고차 시스템 제어를 위한 CDM 기법을 이용한 PIDA 제어기 설계 (PIDA Controller Design by CDM for Control of High-Order system)

  • A design of PIDA(Proportional-Integral-Derivative-Acceleration) controller for the third-order plant using the CDM(Coefficient Diagram Method) is presented. Using CDM, the closed-loop system with the designed PIDA controller can be made stable and satisfied both the transient and steady state response specifications without any adjustment. The effect of output step disturbance can also be lastly rejected. The fast step response of the controlled system can be achieved by reducing the equivalent time constant. The MATLABs simulation results show that the performances of the designed controlled system using CDM is better than the performance of the controlled system using PIDA controller designed by its own technique.

  • A flexible disk grinding system process has been introduced that utilized varying disk orientation with respect to workpiece along with the applied feed speed. A known process model methodologies has been used to fomulate processed surface profiles. Various process conditions including cutting speed, maximum feed speed and orientation angles could applied to observe process outcomes. Even though continuous and constant feed speed has been applied to the process, the results from the trapezoidal input velocity profiles would be observed and compared. Based on the control strategies including neural network methodologies, several output results were compared to find the optimum process condition.

  • 본 논문에서는 FA용 센서 중의 하나인 고주파 발진형 근접 센서 시스템을 CMOS를 이용하여 설계하였다. 금속 물체의 원근에 따라 발생되는 크기가 다른 두 정현파를 전파정류부와 평활회로부를 통하여 DC 전압으로 전환하여 정전류회로의 출력단에 전류를 흐르게 한다. 슈미트 트리거를 사용하여 전압 레벨의 노이즈를 제거한다. 이를 통하여 고주파 발진형 근접 센서 시스템이 소형, 경량화, 저 소비 전력의 이점을 갖도록 하였다.

구획화재에서의 스프링클러 작동시간 예측 연구 (Prediction of sprinkler activation time in compartment fire)

  • 구획화재에서 스프링클러 작동순간의 연층온도와 연층높이를 구하는 모델링 방법을 기술하였다. 스프링클러 작동모델에서의 시정수는 실험으로부터 얻어진 RTI(Response time index)와 스프링클러 주위의 유속을 평가할 수 있는 실험식으로부터 구하였고, 시간에 따른 연층온도 변화는 기존의 2층 zone model을 이용하였다. 모델에 의한 계산결과를 검증하기 위하여 가솔린 pool 화재를 이용한 실험을 수행하여 계산결과와 실험결과를 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과인 스프링클러 작동순간의 연층온도와 높이는 스프링클러 분무와 화재 Plume의 상호작용을 해석하기 위한 필요한 입력자료로 사용할 수 있다.

붐방제기의 균일량 살포를 위한 제어시스템 개발 (Development of a Control System for Uniform Application Rate on a Self-Propelled Boom Sprayer)

  • A control system for a self-propelled boom sprayer to spray at uniform application rate was developed and evaluated. The ground speed of the sprayer was converted into voltage. The voltage was used as an input signal. Output signal was current of a servo motor, that controlled application pressure of the sprayer with a feedback control system. Spraying was executed at the pressure of 20~55 psi and the speed of 0.640~0.696 km/hr and 1.040-1.131 km/hr. Although the pressure and the speed of sprayer were changed continuously, application rate was tried to keep a nearly constant amount of 666.67 L/ha. This result showed that the developed control system for uniform application rate was adoptable for the self-propelled sprayer.

  • Thermodynamic behavior of a composite system which is composed of two simple thermal subsystems with constant heat capacities is analyzed, and several thermodynamic phenomena are investigated. The changes of the states and the potential work of the composite system are shown as the interaction between the subsystems in the composite system. The potential work is defined as the possible maximum available work from the composite system, and it is a thermodynamic property of the composite system. The decrease of the potential work is the same as the available work output from the composite system in reversible processes. The dissipation of available work is directly connected to the generation of entropy. The concepts of exergy and internal energy can be explained as a special case of the potential work.

  • This paper presents a new adaptive structure with fuzzy logic applied to adaptive controller. In the conventional adaptive control, good performance cannot be expected due to the adaptation gain of gradient algorithm fined as a constant. To change adaptation gain property, fuzzy rules, which are based on the output error and its rate of change, have been established. The proposed fuzzy adaptive law shows fast parameter convergence and improved performance. The fuzzy logic base is added to the conventional adaptive structure and little additional computation time is required.

  • In this paper deals with linearized control of induction motor by vector control. Output equation induced from d-q axies voltage and current equation of induction moter. The condition of induced equation is that rotor's current of axies has 0 and state current of D axies which was driven by synchronous speed is constant. The fully digital controlled induction motor drive system based on the proposed linearized method and the control circuit of system consists of 16bits micro computer and all the function are implemented with software. When the voltage source inverter control with PI controller is empolyed, in spite of secondary resistance Rr Variation, the Vector control condition is satisfied.

  • The hybrid positon/force control is required when two or more robots perform a coorperative task in a uncertain environment, or when single robot does a task with a constant force to the environment. In this paper, a new control algorithm which control simultaneously the position and the force are proposed, however, especially the conventional position controller employed in the present robot control is used. Moreover, in order to improve the output response characteristics of the system, the PI gains which were computed from the PI gain tunning techniques, are varied based on the results of the Fuzzy algorithm.

  • This paper describes the development of integrated simulator with GUI(Graphic User Interface) for traction power supply system. This simulator consists of a lot of calculation modules such as TPS, train time schedule, line constant, and power supply system analysis. Each module has input and output structure respectively. The algorithms of all modules have confirmed the validity to comparison with field test that is performed on both high speed railway line and conventional line.
