수하식 큰가리비 양식의 채롱간 조류의 흐름 간섭현상 규명 (Investigation of interference current distribution in a long line scallop cage aquaculture)

  • The mass mortalities have been occurring of Korean scallop Patinopecten yessoensis from 1997's to now in Korea east sea. Cages behavior and interference effect (common name; curtain effect) between scallop cages were investigated in culture grounds on the eastern coastal waters of Korea for understand to mechanism of rising about mass mortalities of Korean scallop quickly. The first experiment was carried out in circulating water channel to assess inclination angel from relationship between velocity and cages interval, velocity with culture cages position. An angle of inclination of scallop culture cages were 94.6 to 92.3 degree under a several velocity which were from 0.1 m/s and 131.9 to 118.1 degree under 0.5 m/s with cages interval were 1 m, 94.3 to 91.0 degree under velocity is 0.1 m/s and 133.2 to 122.4 degree under 0.5 m/s with cages interval were 1.5 m and 94.6 to 96.4 degree under velocity is 0.1 m/s and 131.7 to 131.8 under 0.5 m/s with cages interval were 2 m. The second experiment was designed to prove the tank test. Velocities were measured inside and outside of the scallop culture ground at eastern sea of Korea. The velocity of inside of the culture was the slowest as 0.1m/s. In this result, interference between former cage and after cage was occurred.

의미 네트워크 분석법을 활용한 초등 예비교사들이 생각하는 과학에 대한 의미 분석 (An Analysis of Scientific Concepts Pre-service Elementary School Teachers Have through Semantic Network Analysis)

  • This study aims to investigate how pre-service elementary school teachers understand 'something scientific', 'being scientific', 'scientific events' and 'scientific questions' through semantic network analysis. To achieve this purpose, this study carried out a central analysis of the frequency and density of words and the degree of connection between key words, a concentric analysis, a click analysis and a common network analysis through text semantic network analysis by using NetMiner 4.0 Program. Based on the results of these analyses, this study came to the following conclusions. Firstly, in perceiving 'something scientific', pre-service elementary school teachers recognized 'verification', 'objective' and 'experiment' as most important words. In other words, they perceived that main grounds for something scientific should be provided through clear facts, possible to be verified and accompanied by an exact and logical theoretical system. In regard to 'being scientific', they perceived 'explanation', 'objective' and 'verification' as most important words, while having a traditional point of view that science is a set that can be explained objectively. Secondly, in regard that the term, 'observation', is contained in 'scientific events', they showed a high rate of understanding it as a scientific event. In regard to scientifical reasons, they showed the highest frequency of 'observation', and for unscientific reasons, they showed the highest frequency of 'behavior'. In perceiving 'scientific questions', they showed the highest frequency of determining bacteria-related questions as scientific. As a reason why they thought as scientific, they mentioned 'observation' most frequently like 'scientific events', while mentioning 'value judgement' as a reason why they thought as unscientific most frequently. From the results of integrated network analysis, this study found out that words pre-service teachers commonly used in stating scientific events or scientific questions were overlapped with words they mentioned for scientific events or scientific questions. As a result, it was found there were many pre-service teachers having interpreted scientific words without clearly distinguishing scientific events or scientific questions.

초등학생의 VARK 학습양식과 과학적 의사소통 능력의 관계 (An Analysis on the Relation of Elementary Students' VARK Styles and Scientific Communication Skills)

  • The purpose of this study was to confirm correlation between elementary school students' VARK Learning styles test and Scientific Communication Skills through VARK questionnaire (version 7.3) for Youngers and Scientific Communication Skills Test. The subjects were 99 in 6th grade students of an elementary school located in Gyeonggi-do, Korea. The results of this study were as follows: 64% of the students had multiple learning styles, but only 36% of the students preferred a single mode of information presentation. Among students had a single mode preference, the aural ("A") was the highest unimodal preference. Among "V(visual)" mode, "A" mode, "R(read/write)" mode, and "K(kinesthetic)" mode, "A" mode was the commonest learning mode which students had. In Scientific Communication Skills Test, students' overall average was 26.19p [scientific explanation type (11.85p), scientific insistence type (14.34p)]. Girls' scores were higher than boys in scientific explanation type, but not in scientific insistence type. The scores by communication forms were Text (5.67p), Number (6.87p), Table (6.15p), and Picture (7.49p). Girls' scores were higher than boys in Text and Picture forms but not in Number and Table forms. In result of correlation analysis (Spearman's rho) between VARK Learning Styles and the types & forms of Scientific Communication Skills, there were common correlation in "Read/write (R) learning style-Scientific insistence type", "Read/write (R) learning style-Grounds of Scientific insistence", "Read/write (R) learning style-Description of Scientific explanation", and "R learning style-Text form".

‘수학’에 대한 교수와 학생의 인식 차이 비교연구 - 사범대학 수학교육과 학생을 대상으로 - (An Analysis of Difference between Students in Mathematics Education and Professors Who Teach Them in Their Cognitions of Mathematics)

  • 본 연구는 수학에 대한 인식(cognition)에 관한 이론들을 알아보고, 예비교사인 사범대학 수학교육과 학생과 이틀을 지도하고 있는 교수를 대상으로 하여 수학에 대한 인식의 정도와 그 차이점을 비교분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 수도권 대학의 수학교육전공 학생들과 이들을 지도하는 교수들을 대상으로 '수학이란 학문에 대한 인식, 태도 또는 가치'에 관한 설문을 실시하고 그 결과를 토대로 두 집단 간의 통계분석을 실행하였다. 그 결과 교수집단과 학생집단 모두 수학이란 학문에 대해 가지고 있는 인식 정도가 대부분의 영역에서 매우 유사하였다. 하지만 수학적 문제해결의 방법은 유일한가 하는 문제와 수학은 정의로부터 얼마나 자유로운가 등의 문제에 있어서는 두 집단 사이에 유의미한 차이가 있음이 나타났다. 이 차이에 대한 이론적 검토와 추론이 제시되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 궁극적으로 이 시대의 수학적 가치에 대한 사회의 인식을 보다 긍정적인 방향으로 이끌어 가는데 가치 있는 자료가 될 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this study was to review of animal-assisted therapy. Method: Animal-assisted therapies (AATs) in domestic and international studies (68 cases) were analyzed by searching databases, KERIS & KISS, and the Pub MED(NCBI). Result: In AATs, a few animals were used for the various disease or disorder. Dog centered therapies were most common.. AATs were used in the various disorder and disease. For the psychological effect, majority of the outcome variables were depression and anxiety. For the physical effect, the most outcome variables were blood pressure, heart rate, and stress hormone. However, These results show that AATs were confined to specific areas such as sensation-centered therapies. Conclusion: AATs had positive effects both in physical and psychological factors even if the study areas have not been applied to the various condition. The further research is needed to identify scientific grounds for the effects of the interventions through various therapies.

DMSP/OLS 영상에서 관측한 동해 야간조업어선의 분포 특성 (Distribution of Fishing Boats at Night in the East Sea Derived from DMSP/OLS Imagery)

  • Monthly distributions of fishing boats at night in the East Sea are described, using defense meteorological satellite program (DMSP)/operational linescan system (OLS) images and common squid (Todarodes pacificus) catches data. We also estimated temperature in 50m, which is main catch depth of the squid, by MCSST (multi-channel sea surface temperature). We examined DMSP/OLS, MCSST and other observation data from 1993 to 2000. We assumed that squid were caught in areas where fishing boats were located. Fishing boats at night appeared only near the Korea/Tsushima Strait from January to March. Fishing boats moved to the northward from April to Jun, distribution of fishing boats in spring appeared greater than those in winter. In summer (July-September), center of fishing grounds was formed near the Uleung Island in the south east coast of Korea. The north-south distribution range of fishing boats in October appeared to be greater than that in other months. In particular, we estimated main season of squid catches based on distribution range reflecting the number of fishing boats of north-south and east-west directions from September to December. Relationship between satellite estimate SST and in situ SST showed high correlation (0.91). The correlation between the SST and 50m depth temperature, estimated based on the satellite SST, was relatively high in February, April and October.

한국 근해 쌍끌이대형저인망어업의 어종군집 분석 (Analysis of Species Assemblages Caught by Large-pair-Trawler in Korean Waters)

  • The fishing grounds of Korean large-pair trawlers have shifted since exclusive economic zones (EEZs) were established in a fisheries agreement involving countries neighboring Korean waters. The distributions of marine ecosystems and fisheries resources have been changing with environmental changes such as global warming and with the shift in species targeted as a result of changes in fishing technology and fishing gear. This study analyzed variation in the species assemblages caught in Korean waters by large-pair trawlers as a result of these geopolitical and environmental changes. The data used in this study were obtained from the Fishery Production Statistics of Korea and the Port Sample Survey of the National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (NFRDI) from 1990 to 2007. Hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) and correspondence analysis (CA) were used to explore the characteristics of the catch-species composition. The overall variation in the species composition of the catch of Korean large-pair trawlers showed that the proportions of croaker Johnius grypotus, small yellow croaker Larimichthys polyactis, eel Anguilla japonica, and blue crab Portunus trituberculatus decreased, whereas those of hairtail Trichiurus lepturus, Spanish mackerel Scomberomorus niphonius, anchovy Engraulis japonicus, and common squid Todarodes pacificus increased in Korean waters over the 18-year period. The results of the HCA of the annual catch data by species showed four different distributions of fish species according to year. Results of the CA showed that the species assemblages differed between the 1990s and 2000s.

북한이탈 어머니의 영유아 자녀 양육 경험 (The Early Childhood Caring Experience of North Korean Refugee Mothers)

  • 목적 본 연구의 목적은 북한이탈 어머니의 영유아 자녀 양육 경험이 무엇인지 그 경험 과정을 확인하고, 양육과정을 통해 심리사회적 문제를 어떻게 해결하는가에 대한 실체이론을 개발하는 것이다. 방법 연구참여자는 이론적 표본추출을 통하여 선정하였고 연구 자료는 심층면담과 참여관찰 및 참여자의 의무기록 등을 사용하여 수집한 후 Strauss와 Corbin (1998)의 근거이론방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과 개방코딩 과정에서 62개의 개념과 23개의 하위범주, 11개의 범주가 도출되었으며 북한이탈 어머니의 영유아 자녀 양육 과정의 핵심범주는 '희망을 가지고 키워가기'로 밝혀졌다. 시간 흐름에 따른 양육 과정은 '양육 환경 변화 인식기', '양육 방법 조정기', '자신감 형성기'의 3단계로 나타났으며 양육 과정의 유형은 기대하기형, 지켜보기형, 걱정하기형의 세 가지 유형으로 구분되었다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 영유아 자녀를 돌보는 북한이탈 어머니들의 양육경험을 이해하고 개별적인 간호를 제공하는데 기초가 될 이론적 기틀로 활용할 수 있을 것이며 북한이탈주민이 급증하고 이에 따라 동반 입국하는 아동의 수도 함께 증가하고 있는 현 시점에서 이 아동들의 건강 유지 및 증진을 위한 간호 실무에 매우 중요한 초석이 될 것이다.

정부 및 공공기관에서의 빅데이터 활용에 대한 현황 및 실행방안 제안 (The Status and Suggestions for Big Data Adaptation in the Government and the Public Agency)

  • 데이터의 저장량이 이전 보다 더욱 증가하고 있는데, 이는 정부와 기업은 물론이고 일반 사용자의 적극적인 참여에 기인하고 있다. 이러한 빅데이터 시대에는 정부 및 공공기관의 역할이 중요하게 부각되는데, 이들은 공공의 목적을 이유로 일반 개인의 정보에도 접근하여 그것을 다룰 수 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 빅데이터에 대한 현황과 대응방안을 국가별로 조사하여 몇 가지 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 연구결과 먼저 빅데이터와 관련된 인력 및 기술의 확보가 우선되어야 한다는 점을 들 수 있었다. 또한 정부와 민간 사이의 적극적인 공유와 개발노력이 동반되어야 한다는 것도 알 수 있었다. 그리고 데이터의 적재와 분석방법이 계속 발전되는 만큼 장기적인 전략 수립을 마련해야 한다는 점도 확인하였다. 결론적으로 빅데이터의 정책적 활용을 위해서는 데이터 관리의 중요성을 재인식하고, 개인정보 보호에 주력하여야 하며, 현실적용 능력을 배가시켜야 한다는 것을 시사점으로 제안하고자 한다.

A novel method for natural motion mapping as a strategy of game immediacy

  • The method of operating a game could determine the psychological distance between the player and the game character, and thus, in the Virtual Reality, players' control methodologies are important to enhance their immersion. This study has the objective of examining the difference in games according to the method of operation based on the player's movements. This study researched the effect of the method of operating movement conforming to the movement of the character and the physical operation of the body on forming game experiences for the player. The result of performing an experiment increased reality for the game player through a controller in the shape of the actual control, to increase focus in the game. As so, game play through movements, including actual movements by the player displayed to enhance game satisfaction. In the part of media remediation field, Game can be defined as media which has their own unique hypermediacy. Especially, in the motion based game, players' movement mediates players and the game, therefore, players' movement could make players' experience augmented or immediate in accordance with the characteristics of movements. Even though sports and dances genres of motion-based games are common, RPG or adventure genres are rare. It can be explained that the characteristics of the action have been explained in the immediacy. In a game of fantasy, which is difficult to experience in real-life situations, the nature of the player's motion can increase the immersion of the game, which can contribute to utilization of players' motion and experience design in the various genres and suggestion of grounds theory. In addition, through this study, it is able to design motion-based games of various genres.
