The sample consisted of 619 nursing students with experience in practical training among five colleges, located in four cities. The data collection was performed using self-reported questionnaires. Research tools, developed by Kim (1996), were used to measure the effectiveness of clinical instructors and the adequacy of practical training developed by researchers. The data was analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Results: The average of teaching effectiveness was 3.43 (out of 5) and adequacy of practical training was 3.33 (out of 5). Teaching effectiveness and adequacy of practical training showed a significant positive correlation (r=.74, p<.001). Teaching effectiveness and each sub-area: adequacy of practical training, practical contents (r=.59, p<.001), practical attitude (r=.45, p<.001), practical instructor (r=.62, p<.001), practical environment (r=.46, p<.001), and practical evaluation (r=.64, p<.001), revealed a significant positive correlation. Conclusion: Nursing students prefer the actual training from professors who are more professional and clinical experienced. Professors presenting the theory lectures should also be aware of clinical practice so that education can be more professional and effective in terms of clinical practice.

Thirdly, smartphone addiction negatively affected relationship with friends, whereas the degree of smartphone usage did not; there was no mediator effect between the time of using the smartphone and relationship with friends. Fourthly, smartphone addiction negatively affected the relationship with professors, whereas the degree of smartphone usage did not; there was no mediator effect between the time of using the smartphone and relationship with professors. Purpose: 'The purpose of the present study was to understand students' experiences from their standpoint, to identify relevant variables and to examine into their relations by analyzing and describing what phenomenon 'nursing students' visiting ambulatory bathing service' is, what are the reasons for the phenomenon, and what interactions are in the phenomenon. Method: The subjects were thirteen students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed by Strauss and Corbin's analysis method. Result: With regard to ambulatory bathing service, participants responded 'lack of education', 'inexperienced personal relations' and 'disappointment with recipients families'. They recognized 'burden' and 'compassion'. The intensity of generated 'burden' and 'compassion' was determined by volunteering persons, the degree of health care service, recipients' response and interaction of climate. When 'burden' and 'compassion' were generated, participants selected their own coping strategies. Strategies in the situation of 'burden' and 'compassion' were significantly influenced by 'burden' and 'compassion' and structural situation - 'mutual relation structure,' 'volunteers' capability,' 'the degree of volunteering guidance,' 'community participation,' 'recipients' environment,' 'information sharing,' 'special vehicle equipment' and 'economical burden.' Strategies include' service training,' 'receiving volunteering training,' 'preliminary service preparation,' 'volunteering.' 'connection to local medical center,' 'intention,' 'information sharing,' 'passive response to recipients' appreciation' and 'the understanding of publicity'. The results of selected 'burden' and 'compassion' are described with 'worthiness' and 'cohesion' as follows. Conclusion: This study is significantly meaningful in that it examined bathing service welfare in its initial stage. There are not much outcome from previous studies. However. it is meaningful that this study intended to develop theories on the nature of experiences and the relations among concepts derived from the visiting ambulatory bathing service process of nursing students. Professors who taught social volunteering in universities understood the experience of nursing students who did the visiting ambulatory bathing service. Consequently, professors will provide an effective instruction to enable these students to carry out visiting ambulatory bathing services efficiently in order to meet demands when they conduct the services. For the volunteering service activity in major-related fields among college students' social volunteering activities, they recognized the necessity of systematic education and preparation.
This study was conducted to have better understanding of the students' experience in field practice by school health practice experience. The study subjects were 40 nursing students working in department of nursing K Univ. in C city. This study was approached by phenomenological method. Collected data were analyzed by Colaizzi's method. The results were from the protocol 980 significant statements and organized into 240 formulated meanings. From formulated meaning 89 themes were identified, organized into 18 them clusters, and then into 16 categories. The nursing students took part in the practice with (expectation and readiness) different from those of the clinical practice, expressed wonder at the school which had progressed much more than their primary schools used to be. They said that they began to feel (Fatigue and stress), and that experienced tension for the lack of nursing knowledge and skill during the health education and clinical treatment activity. In addition, they experienced 'ambivalence of satisfaction and something wanted', that is to say, they could have done better by means of video education and health education. The 10-day-school health practice brought about the change in( the image of teacher) and (cognition about the nursing teacher's role), made the students have(love to the client) and (desire to be nursing teacher), and then turned out experience benefical enough to be expressed 'satisfaction' However, they pointed out many problems in (School Eniviroment), (Clinic), (Physical assessment), (Recording and reporting), so they had a chance to apply the school nursing process to the school. The professor should play the role of promoting the learning through the field practice and providing the stimulant of learning to help the learner get as much from the field situation as they could. Therefore, I suggest that the students always have a chance to exchange actual affairs and educational study, and that the concrete discussion and continuous cooperation be done. The professors should keep doing their best to find the way to professors should keep doing their best to find the way to promote the ability of thinking through the process the learners experienced themselves.

After Yeungnam University's College of Medicine was established in 1979, the curriculum for a preclinical medical education course was developed and implemented. Several modifications have since been made to the curriculum which was driven by changes in national policies and in the medical education environment. In recent years, it has become necessary to complement the weaknesses or shortcomings in the curriculum that were discovered during the basic medical education assessment process of the medical college. Since 2009, Yeungnam University has run two medical courses: a 6-year college of medicine course and a 4-year medical school course. However, as a result of changes in national policy, Yeungnam University decided to offer only the 6-year college of medicine course with an entirely new curriculum which will be implemented in 2017. The new curriculum for the preclinical medical education course consists of 36 credits of cultural essentials courses, 44 credits of major required courses, and 2 credits of major elective courses. The curriculum development requires the support of the university and/or college, the ensured independence of the curriculum development organization, and the cooperation and attention of fellow professors. Continuous efforts are needed to check, evaluate, and improve the curriculum.
