건설현장의 PSM(Process Safety Management) 제도 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application to PSM (Process Safety Management) Policy in the Construction)

  • In this paper, we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM method. The reason why PSM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries,' thereby strengthening there competitive edges. Boost of safety control system by PSM method will make an enormous contribution to preventing construction accidents on the site by establishing and securing an autonomous safety control system.

  • New information technology contributes to raising of business productivity in many construction companies. The application of construction integrated management system is expected to save the time of decision-making in business management and shorten the closing account schedule. Construction Integrated Management System based on ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system allows to control core business procedure by monitoring technique on real-time. In this paper, we achieves 10% raise up business productivity in site business area, and 30% raise up business productivity in head of nce business area by means of DW-CIMS (Daewoo Construction Integrated Management System)

  • The traffic accidents at a construction site, which happen due to construction vehicles' frequent access to a construction site, its subsequent conflicts with ordinary vehicles and pedestrians, and inappropriate installation & management of traffic security facilities, have not many proportions in all traffic accidents, but obviously, the accident damage is quite serious when comparing the level of the fatal per one accident. This research conducted an analysis of traffic accident injury severity using Ordered Probit Model in relation to 241 traffic accident cases that occurred caused by construction sites among the traffic accidents that took place in Seoul and Gyeoggi-do region for two years from 2006 until 2007. As a result, the significant variables enough to explain traffic accident injury severity were analyzed to be the state of road surface, linear shape of an accident spot & whether the damaging car belongs to the vehicle for construction, and whether vehicles have access to a construction site at the time of an accident. Through this, this research found out some fact as follows: first, there need to be more aggressive management of the vehicles for construction and a year-round placement of the manpower who can control vehicular access to a construction site. Second, it is necessary to get drivers to recognize the fact that there exists a construction site on the construction section which is on the border of curved roads in advance to prevent a traffic accident, helping to reduce socioeconomic loss & costs incurred by a traffic accident.

  • In this paper, we described configuration and construction of infrastructure for the KASS Reference Station (KRS), subsystem of Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS). KASS system consists of three subsystems(KRS, Mission Control Center (MCC), KASS Uplink Station (KUS)). One of these subsystems, KRS receives GNSS data for generating range error and integrity verification and sends to MCC. It is needed to antenna facilities for mounting GNSS antenna and shelter for operating KRS and infra equipment(power and network system, lightning and grounding system, fire extinguish) for operating KRS. For this reason, we have established the requirements for KRS infrastructure and constructed infrastructure for KRS to meet the requirements of KRS infrastructure.

  • Recently BIM technology has been expanded for using in construction project. However its spread has been delayed than the initial expectations, due to the high-cost of BIM infrastructure development, the lack of regulations, the lack of process and so forth. In construction site phase, especially the analysis of current research trend about IT technologies, virtualization and BIM service, data exchange such as drawing, 3D model, object data, properties using cloud computing and virtual server system is defined as a most successful solution. The purpose of this study is enable the cloud computing BIM server to provide several main function such as edit a model, 3D model viewer and checker, mark-up, snapshot in high-performance quality by proper design of VDI system. Concurrent client connection performance is a main technical index of VDI. Through test-bed server client, developed VDI system's multi-connect control will be evaluated. The performance-test result of BIM server VDI will effect to development direction of cloud computing BIM service for commercialization.

건설장비 플릿관리 시스템 적용시 생산성 분석 (Productivity analysis using a Fleet Management System for Construction Equipment)

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래와 IoT 기술의 접목을 통하여 건설산업을 발전 시키기 위한 다양한 연구가 국내·외에서 진행되고 있다. 특히 다수다종의 건설장비가 투입되는 대단지 토공현장에서 건설장비의 관제 시스템은 생산성 증대를 위하여 매우 중요하다. 이러한 이유로 건설장비 최적운영 플릿관리 시스템이 개발되었고, 현장에서 적용과정 중에 문제점이 도출되어 단계별로 개선이 필요하게 되었다. 건설장비 최적운영 플릿관리시스템의 현장 적용과정을 검증하기 위해 실제 현장에 사용되었던 데이터와 본 시스템을 이용하여 생성된 현장자료를 입력하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 데이터를 비교하여 생산성 분석을 진행하였다. 분석은 굴삭기와 덤프에 국한하여 진행하였으며, 분석결과 시간당 작업율이 4 %대로 증가, 반면에 원가는 4 %로 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. 적용한 현장에 따라서 분석결과는 상이할 수 있지만, 토공현장 단지사업에서 장비의 작업량 증가와 원가 감소를 보여준 것은 생산성 증대를 검증한 것으로 사료된다.

  • Previously, ASCI(Automation System for Curtain-wall Installation) which combined with a multi-DOF manipulator to a mini-excavator was developed and applied on construction site. As result, the operation by one operator and more intuitive operation method are proposed to improve ASCI's operation method which need one person with a remote joystick and another operating an excavator. The human-robot cooperative system can cope with various and untypical constructing environment through the real-time interacting with a human, robot and constructing environment simultaneously. The physical power of a robot system helps a human to handle heavy construction materials with relatively scaled-down load. Also, a human can feel and response the force reflected from robot end effecter acting with working environment. This paper presents the feasibility study regarding the application of the proposed human-robot cooperation control for construction robot through experiments on a 2DOF manipulator.

  • 건설현장에서 발생하는 소음으로 인하여 많은 사람들이 고통을 겪고 있고, 그로 인하여 민원과 분쟁이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 민원은 사업의 지연 및 중단, 배상액 지불과 같은 시간적, 경제적 손실을 초래하므로 엄격하게 관리되어야 한다. 이와 같은 추세에 따라 정부는 기존 방음벽 중심의 소음정책에서 탈피하여 발생원 중심으로 소음을 관리하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 건설소음은 일시적이고, 불규칙적으로 발생하며, 건설장비 자체의 소음레벨이 높기 때문에 쉽게 제어되기 어렵다. 또한 최근 선진국을 중심으로 사람들에게 쉽게 인지되지는 않지만, 고주파 소음과 마찬가지로 인체에 정신적, 신체적 피해를 주는 저주파 소음에 대한 연구를 활발히 진행하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 수동적인 소음관리방식으로는 고주파 소음을 저감하는데 효과가 있을 뿐, 저주파 소음을 저감하는데는 한계가 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 건설현장에서 발생하는 소음을 저감하고, 기존의 수동적인 소음관리방식의 한계점을 보완하기 위한 방법으로 능동소음제어를 이용하여 건설현장에서 발생하는 소음을 저감하기 위한 관리모델을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 시뮬레이션 실험을 수행하였고, 능동소음제어의 건설현장 적용성을 검토하였다. 본 논문은 능동소음제어를 통하여 건설현장에서 발생하는 소음을 저감하고, 소음피해로 인한 민원과 분쟁을 최소화하는데 일조할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

  • Due to its high dependency of manpower, construction work has several difficulties in terms of quality control, imbalance of supply and demand of qualified manpower, safety management for them and improvement of production. Such problems related to the management can be at some degree solved by introducing an automation facility. Since the unique environment of a construction site in the past was not structured, it is very hard to introduce a facility to automate construction work from operation of the equipment to assignment of where to work. This is a preliminary research for automation of construction work. In this study, the trend of development of a cutting-edge technology, RTLS, was researched and analyzed in order to review the possibility of utilizing RTLS in construction work and present a control mechanism for construction equipment. Although the presented mechanism is at the concept stage, which still has lots of restrictions to be solved, the application of the RTLS will be very much feasible. That is, if linkage of the study between the RTLS and the automation of construction is built, it will be expected to contribute to many fields such as cost reduction through efficient and systemic management, the reduction of construction period and precise construction as well as raising the level of the automation of domestic construction work.
