This study is thing for construction properties that protect about damage of waterproofing course that is problem in asphalt pavement and latex modification concrete pavement. It is thing about new method of construction and develop protecting material of waterproofing. Did performance test item first at, as a result, drew by suitable thing in all KS items, This is considered to have more effective spot construction work because if means that have stability by material as well as method construction.

This paper investigates the applicability of movable sensors that can be attached to hard hats to protect construction site safety management to prevent safety accidents based on accident case studies in the field of construction engineering and the gas sensors currently used in construction sites. We would like to propose MQ-2, a standard Arduino gas sensor.

Larger and more sophisticated building construction requires more input resources such as worker, materials and devices. Growing resource volume brings risks at a construction site. The industry makes an effort to protect probable incidents at the site by organizing a safety management team. conducting a safety instruction and etc, but losses especially in the construction are higher than other industries. Major reason is that the safety management program is conducted only at the step of construction work and a root cause is not eliminated. Conventionally a concerned party shifts the blame to other parties such as constructor and site workers who are direct participants in the construction site. However, the whole causes of incidents go to the all subject of the construction not only the constructor but the client, designer and others related in the construction, and especially the clients are heavily involved in general concerns of the project. Therefore, this study is defined the role of the clients in nations and domestic condition of construction safety management is investigated. And it is analyzed surveys to prevent incidents at construction sites, and suggested the role of the clients which is classified pre and post construction, and in the middle of construction, and also categorized planning and design & construction schedule especially for the pre-construction level.

Suburban green space is an important component part of urban ecological system, the third largest space between urban center and peripheral countryside. Because of the specific regional location of the suburban green space, it differs from the green space in the center of the city in the respects of construction and planning. Anyhow, it has the features of less investment, quicker efficiency, free and easy management and good ecological effects. The writer of this paper holds that urban ecological construction should be planned rationally and laid out in an overall way under the prerequisite of making full use of and protecting local species so as to further extend the green ecological space at urban periphery, to create dense green surroundings, and to explore a way for ecological construction to develop in a scientific, effective and healthy way.

Recently, the prestressed concrete long-span bridegs are increasingly built at various locations in the world. The mechanical and structural behavior of prestressed concrete bridges is very complex because of nonlinear and time-dependent material behavior and sequential change of structural system due to stepwise construction. These factors may cause construction errors with respect to design value and monitoring system is needed to minimize or to protect construction errors. This study presents the basis development of monitoring system for precise construction of large scale prestressed concrete bridges.

The Safety Assessment for Construction works is used in order to make the safety plans to protect calamities in construction sites. However in Korea it is problem that the Safety Assessment has strict and meaningless contents. So it is not used well. This study suggests the effectual making methods of the Safety Assessment to solve the problems which are found through investing serious calamities and interviewing experts.

Natural resources managers have considered the landscape without detailed consideration of aesthetic values of the landscape and geomorphological significance of unique landforms. Since EIA system was introduced in 1981, values associated with landscape protection have been neglected at best compared with those values traditionally attributed to environmental protection, including clean air, water quality and species protection. Black top highways are being built without consideration of harmful effects to the sea cliffs. Sea walls and tetrapod are being installed to protect the coastal towns and fish markets for tourist. However, beach itself are experiencing accelerated erosion due to the shortage of proper coastal engineering expertise. Hotels and condominiums are under construction on a massive scale around the national parks, which substitute the scenic ridges with concrete profiles. To protect the scenic beauty of national parks, their design and construction material should be more harmonious with the surroundings. Therefore, visual impact assessment should be applied both within the national park boundary and beyond to enhance the aesthetic values of national parks.

Contradictions often occur between the process of urban modernization and protection of history and culture, which have become the topics of current studies. The development of a city has its past, present and future while history and culture have their continued process. Culture is the sediment of history, left among buildings and merged in life. Exerting a subtle influence on the construction of a city and behaviors of citizens, culture is very important to the urban construction and is also the soul of a city and its buildings. Culture is closely bound up with inhabitants' life and the key to protect well the cultural features is to protect well historical and cultural venues. Qushuiyuan Garden is a venue for local folklore activities. The programming holds that folklore, historical and humane sceneries should be protected and left to our coming generations.
