이러한 결과는 상상력이 풍부하고 도전적인 우상뇌의 활용 성향이 과학 창의적 문제해결에 있어 많은 아이이어와 독창적인 아이디어를 만들어내는데 관련이 있음을 시사한다.

대학의 학교홍보를 위한 광고 표현전략연구 - 인쇄매체 광고디자인을 중심으로 - (The Creative strategy for the school Advertising)

  • 1995년 시작된 교육개혁이후 국내의 대학들은 설립이래 가장 큰 위기를 맞고 있다. 대학 설립이 자유로워지고 외국 교육기관의 국내 시장 진출이 가능해졌으며 무엇보다도 핵가족화에 따른 인구자연감소로 2003년에는 대학의 모집인원이 지원하는 학생 수보다도 더 많아지게 됐다. 이미 지방의 경쟁력이 없는 대학에서는 정원 미달이란 초유의 사태가 벌어지고 있으며 무사안일과 보수적 성향에 있었던 대학들은 이제 개혁과 변화의 물결에서 벗어날 수 없게 되었다. 2년제 포함 300여 개가 넘는 대학의 수는 서로를 경쟁의 상대로 느끼기 시작했으며 각 대학들은 이 치열한 경쟁의 해결책으로 광고 마케팅을 인식하고 본격적인 광고활동을 벌이고 있다. 양적으로 급작스럽게 커지고 있는 대학광고는 그 질적인 수준이라 할 수 있는 크리에이티브 전략에서는 기업광고나 제품광고에 비해 많이 뒤쳐져 있다. 본 연구를 통해 대학광고 특성을 파악하고 집행된 대학광고물의 표현전략으로서의 크리에이티브를 분석, 효과적인 표현전략을 제시하고자 한다. 대학이 가지는 공공성의 특성 때문에 일반 기업광고의 상업적인 차원과는 다른 접근이 필요하며 기존의 모집 공고형태의 수동적인 자세에서 이미지 홍보형태의 적극적인 표현전략이 요구된다. 이러한 효과적이고 적극적인 표현전략을 통해 수험생을 1차적 타켓오디언스로 하는 대학광고의 소비자들에게 대학선택의 기회를 제공할 뿐 아니라 미래의 잠재적 고객인 초·중학생 또는 일반인에게도 긍정적이고 적극적인 이미지를 주입시켜 효과적인 커뮤니케이션을 가능케 할 것이다.

LED의 패션디자인 적용방법과 표현특성 (A Study on the Method to Apply LED to Fashion Design and Its Expression Characteristic)

  • Fashion industry is high value added indust교, whose price is decided by design value so it requires creativity and uniqueness for competition. The purpose of this study is to grasp how the design characteristic of LED that can express new creativity and uniqueness is applied to fashion design and find out the expression characteristic of LED used in fashion design. The study subjects, the design to which LED is applied, were extracted from fashion show and internet search. As a study result, the expression characteristics of LED used for fashion design are as follows. First, for function, tool function that can provide convenience for life and expression function that can provide user with emotional and psychological satisfaction and communication were allowed. Second, for aesthetic changes, many-sided, multiple colors and pattern displays of LED changed design meaning visually and caused aesthetic emotion for observer. Third, for interaction, physical factor of LED, user, dress and environmental factor interacted each other, enabling both-sided communication. Fourth, for amusement, multiple lights of LED activated visual and tactile sense, expressing usefulness and joyfulness on the basis of various display possibilities and changes. The study result will be helpful for developing more unique, creative design according to the change of age and development of science.

이시오까 에이꼬 석강영자(石岡瑛子)의 영화 의상에 나타난 디자인 특성에 관한 고찰 (A Study on Design Characteristic Shown in Movie Costume of Ishioka Eiko)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze movie costume of main character and find design characteristic and historical spirit focusing on the movie, in which Ishioka Eiko, Japanese movie costume designer constructing unique design world, participated. The study captured images of three movies such as , and with Digital Multimedia Converting System and analyzed them by focusing on the pictures showing designer's intention and design characteristic well among acquired 319 pictures. The costumes addressing movie costume designer's sense of values are recreated as future-oriented new works and are expressed as creative costumes by acquiring inspiration from past factors, dissolving them and applying up-to-date technology. Movie costume shall reflect historical spirit of our age as movie shows social cultural trend including fashion trend of manufactured age. Ishioka Eiko has searched for the design, which is proper for three principles such as 'be unique', 'be eternal' and 'be innovative' and from the result of analyzing movie costume, it is found that she showed characteristics of symbolism(transmission of the sensitivity), ornamentalism(effective representation as a decorative effect attention) and multiculturalism(harmony of time and culture) as well as uniqueness. The movie costume are different mutually and create new hybrid culture, in which different costume cultures are mixed with current costumes without the restriction to other culture. It is proper for the age of globalization and localization so it is expected that the multiculturalism will be enlarged more.

이토토요의 도서관 공간에 나타나는 창조적 인터페이스요소에 관한 연구 - 타마미술대학신도서관을 사례로 - (A Study on the Creative Interface Factors of Library Space on Ito Toyo - Focus on the Tama Art University New Libraries -)

  • The importance of communication which is oriented to interaction, fusion and connection is more increased in the post-information society. The information environment is already realized as interface to reach immediately and freely to the databased information and knowledge. The contemporary libraries execute very important roles as an intellectual infra of modern times to deliver the great human achievement and create new culture. In the mean time, the rapid information-oriented society and the development of digital technology bring out big change in the traditional dispatch and receipt method of information. For this reason, libraries as the community space of visitors integrates physical space - electronic space and reconstructs new temporary culture and value to build the new interface that connects human to human, human to space and human to information. On the premise of these awareness, this study analysis the creative interface factor of Tama Art University New Libraries in Ito Toyo in order to research the function and the application method of modern libraries. And the results are follows. 1)We can make sure the significance of communication and the integration consciousness between digital technology and analogue sensitivity that is the characteristic of the post-information society. 2)We can classify for the creative interface factors by the character as space factor(Arcade, Gallery, Lounge, AV Booth, Cafe), facility/equipment factor(Laboratory, Media, Bar, Info Shelf, Media Seat) and furniture factor(Carrel, Desk, Mag Table, XI Shelf). 3)We can see that these interface factors change the stream of library users and that the library is constructed for library users to create and discovery something easily from books and modern technologies. And we can realize also that these factors are creative installation to lead out naturally the latent liberty sense of users.

DTN에서 예측 기반한 적응적 노드 속성 분석 (Adaptive analysis of characteristic nodes using prediction method in DTN)

  • 본 논문은 Delay Tolerant Network(DTN)에서 예측기반 라우팅을 사용할 때 효율적인 중계 노드를 선택할 수 있도록 노드 속성을 분석하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존 예측기반 DTN 라우팅 알고리즘은 노드의 정보를 분석하여 목적 노드로 접근하는 노드를 예측하여 중계 노드로 선택하는데, DTN의 특성상 전체적인 네트워크의 상황을 파악하기 힘들어 불규칙하게 변화하는 네트워크에서는 지연시간이 증가하고 전송률이 감소하는 단점이 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 제안하는 알고리즘은 노드의 속도, 방향, 위치 등의 속성 정보와 네트워크의 환경에 적응적으로 변화하는 가중치를 사용해 불분명한 네트워크 환경에서 더 효율적인 노드를 선택할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문은 모의실험을 통해 제안하는 알고리즘을 사용한 라우팅 프로토콜이 기존 라우팅 프로토콜에 비해 전송률, 지연시간, 오버헤드 측면에서 향상됨을 검증한다.

학생들의 과학긍정경험에 영향을 주는 과학교육 선도학교 특성에 대한 질적 탐구 (Qualitative Inquiry of Features of Science Education Leading Schools on Students' Positive Experiences about Science)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of science leading schools on primary and middle school students' positive experiences about science (PES) through in-depth interviews with teachers in charge of science leading schools. Science leading schools at the primary and middle school level such as Creative Convergent Science Labs and Student Participatory Science Classes were investigated and 11 teachers were participated in focus group interviews. Teacher in-depth interviews were conducted to explore the factors that led to the effectiveness of science leading schools in improving the student's PES in light of operational characteristics of science leading schools, characteristic factors of science leading schools on students PES, and improvement plans and requirements of science leading schools, as well as implications for general high schools. Science leading schools including Creative Convergent Science Labs and Student Participatory Science Classes applied for the leading school funding to secure supplies, equipments, and lab improvement for authentic science classes. In addition, reconstructed the curriculum more broadly than before, and emphasized and expanded student participatory classes and process-centered assessment at the teacher learning community level. Through student-participatory classes, the science leading schools stimulate students' interest in science, provide students with PES) through various instructions including projects, engage students in interesting science experiences in Creative Convergent Science Labs, and enhance inquiry skills and PES as well as science content knowledge. Based on the results, ways to spread the characteristics of science leading schools to general schools are suggested including expanding budget support, securing the space of science labs and improving spatial composition, providing diverse teaching and learning materials, diversifying assessment subjects and methods, and the necessity of teachers' continuous professional development, etc.
