지역아동센터 급식 서비스의 품질요인과 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Foodservice Quality Factors and Satisfaction of Community Children Center)

  • This study was conducted on children from 10 community children centers located in northern Seoul. The quality factors of the food services of the community children centers were divided into five factors, including sanitation, food, environment, subsidiary service and staff. Analysis of the differences in the importance of factors and satisfaction with the food service quality indicated satisfaction to be higher than importance for in all the factors except 'environment'. In particular, of the food service qualities, significant differences were found between importance and satisfaction in relation to the attributes of 'food' and 'environment'. As a result of IPA of the food service qualities in community children centers, 'sanitation' was found to be in the maintenance area, 'environment' to be in the area of concentration, and the quality attributes of 'staff' and 'subsidiary service' were found to be in the low priority area. In contrast, the 'food' quality corresponded to the area of oversupply.

유아숲체험원 조성 및 운영 개선을 위한 이용 만족도 분석 사례연구 - 대구 앞산공원 고산골 유아숲체험원을 중심으로 - (Case Study of the Satisfaction Analysis to Establish and Improve Forest Experiences for Children: The Forest Experience for Children at Apsan Park in Daegu)

  • The purposes of this study are to analyze the degree of satisfaction on forest experience among children, based on a survey of teachers and parents who lead them, and to make proposals based upon the findings. The survey was performed in forest experience for children at Apsan Park in Daegu. The results are as follows. First, there were 78 respondents comprising 34 teachers, 39 parents, and 5 others. The teachers' age groups were distributed evenly between the 20s and 40s and parents' 51.3% were in their 30s and 46.2% in their 40s. Second, all participants responded that forest experience is necessary for children. 80.8% of respondents required continually additional construction. Specifically, parents insisted that forest experience for children should be built up more than the teachers did. Third, as a result of the management and program satisfaction of forest experience for children, 38.5% of respondents wanted increased access and another 38.5% desired unlimited access. In addition, the older teachers preferred more flexible access. Fourth, the safe facility topped the list of the four facilities ranked by importance with 0.39 points, followed by the learning experience field, the shelter facility, and the discretional facility. This study aims to build up basic data in order to make and practically manage forest experiences for children. Therefore, through continuous research, forest experience for children should be established as a practical experience spaces for children.

학교 급식 관리에 대한 실태 조사 - II. 광주ㆍ전남지역 초등학생의 급식만족도와 음식기호도 조사 - (A Survey of the Management of Elementary School Foodservice - II. Satisfaction of Food Service and Food Preferences of the Elementary School Students in the Kwangju & Chonnam Area -)

  • Elementary schools students'degree of satisfaction on school food service and food preference were surveyed from 352 sixth-grade students in Kwangju and Chonnam area from June 22 to July 3 to enhance the quality of foodservice. The degree of satisfaction was high with cooked rice and soup in terms of temperature and serving state. There were significant differences in the degree of satisfaction depending upon the types of foodservice (p<0.001). There was significant differences in degree of satisfaction for side dishes depending upon the temperature (p<0.05), kinds (p<0.01) and amount (p<0.001). The degree of satisfaction with Kimchi was generally high in the serving state (p<0.05) and the amounts (p<0.01). The degree of satisfaction with desserts were high in the amount (p<0.001). The amount of leftover was high with soup, side dishes, kimchi, cooked rice, and desserts in order. The improvements made on children's behavior after the implementation of the school foodsevice were the adaptation to balanced diet and spending less money on sweets. The factors of influencing the school foodservice and the children's food intake were the education in school (teachers and dietitians) and the health status of their bodies (p<0.001). Children's favorite foods were sweet and sour pork, pork cutlets, oranges, watermelons, and strawberries in order. The least preferred foods were garlic seasoned with soy sauce, raw vegetables of broad bell-flowers, crown daisy greens, and steamed peppers. Children's favorite food types were fried food, desserts, one course meal, and bread. The least preferred types were pickled food, green and seasoned vegetables, cooked rice, and hard-boiled food in order. Generally, the children in the rural area favored most foods compared with those from urban area.

자아강도와 학교 적응이 학령기 아동의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Ego Strength and School Adjustment on the Life Satisfaction of School-Aged Children)

  • This study was conducted in order to model the relationship between children's ego strength and their school adjustment and life satisfaction levels. For this purpose, 4,765 4th-6th grade elementary school children were surveyed by means of a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by means of structural equation modeling. The results of this study may be summarized as follows. First, in all the grades, a significant and positive correlation was observed between the children's ego strength and their school adjustment and life satisfaction levels. Second, ego strength was found to be a variable that had a significant effect on life satisfaction indirectly through the medium of school adjustment. Third, the relation model between the variables differed according to grade. That is, the direct effect of ego strength on life satisfaction was stronger in the high grades, and the level of school relationship adjustment was found to have a significant effect on family relationship satisfaction as a factor of life satisfaction in 4th graders, whereas it did not in the case of 5th and 6th graders.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate children's satisfaction with side dishes served in elementary school food service program in Seoul area. Two hundreds and thirty two children participated in this study through a questionnaire developed by the researchers. Conclusion drawn from the results of this study is that there seems no significant problems in school food service program since children are generally satisfied with food provided by school. However, minor problems such as hot and salty food, inappropriate temperature of warm dishes, and excessive amount of food, need to be improved through a newly developed menu, cooking method, and food distribution method.

유치원 교사의 직무만족도와 삶의 만족도가 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Kindergarten Teachers' Job Satisfaction and their Life Satisfaction on Teacher-Children Interactions)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유치원 교사의 직무만족도와 삶의 만족도가 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기도, 강원도에 소재한 공·사립 유치원 교사 320명을 대상으로 유치원 교사의 직무만족도, 삶의 만족도, 교사-유아 상호작용을 측정하는 설문에 응답하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 Pearson의 적률상관관계 분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무만족도의 하위요인인 교직의식, 발전성, 혁신성, 자율성, 동료애, 보상이 높을수록 교사- 유아의 상호작용도 높게 나타났으며, 업무부담이 높을수록 언어적 상호작용이 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교사의 삶의 만족도가 높을수록 정서적, 언어적, 행동적 상호작용도 높게 나타났다. 즉, 유치원 교사의 직무만족도 하위변인과 삶의 만족도는 교사-유아 상호작용의 하위변인인 정서적, 언어적, 행동적 상호작용과 정적인 유의한 관계가 있다. 셋째, 교사- 유아 상호작용 전체에 대한 예언변인들의 상대적 영향력은 삶의 만족도(β= .24), 발전성(β= .22), 동료애(β= .16) 순이고, 그 설명변량은 25%인 것으로 나타났다.

부모의 물리치료 참여 및 만족도가 뇌성마비 아동의 운동기능 호전에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Parent's Participation and Satisfaction Degree on Physical Therapy for the Improvement of Motor Function in Cerebral Palsy Patients)

  • Family and parents which serve as a primary group for the children's development also play important role in their cerebral palsy children's treatment. This study wants to know how the parents' participation in their children's physical therapy and satisfaction degree have an impact on their children's improvement of the motor function. For that purpose, a home made self filling survey was conducted of 156 cerebral palsy children's parents whose children were treated in 4 university general hospitals and 3 welfare centers from the 1st of April 2004 to the 31th of march 2005. The gross motor function was employed to evaluate the cerebral palsy children's motor function improvement. In this study, those questioned were divided into two groups according to the time of treatment. 'Group A' is consist of the patients whose parents attended to the treatment more than one hour at home. The patients who belonged to 'Group B' were treated less than one hour at home. The general features of the cerebral palsy children and their parents and the characteristics of their physical disability, the parents' participation and their satisfaction degree were examined by survey. Evaluating the difference between two groups' motor function according to their parents participation degree in the physical therapy leads to the following results. First, 'Group A' was better than 'Group B' in their satisfaction degree with the physical therapy and participation degree. Statistically 'Group A' was superior to 'Group B' in the requirements of the information and education for the children with cerebral palsy. Second, after two months of treatment, 'Group A' showed more statistically significant improvement than 'Group B' in every items as like lying in item 1, sitting in item2, crawling and kneeling in item 3, standing in item 4, walking,running, jumping in item 5. Third, parents' participation in physical therapy and satisfaction degree have some relevance to their children' motor function improvement. The satisfaction degree is related to motor function like crawling and kneeling in item 3, walking,running, jumping in item 5. It is showed that the parents' participation degree and information about handicapped children.

다문화가정 초등학교 아동의 자아정체감 연구: 어머니 양육행동과 학교생활만족도와의 관계를 중심으로 (A Sense of Self-identity in Elementary School Children of Multi-cultural Families: The relations between the Maternal Mother's Behaviors and the Children's School Satisfaction)

  • This study had a purpose to present a comprehensive grasp of the variables that influence a sense of self-identity in children of multi-cultural families. The participants were 310 elementary school children from the fourth to sixth grades and who were currently enrolled in North Jeolla Province. The results were as follows. First, no significant difference was found for a sense of self-identity according to the children's gender. But a significant difference was found according to the nationality of the mothers. Second, the boys' self-identity was affected by mother's rejection of discipline/reprimand behaviors and the girls' self-identity was affected by school satisfaction. Last, children's selfidentity was affected by the mother's nationality(Japan, China, and Philippine).

Relationship between the creation of a child-friendly city and children's regional satisfaction, living satisfaction, and happiness

  • 본 연구는 아동친화도시조성의 효과와 관련한 변수들 간의 관계에 대한 실증분석을 통하여 아동친화도시조성의 효율화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해서 아동친화도시로 인증 받은 지방자치단체의 아동들을 대상으로 그들이 인식하고 있는 아동친화도시의 인증 전·후에 대한 차이를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 아동친화도시조성의 6대 영역의 요인들은 아동의 지역만족, 생활만족, 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 기초로 아동친화도시조성의 필요성과 발전방향에 대해서 제시하였다. 또한 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구과제에 대해 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived risk, community usage motive, and price sensitivity of customers who purchase children's wear directly from overseas on customer satisfaction. Specifically, this study is aimed at verifying the moderating effect of price sensitivity when perceived risk and community usage motive significantly influence customer satisfaction. A survey was conducted among consumers who experienced directly purchasing children's wear from overseas and engaging in communities. A total of 415 questionnaires were distributed, which 41 responses were insincere and excluded; thus, 374 responses were analyzed. Results of this study are as follows. First, the analysis on how perceived risk and community usage motive influence customer satisfaction reveals the significant influence of economic and social psychological risk on customer satisfaction. Moreover, informational, recreational, and social emotional usage motive have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Second, the effect of perceived risk and community usage motive on customer satisfaction based on different levels of price sensitivity was verified. As a result, delivery and economic risks affect customer satisfaction for consumers with high price sensitivity. Moreover, recreational usage motive has a significant influence on customer satisfaction for high price sensitive consumers. In conclusion, perceived risk negatively impacts customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is essential to provide a system that can reduce the perceived risk of consumers who purchase children's wear directly from overseas.
