It is important to consider interaction between species in understanding structure and function of the biological community. Current ecological issues such as climate change and habitat loss emphasize the significance of the concept of species interaction in that varying species' interaction across environmental gradients may lead to altered ecological function and services. However, most community studies have focused on species diversity through analysis of quantitative indices based on species composition and abundance data without considering species interactions in the community. 'Ecological network analysis' based on network theory enables exploration of structural and functional properties of ecosystems composed of various species and their interactions. In this paper, network analysis of Cheonggye stream as a case study was presented to promote uses of network analysis on ecological studies in Korea. Cheonggye stream has a simple biological structure with link density of 1.48, connectance 0.07, generality 4.43, and vulnerability 1.94. The ecological network analysis can be used to provide ecological interpretations of domestic long-term monitoring data and can contribute to conserving and managing species diversity in ecosystems.

BGP 커뮤니티 기반의 라우팅 정책은 특정 네트워크에 대한 경로를 사용자 정의 라우팅 정책에 따라 선택할 수 있는 특성을 갖는다. 다양한 속성의 단위 네트워크가 상호 연결된 글로벌연구망 환경의 전체적인 성능향상을 위해 최근 커뮤니티 기반의 라우팅 정책에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 본 논문은 기존 글로벌연구망에서 적용되고 있는 커뮤니티 라우팅을 전체 네트워크 성능향상의 관점에서 분석하고, 새로운 글로벌연구망에서 라우팅 성능에 관련된 문제점을 도출한다. 이를 바탕으로 새로운 글로벌연구망의 라우팅 경로상의 잘못된 경유 트래픽 개선, 비대칭 라우팅 등을 해결하는 네트워크 상호연동 구조와 최적의 커뮤니티 라우팅 정책 모델을 제시한다. 제시된 결과는 향후 개발될 국가연구망과 상업망의 성능향상에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 최근 우리나라에서 다양한 형태로 펼쳐지고 있는 지역사회복지네트워크를 대상으로 한국적 특성에 맞는 사회자본 척도를 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 심층인터뷰를 통한 질적 분석으로 신뢰, 규범, 네트워크와 관련된 개념들을 도출하였다. 도출한 개념은 양적 측정지표 문항으로 전환, 선행 사회자본 측정지표와의 비교분석, 전문가집단의 문항내용 검토와 예비조사를 통해 총 90개의 예비문항으로 개발되었다. 본조사를 통해 최종적으로 확정된 지표는 총 79개 문항으로 신뢰 30개, 규범 22개, 네트워크 27개로 구성되었다. 각 영역에 대한 Cronbach's Alpha 값은 신뢰 .948, 규범 .899, 네트워크 .906으로 높은 신뢰도를 나타냈다. 또한 탐색적 요인분석에 의해 추출된 요인들과 질적연구에서 도출된 신뢰, 규범, 네트워크 영역별 범주와의 연결에 있어서도 양호하게 연결되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 지역사회 사회자본 척도는 지역사회복지네트워크의 운영 실태에 대한 객관적 파악 및 이를 통해 지역사회복지네트워크의 활성화를 위한 효율적인 방안마련이 가능할 것으로 본다.

과학기술 전문가 커뮤니티로서 가장 성공적인 모델인 '한민족과학기술자네트워크(이하 KOSEN)'를 대상으로 정책 네트워크의 분석방법을 이용하여 네트워크가 갖는 고유의 특성을 유형별로 분석해 보고자 한다. 과학기술 전문인력을 대상으로 하는 KOSEN을 사례로 정책 네트워크 분석을 적용, 지식전문가 네트워크의 유형을 구분해 보았다. KOSEN에 대한 개괄적인 특성분석과 더불어 참여자의 특성에 따라 전문가 그룹 네트워크를 정책공동체의 핵심 및 주변공동체와 이슈 네트워크로 세분화했다. 정책 네트워크의 분석수준과 관련하여 본 연구는 네트워크의 속성을 개인의 행위로 환원시켜서 이해하는 미시적 접근에 초점을 두었다.

This study intends to find a solution through the activation of community business as a business as a business model of the creation of real satisfaction for the region's residence. In this study focuses on finding out how community building project, which is recently emerging as a new paradigm of regional development. In the past, we have lived community units, but nowadays many communities have been destroyed by the capitalization and the urbanization even in the rural area. This report studies essential elements needed for successful 'Rural Community Business' through case studies of 'Dandelion Village' in Gyoengsangnamdo. In order to do so, we analyzed this villages according to a theoretical 'Sustainable Community Business Model.' We constructed successful business model of 'Rural Community Business' based on six groups - 'Community Leader,' 'Teamwork,' 'Sustainable Population Influx,' 'Sustainable Voluntary Participations of Community Members,' and 'Sustainable Networking.

The main purposes of this study are to appraise the family-centered case-management (FCCM) practices in terms of building the community networking efforts, and to propose the practical improvement suggestions to overcome the barriers in practicing the current Healthy Families Policy, FCCM. The blended methodology was employed by collecting the quantitative and qualitative data sets including an staff's on-line survey, in-depth interviews(site case studies), and FGIs. As results, the authors found, despite the building and maintaining functional community networks was the essential and critical condition for the FCCM policy deliveries, many staffs have faced hardships in FCCM practices such as building a new network or finding an available and apt network within their communities. The lack of previous experiences in case-management exaggerated the functional difficulties thus, the new staffs were more prone than the staffs with 2 or more years experiences to the misunderstanding about the missions and tasks related to FCCM. Authors suggested that various on-the-job-training should be provided to eliminate those obstacles to build and/or maintain the community network for FCCM. Also, it is necessary for the each institution's director or managers to understand the FCCM and its relation to community networking, and to support FCCM staff members.

This study is to analyze factors affecting a growth of online community with perspectives of social network. Particularly this study tries to explore structural phenomenon built by interactions between users in a certain of free board belonging to the online community, in which focuses on one's writing a comments responding on those of others. With using SNA(Social Network Analysis), the social network data calculated from users' interaction shown as their comments were collected to draw out each individual's centrality value representing the structure of the online community and also we estimated duration time and the number of each comments as a proxy variable representing growth of the online community. And then cause-and-effect relationship between individual's centrality value and the duration time and the number of each comment were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, Core-Periphery, Centralization and Reciprocity have significant effects on the duration time and the number of each comment, therefore those significant values representing online structure will give an implication to manage, to promote the online community, to forecast its evolution path and to build critical policies.

This study proposed the necessities and framework of a network system for the Healthy Families Center. Focused on the community network, this study analyzed the related cases of networking. Based on this analysis, this study suggested an effective scheme for the network system : 1. We need to choose the relevant agencies in the context of community environment. 2. It has to be defined according to the strengths and the weaknesses of the Healthy Families Center. 3. For building an effective and long-term networking system, the specific services in which the related agencies are interested in on the community life survey have to be developed and promoted.

In this paper, we tried to investigate whether the influence of 'I' in a heterogeneous network of physical network and virtual network can be quantitatively measurable. To do this, we used Networked Community(NC) methodology to devise a concrete model of influence assessment in heterogeneous network. In order to test the model, we conducted an experiment with Donald J. Trump and his surroundings to evaluate the effectiveness of this influence assessment model. Experimentation included the measurement of impacts on the physical and virtual networks, and the impact on the networked community. Using Trump's case, we found that analyzing only one of the two networks can not accurately analyze the impact on others.

The advancement of knowledge society has enabled the social network community (SNC) to be perceived as another space for learning where individuals produce, share, and apply content in self-directed ways. The content generated within social networks provides information of value for the participants in real time. Thus, this study proposes the social network community activity-based content model (SoACo Model), which takes SNC-based activities and embodies them within learning objects. The SoACo Model consists of content objects, aggregation levels, and information models. Content objects are composed of relationship-building elements, including real-time, changeable activities such as making friends, and participation-activity elements such as "Liking" specific content. Aggregation levels apply one of three granularity levels considering the reusability of elements: activity assets, real-time, changeable learning objects, and content. The SoACo Model is meaningful because it transforms SNC-based activities into learning objects for learning and teaching activities and applies to learning management systems since they organize activities -- such as tweets from Twitter -- depending on the teacher's intention.
