본 연구는 교과별교수법 수업에 협동학습을 적용하여 예비유아교사의 의사소통능력 및 문제해결능력의 효과를 검증함으로써 협동학습중심의 교수학습법에 기초한 예비교사교육의 기초자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 2021년 1학기에 C대학교 유아교육과에서 개설한 교과별교수법 수업을 수강한 4학년 학생을 대상으로 2021년 3월 1주부터 5월 2주까지 주 4시간씩 총 11주간 협동학습중심의 수업이 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 첫째, 협동학습중심의 교과별교수법 수업은 예비교사의 의사소통능력을 향상하는데 효과가 있었으며, 하위영역 중에서 목표설정능력과 메시지전환능력에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 협동학습중심의 교과별교수법 수업은 예비교사의 문제해결능력을 향상하는데 효과가 있었으며, 문제해결능력의 모든 하위영역에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 예비교사양성과정에서 협동학습중심의 수업경험은 교사가 되었을 때에도 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력을 유아교육현장에서 유아들에게 다양하게 활용할 수 있는 실제적 능력을 함양하게 되므로 교사교육과정에서 협동학습중심의 교수법 접근의 기회를 제공할 필요가 있다.

When the game is used in mathematics loaming, students take pleasure of game in themselves and communicate through interaction with other students naturally. It is important because the game is activity for intellectual growth and social development. Also students have had affirmative attitude about mathematics by Emu. The communication in mathematics loaming helps that linking informal and intuitive thinking of students with abstract and basic mathematical language and that it also helps changing from the dependent situation to teacher to the self-directive teaming of students. The purpose of this thesis is to effect on extension of mathematical communication ability to the second grade of elementary school students by applying of computational-strategy games. It has conclusion as follows. Application of computational-strategy games had effected on extension of mathematical communication ability importantly. When students have mathematical communication through computational-strategy games, at the beginning, the words which students used was long, incorrect, and unnecessary words. But at the later, students became to use clear, correct concise words as they connect their routine language with mathematical symbol. Therefore we can make sure that mathematical communication ability of the second grade students' is extended by applying of computational-strategy games.

Social networking is gaining speed and has grown indispensable as technology develops. As a result, social media, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and influencer marketing, are replacing conventional marketing trends. The top 15 search terms for Mongolian women between the ages of 18 and 34 in 2019 on Facebook were cosmetics and shopping. Companies use social media, the main tool of social media, to promote their products while simultaneously increasing productivity at a minimal cost. In Mongolia, finding out about cosmetic brand products on social media is rather usual. The impact of social media influencers on the purchasing of cosmetic brands must thus be researched. We aimed to find out the relationship between attractiveness, authenticity, communication ability, and influence, which are characteristics of beauty influencers, on product purchase intention and identification between consumers and followers (information acceptance, purchase intention). Communication ability and influence appeared to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on identification. On the other hand, attractiveness, communication ability, and influence all showed a statistically significant positive (+) effect on information acceptance. Identification and information acceptance has s significant positive effect on purchase intention.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 대인관계역량의 관계에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 시도된 연구이다. 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능, 의사소통능력과 대인관계역량은 구조화된 자가보고식 설문지를 사용하였다. 자료는 2019년 9월 1일부터 12월 16일까지 J, K 도시의 282명의 간호대학생으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 3단계의 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 의사소통능력은 간호대학생의 대인관계역량과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 의사소통능력은 자기인식, 공감능력과 감성지능과 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한, 의사소통능력은 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 대인관계역량과의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구는 대인관계역량을 개선시키기 위한 프로그램 개발 시 자기인식, 공감능력, 감성지능과 의사소통능력을 함께 증진시킬 수 있는 보다 효과적인 발전전략이 필요하다는 것을 제시하고 있다.

본 연구는 학습공동체 프로그램 활동이 대학생들의 의사소통능력과 자기주도적 학습능력 향상에 영향을 주는지 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 광주에 소재한 N대학교에서 자발적이고 자율적으로 학습공동체를 조직하여 운영한 147명의 학생을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 8주 동안 진행된 학습공동체 프로그램 활동 전후 의사소통능력과 자기주도적 학습능력의 향상 여부를 검증하였다. 분석 결과 학습공동체 활동 경험은 의사소통능력과 자기주도적 학습능력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 특히, 모든 대상자들이 다양한 정보를 수집하고 타인의 의견을 경청하는 해석 능력과, 학습욕구를 진단하고 목표를 설정하며 학습을 위한 자원들을 스스로 파악하는 학습계획 능력이 향상되었다. 학생주도형 맞춤식 학습공동체 프로그램 개발과 활성화를 통한 지속적인 핵심역량 향상을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of cell phone addiction on communication skills and the interpersonal relationship ability of adolescents. Methods: The researcher recruited 751 high school students to assess their general characteristics, communication skills, cell phone addiction and interpersonal relationship ability. Data were collected from June 30 to July 14 in 2014 using copies of a structured self report questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and linear multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 IBM program. Results: Of the students, 3.5% reported they were addicted users, and 7.6% reported they were heavy users. Results from multiple regression analysis showed that cell phone addiction did not have any influence on communication skills of the adolescents. However, cell phone addiction mostly affected the interpersonal relationship ability of the adolescents (${\beta}=.24$, p<.001). Poor school performance (${\beta}=.17$, p<.001) and low socioeconomic status (${\beta}=.12$, p<.05) were also related to the interpersonal skills of the adolescents. These variables explained 8.3% of the variance in the interpersonal skills of the adolescents. Conclusion: These results suggest that cell phone addiction has a negative influence on the development of the interpersonal relationship ability of adolescents. The findings of this study are expected to provide basic data about the influence of cell phone addiction on the interpersonal relationship ability of adolescents. Therefore, cell phone addiction treatment programs for adolescents need to include contents related to interpersonal relationship ability.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of type of values on coping stress through communication ability. The data for the study were collected from February 1 to 15, 2019, and the participants were collected through online questionnaires in the twenties who voluntarily participated in the study. The final data used in this study were 324. The research method was cross - sectional questionnaire survey. The analysis was done using SPSS 18.0, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression and median effect analysis. A total of 324 people participated in the study, 38% of men and 62% of women were female. The results of this study showed that the collectivism values were positively correlated with individualism values (r = .224, p<0.01), emotional stress coping style (r = .266, p <), And emotion - centered stress coping was correlated with problem - oriented stress coping (r = .369, p <0.01). Those who had a collectivist value had a significant influence on the type of problem - centered stress coping(${\beta}=.271$, p<0.01), and the communication ability showed a perfect mediating effect($R^2=.310$,${\beta}=.113$, p>0.05). According to the results of this study, stress coping in the twenties suggests a program that fosters individualized communication ability.

Purpose: This study evaluated the efficacy of a communication ability enhancement program for nursing students in Korea through a systematic review of literature and meta-analysis. Methods: The researchers searched data-bases, including the Data Base Periodical Information Academic, Research Information Sharing Service, National Digital Science Library and National Assembly Library. The key words used included 'communication' and 'nursing student'. The researchers evaluated articles published up to July 2016. Out of 381 selected articles, 20 clinical trial studies were meta-analyzed. Each article was evaluated in accordance with the Checklist of Scottish Intercollegiate Guideline Network. The effect size of communication ability, self-efficacy and interpersonal relations were synthesized by a random effects model from analysis software (R 3.2.3). The heterogeneity of effect size was analyzed by exploratory and confirmatory moderator analysis. Results: The overall effect size of the program was of a moderate level (SMD=0.78, 95% CI: 0.49~1.07) along with each outcome of self-efficacy (SMD=0.80, 95% CI: 0.23~1.37), and interpersonal relations (SMD=0.47, 95% CI: 0.14~0.80). For heterogeneity, moderator analysis was performed, by grade, and a statistically significant moderator was found. Conclusion: It is evident that a communication ability enhancement program for nursing students is moderately effective in improving communication ability, self-efficacy and interpersonal relations.

이 연구는 중등학교 교사의 정보화 리더십, 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 직무만족 간의 관계에 관계를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사 정보화 리더십, 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 직무만족 간의 구조관계는 어떠한가? 둘째, 교사 정보화 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력의 매개효과는 어떠한가? J-Do의 중등학교를 모집단에서 무선표집을 통해 표본을 추출하였다. 표집된 연구대상은 총 600명이다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 정보화 리더십, 자기효능감, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 직무만족 간에는 서로 유의한 상관이 있다. 둘째, 자기효능감과 커뮤니케이션 능력은 중등학교 교사의 정보화 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 의미있는 매개효과를 주는 변인이다.

본 연구는 치과위생사의 의사소통능력이 직무만족과, 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 대구,경북지역 248명의 조사하였다. 의사소통능력은 5점 척도에서 2.19, 직무만족 3.09, 이직의도 2.14로 나타났다. 상관분석 결과 의사소통능력과 직무만족은 양의 상관관계(p<.05), 직무만족과 이직의도도 음의 상관관계(p<.05)를 나타냈다. 의사소통능력 미치는 변수를 알아보기 위한 회귀분석 결과 음주집단, 수입이 높은 집단, 의료기관이 병원급 이상 집단, 직무만족 높은 집단 이직의도 낮은 집단의 의사소통능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 치과위생사의 이직의도를 낮추고 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 의사소통능력을 향상시키기 위한 체계적인 방안 모색이 마련되어야 할 것이다.
