동적 XML 데이타 스트링의 안전한 질의 처리를 위한 효율적인 접근제어 레이블링 (Efficient Access Control Labeling for Secure Query Processing on Dynamic XML Data Streams)

  • 유비쿼터스 데이타 스트림 환경에서 동적 XML 데이타 스트림에 대한 효율적이고 안전한 접근제어 기법은 최근에 활발한 연구분야가 되어왔다. 본 논문에서 동적 XML 데이타 스트림 환경에서 효율적이고 안전한 접근제어를 위한 향상된 롤-기반 소수 레이블링 기법을 제안한다. 또한 지속적으로 갱신되는 XML 문서의 효율적인 레이블링 기법과 효율적이고 안전한 접근제어를 위한 기존연구의 문제점을 지적한다. 제안하는 향상된 레이블링 기법은 문서가 갱신될 때 다시 레이블링 하지 않고도 노드 사이의 조상-후손 관계와 형제 관계를 유지할 수 있으며, 레이블의 충돌 없이 XML 트리에 임의의 지속적인 노드 삽입 또는 갱신을 지원한다. 또한, 롤-기반 소수 레이블링 기법을 통해 효율적인 접근제어를 구현하였다. 끝으로 본 논문의 제안 방법이 효율적이고 안전함을 실험을 통해 보여줄 것이다.

  • 최근 프라이버시 적용이 IT분야의 가장 중요한 문제의 하나로 대두되고 있다. 프라이버시 보호는 조직의 데이터 처리 시스템에 프라이버시 정책을 적용함으로써 달성 될 수 있다. 전통적인 보안 모델은 다소간 프라이버시 바인딩과 같은 기본적인 프라이버시 요구를 적용하기에 부적절하다. 본 논문은 조직에 프라이버시 정책을 적용할 수 있는 하나의 확장된 역할기반 접근제어 모델을 제안한다. 이 모델은 RBAC과 도메인-타입 적용, 그리고 프라이버시 정책을 결합함으로써 프라이버시 보호와 함께 문맥기반 접근제어를 제공한다. 프라이버시 정책은 역할에 프라이버시 등급을, 데이터에 고객의 프라이버시 선호에 따른 데이터 프라이버시 등급을 부여하는 데이터 사용 정책을 적용함으로써 달성한다. 또 이 모델을 응용에 적용하기 위하여 작은 병원 모델이 사용되었다.

A Study on the Ethical Issues and Sharing Behavior of User's Information in the Era of Big Data

  • This study is to examine how big data collects user's information and is used; the status quo of exposures of user's information, and various measures of self-control by the user. This study is also to look their ethical issues and discuss problems of privacy concerning big data. As a way for users to self-control their information, they need to check the log-in state of web portal sites and set up their account so that customized advertisement and location information cannot be tracked. When posting a blog, the value of posting should be controlled. When becoming a member of a web site, users must check the access terms before agreement and beware of chained agreements and/or membership joins in order to control the exposure of their personal information. To prevent information abuse through big data through which user's information is collected and analyzed, all users must have the right to control, block or allow personal information. For an individual to have the right to control over his information, users must understand the concept of user's information and practice ethics accompanied by newly given roles in the Internet space, which will lead to the establishment of the sound and mature information society on the Internet.

DGPS와 연석추출을 이용한 순찰용 로봇의 개발 (Development of Patrol Robot using DGPS and Curb Detection)

  • This paper demonstrates the development of a mobile robot for patrol. We fuse differential GPS, angle sensor and odometry data using the framework of extended Kalman filter to localize a mobile robot in outdoor environments. An important feature of road environment is the existence of curbs. So, we also propose an algorithm to find out the position of curbs from laser range finder data using Hough transform. The mobile robot builds the map of the curbs of roads and the map is used fur tracking and localization. The patrol robot system consists of a mobile robot and a control station. The mobile robot sends the image data from a camera to the control station. The remote control station receives and displays the image data. Also, the patrol robot system can be used in two modes, teleoperated or autonomous. In teleoperated mode, the teleoperator commands the mobile robot based on the image data. On the other hand, in autonomous mode, the mobile robot has to autonomously track the predefined waypoints. So, we have designed a path tracking controller to track the path. We have been able to confirm that the proposed algorithms show proper performances in outdoor environment through experiments in the road.

  • Recently, artificial intelligence has reached the level of top information technologies that will have significant influence over many aspects of our future lifestyles. In particular, in the fields of machine learning technologies for classification and decision-making, there have been a lot of research efforts for solving estimation and control problems that appear in the various kinds of portfolio management problems via data-driven approaches. Note that these modern data-driven approaches, which try to find solutions to the problems based on relevant empirical data rather than mathematical analyses, are useful particularly in practical application domains. In this paper, we consider some applications of modern data-driven machine learning methods for portfolio management problems. More precisely, we apply a simplified version of the sparse Gaussian process (GP) classification method for classifying users' sensitivity with respect to financial risk, and then present two portfolio management issues in which the GP application results can be useful. Experimental results show that the GP applications work well in handling simulated data sets.

The effective transmission technique of the robot control data which puts a base in UDP protocols was proposed from the present paper. Following research it leads and it follows the duplication transmission number of time in error rate of radio link and it was thought all that controls petty the research of the mechanism which progresses is necessary.

Design and Implementation of Data Processing Middleware and Management System for IoT based Services

  • Sensor application systems for remote monitoring and control are required, such as the establishment of databases and IoT service servers, to process data being transmitted and received through radio communication modules, controllers and gateways. This paper designs and implements database server, IoT service server, data processing middleware and IoT management system for IoT based services based on the controllers, communication modules and gateway middleware platform developed. For this, we firstly define the specification of the data packet and control code for the information classification of the sensor application system, and also design and implement the database as a separate server for data protection and efficient management. In addition, we design and implement the IoT management system so that functions such as status information verification, control and modification of operating environment information of remote sensor application systems are carried out. The implemented system can lead to efficient operation and reduced management costs of sensor application systems through site status analysis, setting operational information, and remote control and management.

Evaluation of neutronics parameters during RSG-GAS commissioning by using Monte Carlo code

  • Several reactor physics commissioning experiments were conducted to obtain the neutronic parameters at the beginning of the G.A. Siwabessy Multi-purpose Reactor (RSG-GAS) operation. These parameters are essential for the reactor to safety operate. Leveraging the experimental data, this study evaluated the calculated core reactivity, control rod reactivity worth, integral control rod reactivity curve, and fuel reactivity. Calculations were carried out with Serpent 2 code using the latest neutron cross-section data ENDF/B-VIII.0. The criticality calculations were carried out for the RSG-GAS first core up to the third core configuration, which has been done experimentally during these commissioning periods. The excess reactivity for the second and third cores showed a difference of 510.97 pcm and 253.23 pcm to the experiment data. The calculated integral reactivity of the control rod has an error of less than 1.0% compared to the experimental data. The calculated fuel reactivity value is consistent with the measured data, with a maximum error of 2.12%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the RSG-GAS reactor core model is in good agreement to reproduce excess reactivity, control rod worth, and fuel element reactivity.

  • Internet of Things(IoT) 기술이 발전하면서 다양한 IoT 기기들을 이용하여 사용자의 편의성을 높이기 위한 서비스가 늘어나고 있다. 또한, IoT 센서가 다양해지고 가격이 낮아지고 있어서 다양한 데이터를 수집 및 활용하여 서비스를 제공하는 사업자도 증가하는 추세이다. 스마트 IoT 홈 시스템은 IoT 기기를 이용하여 사용자의 편의성을 향상하는 대표적인 활용 사례이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 IoT 홈 시스템의 사용자 편의성을 향상하기 위하여 데이터를 분석하여 연관 기기의 제어를 위한 방법을 제안한다. 스마트 IoT 홈 시스템의 센서에서 수집한 내부 환경 측정 데이터, 기기 제어 엑츄에이터에서 수집한 데이터 및 사용자의 판단 데이터를 학습하여 현재 홈 내부 상태를 분석하고 기기 제어 방법을 결정한다. 특히 기존 기술들과 다르게 최신 딥 러닝 기반의 심층 신경망을 도입하여 데이터를 분석하여 홈 내부 상태를 판단하고 최적의 홈 내부 환경 유지를 위한 정보를 제공한다. 실험에서는 실제 장기간 측정한 데이터와 추론 결과를 비교하여 제안한 방법의 판별 성능에 대한 분석을 수행하였다.

Multivariate CUSUM control charts for monitoring the covariance matrix

  • This paper is a study on the multivariate CUSUM control charts using three different control statistics for monitoring covariance matrix. We get control limits and ARLs of the proposed multivariate CUSUM control charts using three different control statistics by using computer simulations. The performances of these proposed multivariate CUSUM control charts have been investigated by comparing ARLs. The purpose of control charts is to detect assignable causes of variation so that these causes can be found and eliminated from process, variability will be reduced and the process will be improved. We show that the charts based on three different control statistics are very effective in detecting shifts, especially shifts in covariances when the variables are highly correlated. When variables are highly correlated, our overall recommendation is to use the multivariate CUSUM control charts using trace for detecting changes in covariance matrix.
