미세 3차원 구조물 제조를 위한 디지털 마이크로미러소자 응용 마이크로 광조형 (Digital Micromirror Device Based Microstereolithography for the Fabrication of 3D Microstructures)

  • In order to increase the productivity of conventional microstereolithography (MSL), digital micromirror device($DMD^{TM}$) based MSL is proposed and the feasibility of 3D rnicrocomponents fabrication is demonstrated in two ways; free surface and constrained surface techniques. The clearness of optical images at the exposure plane was confirmed for the fabrication of an accurate 3D structure by controlling the dynamic viscosity of FA1260T and the shape accuracy of a structure fabricated with epoxy-based resin ($Somos^{\circledR}$ 10120) was analyzed to determine the optimum curing conditions. After finding the appropriate process variables, the feasibility of multiple microstructures is then demonstrated. Due to the high productivity, MSL using $DMD^{TM}$ showed the potential to replace the existing focused laser beam MSL.

  • The compressive strength of concrete is determined by various influencing factors. However, the conventional method for estimating the compressive strength of concrete has been suggested by considering only 1 to 3 specific influential factors as variables. In this study, nine influential factors (W/B ratio, Water, Cement, Aggregate(Coarse, Fine), Fly ash, Blast furnace slag, Curing temperature, and humidity) of papers opened for 10 years were collected at 4 conferences in order to know the various correlations among data and the tendency of data. The selected mixture and compressive strength data were learned using the Deep Learning Algorithm to derive an estimated function model. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the number of hidden layers on the prediction performance in the process of estimating the compressive strength for an arbitrary combination.

  • In this study, the advanced on-sided stress wave velocity measurement method was applied to investigate the effects of composition, age and moisture content in concrete. Two concrete specimens that have different composition were used to figure out the change of the Longitudinal and Surface wave velocity due to different composition. The other concrete specimen was cast and the Longitudinal and Surface wave velocity was monitored during curing process. After 28-day old, the effect of moisture content in the concrete specimen to the stress wave velocity is presented in this paper during the time period 43-74 days after casting. For drying process. an aggregate drying oven was used. A conventional ultrasonic through transmission method was used to compare with the results determined by the one-sided method.

  • Unlike other members, beams have various cross-sections and they have an important role of delivering the load of slabs. A beam form neighbors the columns and slabs, which makes it difficult to be installed. In a conventional way to exclusively use the form after concrete pouring, the form and a support should be both removed. Then, the support should reinstalled to sustain the stripping time of form, resulting in a structural issue. To solve such structural problem, the study proposes SMART beam form that uses filler panels and supports for filler. The floor filler panels and supports for filler are not removed after concrete curing, to conform to the stripping time of supports. Thus, any structural problem such as cracks and reduction of compressive strength owing to the gap of load bearing capacity can be prevented. The study results will be used as cases for studies on productivity analyses.

  • 저자는 한약 복용, 침을 이용한 저주파 전기자극 치료, 이침요법, 부항요법, 행동수정요법, 식이 및 운동지도 등을 중심으로 한 기존의 비만 치료 방법으로 체중 및 체지방 감소를 시도했으나 실패한 경험이 있는 환자를 대상으로 새로운 치료 기술인 약주요법을 위주로 한 프로그램을 적용하여 체중, 체지방률, 복부비만도 등의 지표에서 좋은 경과를 보였으며 기존의 치료에 비해 치료 만족도가 높았던 증례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

  • In the construction site, it is necessary to estimate the compressive strength of concrete in order to adjust the demolding time of the form, and establish and adjust the construction schedule. The compressive strength of concrete is determined by various influencing factors. However, the conventional method for estimating the compressive strength of concrete has been suggested by considering only 1 to 3 specific influential factors as variables. In this study, seven influential factors (W/B ratio, Water, Cement, Fly ash, Blast furnace slag, Curing temperature, and humidity) of papers opened for 10 years were collected at three conferences in order to know the various correlations among data and the tendency of data. The purpose of this paper is to estimate compressive strength more accurately by applying it to algorithm of the Deep learning.

  • This paper examines the efficiency of the application of conventional and insulated gang forms for curing and protection of concrete by comparing the amount of electric energy required therefor. In addition, a thermal vision camera was used to identify heat loss from surfaces of the gang forms after each placement of concrete. Experimental results, show that the heat loss at the submerged temperature was large at the submerged surface due to the large calorific value at the surface of the mold. The insulated gang form had some heat loss in the horizontal bars. In the case of adiabatic reforming, the pattern shows a constant calorific value over time. In conclusion, the insulation performance is better than that of general gang form.

광조형물의 효율적 성형을 위한 지지대 자동 생성 시스템 개발 (Development of Automatic Support Structure Generation System for Effective Building of Stereolithographic Parts)

  • Stereolithography is a process used to rapidly produce stereolithographic parts directly from three dimensional CAD models. However design methodologies to create components to be built by stereolithography are different from those required by conventional machining processes. As a typical case in point, the support structures are required to support a component at build stage, but are later removed once building and curing are complete. These structures are used to anchor the component to the platform and to prevent sagging or distortion. This paper deals with the Support Map data structure prepared to find the appropriate regions of supports. Interferences between supports and parts, and support structure themselves as well, are checked and thus the system are searching the statically stable regions to remove the surplus support structures. Cross shaped tooth profiles are designed for easy eliminating the support structures.

  • AQ Bond Plus has the function of self-etching priming adhesive, which can be applied by single coating without second coating, being different from conventional AQ bonds. Moreover, because the absorption range of light became wider, the bond can comply with any visible light curing units. Thus, the bond can produce an unified form between the dentine layer with impregnated resin of good quality and the thin and hard film characteristically. In this study, we investigated the junctional conditions of AQ Bond Plus, using a scanning electron microscope (SEM).(omitted)

  • Reliability of CMOS has been severed under aggressive device scaling. Conventional technologies such as lightly doped drain (LDD) and forming gas annealing (FGA) have been applied for better device reliability, but further advances are modest. Alternatively, electro-thermal annealing (ETA) which utilizes Joule heat produced by electrodes in a MOSFET, has been newly introduced for gate dielectric curing. However, concerns about mechanical stability during the electro-thermal annealing, have not been discussed, yet. In this context, this paper demonstrates the mechanical stability of nanosheet FET during the electro-thermal annealing. The effect of mechanical stresses during the electro-thermal annealing was investigated with respect to device design parameters.
