Foreign scholars pointed out that the root of the Korean economic crash was A Study on Corporate Social Responsibility and Moral Management due to the government's excessive regulations, the harmful effects of government finance, and the high-cost political structure. Despite the need to ease the rigidity of governmental finance and various regulations and operate the financial system through autonomous market mechanisms, it was argued that various bribes, express fees, and collusive lobbying funds were inevitably generated due to discretionary acts of bureaucrats with licenses and permits, complicated administrative procedures and systems, and regulatory changes in government policies. In fact, in developing countries, corruption was a necessary evil for economic development and was seen as a lubricant in economic management. The purpose of this study is to study the social responsibility and corporate ethics of chaebol. First: consider the problems of large corporations. Second, We will consider the direction and policy of corporate ethics. This paper sheds light on the ethical management of the Korean chaebol, considering that corporate ethics and transparency for the social responsibility of chaebols are important
Integrating corporate culture in a merger enterprise is considered as one of the most important variables to decide M&A success. This study established a conceptional model according to the preceding study on integrating corporate culture and organizational effectiveness, and formulated a hypothesis on the interrelation between a seven factors of corporate culture proposed by Pascale & Athos and Peters & Waterman and organizational effectiveness. The result of applying multi-regression analysis to test the hypothesis is as follows; firstly, all of a merger enterprise's cultural factors have meaningful influence on job involvement among organizational effectiveness; secondly, all of them have sincere influence on job satisfaction among organizational effectiveness except shared value; and thirdly, all of them except skill have significant influence on organizational harmony among organizational effectiveness. This is a significant empirical and exploratory study to ascertain the variables of corporate culture factors, and to verify their effects on organizational effectiveness.
In this paper, I approach corporate social responsibility as a discourse metadiscursively shaping the social relationship between corporations and society. Using a discourse-centered approach to culture, I examine how early discussions (involving legal disputes) on the rights of corporations to give evolved into a public sphere discussion as to how corporations can be viewed and redefined as social actors with capabilities to perform socially meaning actions, which here is "responsibility." I discuss how corporate social responsibility currently operates as a metadiscourse of corporate personhood, ethics, and corporate citizenship. Then, using insights from Mauss, I analyze how corporate social responsibility might be comparable to a Maussian gift exchange. Corporate social responsibility actions that are performed, indeed, are gift exchanges in that they involve the ideology of the free gift and the implicit expectation of a return to the giver. In the meantime, I argue, that in the case of corporate social responsibility, it is not the act of giving gifts (e.g., grants) that can lead to social alliances but rather the talk of gift giving, a departure from the ceremonial gift exchanges observed by Mauss. That is, here, the talk of giving shapes social alliances, thus displacing this function from the act of giving itself. The PR strategies deploy talk of the gift as a metapragmatic strategy, inviting various forms of role alignment on the part of diverse, potential and actual, participants, in a framework of corporate-sponsored gift exchange in which potential recipients compete, again at the level of metapragmatic description, to become the chosen gift recipient.

Today the corporate environment is changing rapidly in a standpoint of politics, economics, society and technology environment. So corporates need a management strategy in another point of view. As a new menagement strategy it is introduced corporate culture. The corporate culture should be built with the core of CI, in order to be adapted to peripheral circumstances of the company. The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to manage the systematic management of corporate image by inquiring into corporate identity. Through the research of the deluxe hotels in seoul it is tried to find hotel CI-concept. As a result, the knowledge level of hotel managers is a little low and considered simply as the modification of basic elements and development of a visual idenification system. The trade war between the United States and China has been going on for many years, and sanctions against Chinese telecommunications companies in the United States are increasingly tightening. Despite these restrictions, ZTE (Zhongxing), China's leading communication equipment company, is rather expanding its market share in the global 5th generation mobile communication (5G) market. ZTE's growth and competitiveness are based on its unique corporate culture. ZTE places great importance on R&D, has a corporate culture of humility and moderation based on traditional Chinese culture. Besides, it has the placement and use of human resources in the right place. While ZTE strives to implement people-centered management, it makes good use of internal competition. Despite ZTE's global market share and corporate competitiveness, virtually nothing has been studied in Korea. The results of this study are intended to be helpful in enhancing the competitiveness of Korea's ICT industry and companies that want to expand to the world while fostering 5G.
This paper attempts to develop a framework for interrelationships among human resources information systems (HRIS), outsourcing, and corporate culture. This research investigates impacts of outsourcing HRIS on corporate culture. In this paper, we hypothesize that outsourcing corporate HRIS is less appealing (1) if the quality of product and customer service matters for a firm, (2) if a firm is concerned with a loss of intellectual property, and (3) if a firm requires maintenance of a distinctive human resource service function that is capable of meeting the challenges of fast changing customer demands in a dynamic business environment. In addition, this study argues companies must be aware of the total costs associated with HRIS before outsourcing its human resource functions. Finally, the impact on employee morale and performance must also be considered By outsourcing HRIS, managers will be able to spend more time and resources dedicated to an employee's professional career development.

The purpose of this research is to create a preferable corporate culture under the SmartWork environment. There is growing interests in SmartWork, which can satisfy the compatible conditions of government's carbon emission restriction policy, corporate efficient expense reduction, productivity maximization, and each individual's work and a family. Due to the interests and the rapid development of IT technology, a realistic condition for SmartWork is established but the promotion without a sufficient preparation, such as legal examination and relevant systems, created much confusion and very few companies are introducing it. This paper discusses that a social agreement should be reached through adjustments among parties interested, such as government, companies, and employees, studies the WIN-WIN plan that individuals and organization can grow together, and proposes a new corporate culture under the SmartWork environment. SmartWork has more than the simple meaning of 'remote working'. SmartWork, a method of smart working, means a transition to a new paradigm that minimizes moving for work and work & human move together, and a change from a work-oriented culture to a human-oriented culture. This paper summarized the role of government and companies for the successful introduction of SmartWork, and proposed that a government level 'SmartWork Activation Executive Committee (tentative name)' with a strong promotional power would create a new culture of SmartWork and form a civilian consultative body to support SmartWork corporate culture creation & expansion in the private corporate area, in a tuning with Ministry of Public Administration & Security, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Gender, and Communications Commission.
