An end-of-life strategy is concerned with how to disassemble a product and what to do with each of the resultingdisassembled parts. A sound understanding of the end-of-life strategy at the early design stage could improve theease of disassembly and recycling in an efficient and effective manner. Therefore, the end-of-life decisionmaking for environmental conscious design has become a great concern to product manufacturers.We introduce a novel concept ofeco-architecture which represents a scheme by which the physical componentsare allocated to end-of-life modules. An end-of-life module is a physical chunk of connected components or afeasible subassembly which can be simultaneously processed by the same end-of-life option without furtherdisassembly. In this paper, a method for analyzing the eco-architecture of a product at the configuration designstage is proposed. It produces an optimal eco-architecture under the given environmental regulations. To dealwith the case ofa complex product, the method is extended for analyzing hierarchical eco-architecture.

The novel tetranuclear nickel (II) complex is a high rate accelerator in promoting hydrolysis of phosphate diesters. Nickel-bound bis-nitrophenyl phosphate (BNPP) can be $10^4$ times more reactive than the unbound BNPP. The large rate of enhancements by the complex slightly under basic condition has shown high catalytic activity in phosphate diester cleavage. The bell-shaped pH-rate profile indicated that the nickel-oxide form of the tetranuclear complex or its kinetic equivalent was the active species for cleaving BNPP. The catalytic hydrolysis between tetranuclear nickel (II) complex and phosphate diester proceeds via the formation of bidentate coordination of the anionic phosphate to the Ni (II) atom. This reveals that the complex has the possibility as artificial nuclease.

有機含鹽素 에스테르, 알콜, 및 산과 金屬亞鉛 및 錫을 dimethyl formanmide 溶媒存在下에서 反應시킨 結果 有機金屬 콤프렉스를 좋은 收率로 生成하였다. 같은 反應을 混合紫外線照射下에서 進行시킨 結果 高溫 以外에서는 콤프렉스의 生成이 크지못하였다. D.M.F.에 依한 金屬 콤프렉스의 溶解效果는 토루엘이나 사이크로헥산보다 훨씬 컸었다. 鹽素를 含有한 酸에서는 酸의 金屬鹽의 金屬 콤프렉스가 生成됨을 觀察하였다. 카보닐 precursor와의 反應에 있어서는 少量의 雙合物과 함께 附加物을 生成하였으나 收率이 높지 못하였다(산 30∼40%, 에스테르 73%, 알콜 14.6%). 그러나 이 方法은 從來法에 比하여 簡便한 것임을 알았다. 硏究結果를 溶媒效果에 關聯시켜 論議하였으며 實驗方式을 報告하였다.

This paper suggests the new techmology to control metal flow in order to reduce the number of preforming and machining for the cold forged product with complex geometry. This technology can be summarized the complex forming, which consists of bulk forming and sheet forming, and multi-action forging, which be preformed double action dies. To analyze the process, finite element simulation has been performed. The proposed technology is applied to hub which is part of air conditioner clutch. According to the result of this study, the relative velocity of mandrel and punch is primary process variable.

Generally, the life-span of a multi-housing complex is over 50 years, but in reality they are usually demolished after 20 years in spite of its remaining life expectancy. Thus, this research focuses on the estimation of the optimum economic life-span of a multi-housing complex. To estimate the minimum total cost point of start to finish of a multi-housing complex, we'll apply MAPI(Machinery and Allied Product Institute) and LCC(Life Cycle Cost) theory.

The dynamics and control of two complex column configurations (sidestream column with stripper; prcfractionater/sidestream column configuration), which are multivariable interacting and nonlinear, have been studied. A new control scheme developed by Hanand Park(1993) to deal with the nonlinear and multivariable nature of distillation processes has been applied to these complex distillation configurations. The control scheme incorporates a nonlinear wave model into a generic model control framework. An observer based on the nonlinear wave model is used to determine the profile positions of distillation column sections. The control scheme enables tight control of the profile position of each column section that leads to fast stabilization of product compositions.

The activity of the lipase and phospholipase extracted from the seed meal of Nicotiana tabacum L. was studied with the help of Spectrophotometer at different pH, Temperatures and Solvents. Both lipase and phospholipase shown optimum activity at pH 6 and $45^{\circ}C$. Their activities also maximize when n-heptane was used as solvent media.

Soft sets are fantastic mathematical tools to handle imprecise and uncertain information in complicated situations. In this paper, we defined the hybrid structure which is the combination of soft set and complex number representation of intuitionistic fuzzy set. We defined basic set theoretic operations such as complement, union, intersection, restricted union, restricted intersection etc. for this hybrid structure. Moreover, we developed this theory to establish some more set theoretic operations like Disjunctive sum, difference, product, conjugate etc.
