The questionnaire analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and Smart PLS 3.0.Customer orientation, innovation orientation, and competitor orientation were found to have a positive effect on product/service competitiveness. It can be said that market changes in product/service competitiveness, technology improvement capability, target market analysis, etc. meet the objectives of most research projects, such as the success of new products/services. In addition, product/service competitiveness was found to have a positive effect on the success of new products/services. This paper examined the effect of market orientation on social media marketing performance in the Korean financial institituions. Narver and Slater's market orientation theory was employed for the structural equation model framework. Indirect and direct implication on the social media marketing performance were analyzed. This study conducted online survey social media marketing staff and managers in 230 Korean financial institutions such as banks, securities, asset management, credit card, insurance companies. 102 responses were collected and analyzed. The results revealed that financial institutions' customer orientation, competitor orientation and inter-functional coordination have a positive impact on marketing communications execution degree but not direct effect on social media marketing performance except competitor orientation. Although it does not appear to have a statistically significant association between market orientation two concepts such as customer orientation and inter-functional coordination, and social media marketing performance directly, the competitive orientation has statistically positive impact.

The results showed that innovativeness had a positive(+) effect on customer-orientation and inter-department cooperation and coordination but did not have a statistically significant effect on competitor-orientation. Third, we examined the effect that risk-taking might have on market orientation in connection with social entrepreneurship. The results implied that risk-taking had a positive(+) effect on customer-orientation and inter-department cooperation and coordination but did not have a statistically significant effect on competitor-orientation. Finally, the relationship among market orientation variables was like this: The inter-department cooperation and coordination had a positive(+) effect on both customer-orientation and competitor-orientation. Several studies have been conducted on market orientation over the last three decades. However, the majority of previous research focused exclusively on an internal vision that conceives the market orientation from an organizational perspective, considering the market orientation as a strictly perceived culture or behavior by company's staff (managers and employees) .This study aims to emphasize the importance of analyzing the market orientation from a dual perspective by investigating simultaneously the perceptions of customers and those of managers. It examines the perceptual gap or perceptual congruence of market orientation between customers and managers. A survey is conducted with Tunisian bank managers and B to B customers to measure their market orientation perception. The results should reveal level of manager's market orientation in Tunisian banks compared to customers' perceptions. The perception gaps of market orientation between managers and customers named congruence is highlighted and categorized. This study provides some contributions to fill the gap emerging from the one-sidedness of market orientation evaluation and gives a dyadic vision of market orientation that helps managers in their continuous learning about markets and sensing customers' needs and expectations. Market orientation level between the two groups is evaluated to give some managerial recommendations.
This study tried to analyzed the relationship between market orientation, localization and performance in order to suggest to a methodology for performance 7hypothesis were constructed for analysis based on previous literature review. The results of empirical analysis shows that market orientation gave significant effect on firm's performance and localization. Localization also positively related to firm's performance. These result explains that firms which try to take superior of performance must build high level of market orientation should be realized and reacted the complicated market situation. such as consumer needs, competitor's action, change of technology and provider's action, etc. For this, management of uncertainty should be required through the high level of information-oriented.
Examining the market orientation and learning orientaiton and these relationship with business performance has received considerable interest in the last decade. Despite these interest, our understanding of the structure of both market orientation and learning orientaion and the mechanism of those effect on business performance is apparently limited in figuring out the railroad industry in Korea. The purpose of this research was to conceptualize and measure the organizational culture dimension from the integrative framework of market orientation and learning orientation, and to analyze its relationship with business performance in the railroad industry. The findings from this research are such as follows; market orientation is a set of three interrelated components, i.e., customer orientation, competitor orientation, and inter-functional coordination. This finding is similar to that of Narver and Slater(1990; 1994) who conceptualized market-oriented culture as a combined set of those 3 components. Learning-oriented culture also has a significant positive effect on business performance. The research findings suggest that both market orientation and learning orientation do exist as different organizational culture dimensions to acquire the sustainable competitive advantage in the railroad industry.
Recently, many companies are interested in adopting cloud computing as their IT strategy. However, no distinct results have appeared in the substantial implementation of this technology. The main reason for such result is from the absence of research models leading to high impact studies on cloud computing. Thus, this study attempts to find a possible answer for the following research question : what factors influence an organizational assimilation of cloud computing? This study investigates Technology-Push (TP)/Need-Pull (NP) theory as a main factor affecting cloud computing assimilation. Also, the study examines the moderating role of organizational readiness. TP includes of perceived benefits, vendor pressure, cost savings, and IT activity intensity while NP includes competitor orientation, information technology policy, technological turbulence, and performance gaps. In addition, organizational readiness suggests two variables, financial resources and technological knowledge. Result from 217 adopting organizations showed that all of these factors with exception of competitor orientation and vendor pressure, have statistically significant impact on assimilation of cloud computing. The implications of the findings propose a theoretical framework for the foundation of studies on cloud computing assimilation, which can server as important practical guidelines for technology development.
