4차 산업혁명 최신기술에 대한 보육교사의 인식 (Child-Care Teachers' Perceptions of the Emerging Technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • 이본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명 시대 최신기술 도입을 앞두고 보육교사가 인식하는 기존 교육방법의 효과, 최신기술의 관심, 최신기술의 활용 및 최신 기술의 전망을 분석하고자 한다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기 지역의 보육기관에 근무하고 있는 원장 및 교사 총 181명으로 2020년 4월 27일부터 5월 10일까지 온라인 설문을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사는 현재 교육 방법 효과에 대해 보통 정도의 만족을 하고 있었다. 둘째, 최신기술에 대한 관심은 높지 않았다. 셋째, 최신기술을 현장에 적용하는 것은 보통이상 정도의 관심을 두고 있었으나 거부감도 다소 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 보육현장에서 최신기술에 대한 전망은 긍정적이며 특히, 최신기술의 도입이 보편화 될 것이라는 응답이 가장 많았다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대를 앞두고 보육현장의 최신기술 활용에 바른 방향성 및 관련 교사연수 준비에 기초자료가 될 것을 기대한다.

보육 산업의 발달과 아동의 모성접촉으로부터의 소외 (A Study on the Technical Change and Maternal Touch in Child Care)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of changes in child care technology on mother-child contact by using all sorts of literature such as diaries, documents or statistical data. Child care technologies began to change during the 1960's. Diverse goods and services such as baby dry milk, paper diapers and child care centers have made child care easier and saved a great deal of time. This has also allowed women to participate in labor markets easily despite rearing children. But maternal contact with children have declined due to new goods and services and this trend is especially prevalent in early childhood. It could be supported that the convenience of rearing rather than the needs of children like as attachment to maternity primarily was considered in technological change. From this results it was suggested that we should develop the alternative child care technologies which better reflect children's needs.

The Effects of Child Care Teacher's Job Stress and Personality on Child Abuse Protective Behaviors

  • This study aims to examine the effects of child care teachers' job stress and personality on child abuse protective behaviors, which consist of perception and reporting intention of child abuse, and to verify the moderating effect of past child abuse experience. A survey was conducted on 246 child care teachers nationwide, and the collected data were analyzed through regression analysis and t-test. The results showed that job stress had a negative effect and personality had a positive effect on child abuse protective behaviors. In addition, there was a significant difference in the influence of job stress and personality on protective behaviors according to the presence or absence of past child abuse experience. Based on these results, practical implications for preventing child abuse by child care teachers were discussed.

가정학적 접근을 통한 보육의 발전 방향 제시 (A Direction of Child-care Development through the View of Home Economics)

  • The purpose of this study is to seek for a direction of child-care development through the basic concepts of home economics which have taken charge of much parts of the studies in child-care in the early years. When the problem of child-care is studied in view of the developmental process or the basic concepts of home economics, it is summed up as follows; First, on the basis of human ecological approach, when we study child-care, it needs to emphasize the mutual relationship between the macro-environment in connection with home and child-care. The study of child-care have to find out the relationship between the micro-environment in connection with children and the macro-environment in connection with home. And on the basis of this study, we must endeavor to build up the desirable environment of child-care. Second, on the basis of the concept of Institutional household, we mud be concerned about the developmental stages of young children, and emphasize 'the principle of love and care'. This means that the institution of child-care must be considered as a place which enlarges the merits of home and complements the defects of home through the strengthener of the function of home. Third, on the basis of healthy family, child-care service must support and complement the function of bringing of home in view of 'total healthiness of home'. Child-care service must be offered to be able to be chosen according to the total conditions of family such as the employment of mother, the family life cycle, the life style, the socioeconomic status of family.

보육시설과 지역아동센터 칼과 도마의 미생물학적 안전성 평가 (Evaluation of Microbiological Safety of Knives and Cutting Boards in Child Care Centers)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate microbiological contamination of knives and cutting boards in child-care centers. Materials used in this study were swabbed of cutting boards and knives (blade, handle of knife, and joint of handle and blade) in 129 child-care centers. Mean values of total aerobic bacteria of swabs of knives and cutting boards were 1.7±0.7 log cfu/100 ㎠ and 1.7±0.9 log cfu/100 ㎠, respectively. Contamination levels of coliform bacteria from knives and cutting boards were 1.5±0.6 log cfu/100 ㎠ and 1.7±0.8 log cfu/100 ㎠, respectively. Comparing microbiological contamination levels of knives and cutting boards according to type and size of child-care centers, there was no significant difference. Bacillus cereus was detected in knife handles and cutting boards. Diarrhea-type toxin gene (entFM) was detected in B. cereus isolates. Antibiotic resistance tests showed that B. cereus was resistant to β-lactam antibiotics. To reduce microbiological contamination levels of knives and cutting boards in child-care centers and prevent food poisoning from bacteria contamination, continuous education by children's food-service management center is needed for sterilization and disinfection of knives and cutting boards.

일-가정 균형을 위한 지역사회의 자녀 돌봄 지원 실태에 대한 연구 -서울, 경기지역 맞벌이 가정을 중심으로 (The Study on Supporting Situation of the Community Child Care Service for the Work-Family Balance - Focused on Dual Income Families Living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province)

  • The purpose of this study is to research support systems of the community child care services for optimum work-family balance. For this purpose, the questionnaire to be completed combined four areas: the workplace, school, community and home. Then questions concerning demographic factors and community-related aspects were analysed for this article. After analyzing 197 questionnaires, supplementary questions were asked, by interview to 10 samples. Full-time working wives (eg. working from 9am to 6pm) who have 1 or more children under 10 years old, living in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were collected as samples. The results were as follows: First, child care from family and relatives, and community services was properly used during the week, but dual working parents took complete charge of child care on Saturdays. Second, emergency child care was usually provided by the family, while relatives and community child care services were used less. Third, parents spent 17% of their monthly income on total child care expenditure. Fourth, community child care services were not used often, but the level of satisfaction with them was very high. Finally, they used relatives' services for safety reasons and community services for location, and only based on informed decisions. Therefore, Saturday child care programmes need to be initiated to help physically and mentally tired parents, with more general provision of positive and diverse public support systems.

보육교사가 인식하는 보육시설에서의 아동 건강관리 문제점과 개선요구 (Perception of Child Day Care Center Teachers on Issues and Needs in Child Health Management)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate issues and needs related to child health management as recognized by teachers in day care centers. Methods: Data were collected from 130 teachers from 20 day care centers. Each teacher was interviewed in depth and the data were examined through content analysis. Results: For issues on child health management, the analysis scheme consisted of 10 categories and 36 subcategories. For needs on child health management, the analysis scheme consisted of 10 categories and 37 subcategories. Teachers indicated that tools for physical examination and playgrounds were insufficient and they had difficulty in controlling attendance of infectious children. They also indicated the lack of a linkage between day care centers and hospitals, lack of knowledge of health management, high teacher versus child ratio, and lack of help and budget needed for health care. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the need to develop a linkage between day care centers and medical institutions. Also there is a need to provide support from health care personnel, health education for teacher, health management manuals for teachers, and financial aid to satisfy the needs for health management in day care center for children.

여군간부 자녀 보육제도 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Child Care System for a woman soldier)

  • 오늘날 여군들은 군 특성상 복무기간 중, 훈련, 당직근무, 잦은 야근과 이사 등의 직업적 환경과 가족구성에서 발생하는 자녀 양육문제 등 수많은 고충을 감내하며, 극심한 스트레스를 호소하고 있다. 또한 여군들은 군대의 고유한 임무와 끊임없는 훈련의 반복 및 잦은 야간근무로 인한 고충은 지속 심화되어가고 있는 현상이다. 이러한 이유에서 자녀 보육을 담당해야 할 여군의 막중한 책임과 스트레스는 극에 달하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 육아기간 여군의 복무여건을 보장하고, 양육문제를 개선하기 위한 제도적 방안을 연구할 필요성이 있다.

유치원교사와 보육교사에 대한 영유아학교 교사 자격 연수의 과목과 운영 모듈 (Subjects and Operational Modules of Young Children School's teacher qualification training for kindergarten teachers and child care teachers)

  • 유보통합 이후에 현직교사에 대한 영유아교사의 자격전환연수가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 교사자격연수의 과목과 운영모듈에 대해 살펴보았다. 검토 결과, 보육교사 자격이 없는 유치원교사에게는 4과목 12학점이 필요하고, 보육교사 자격만 갖고 있는 교사에게는 14과목 30학점이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 자격연수기관으로 4년제 및 전문대 유아교육과와 방송통신대학교를 제안하였다. 보육교사를 소지하지 않은 유치원 교원의 경우 직무연수를 통하여 자격전환을 할 수 있는 것으로 제안하였다.

보육교사의 특성에 따른 심폐소생술의 차이 (The Differences Verification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation According to Characteristics of Child Care Teachers)

  • Purpose. The study was basic materials are provided to identify differences in the knowledge, attitude and performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) depending on the characteristics of child care teachers, and to develop an education program that will enable you to improve your future CPR performance. Methods. This study was conducted on 147 child care teachers. The questionnaire of the previous study was corrected and 48 total questions were used. Using spss 22.0 frequency analysis, T-test, ANOVA and Duncan-test were performed. Results. The knowledge level of 50s was higher those in their 20s. The higher the satisfaction level with education, the more positive was about CPR(p<.001). The more CPR training, the higher the performance(p<.01). The was a positive correlation between CPR attitude and performance ability(r=.355, p<.001). Conclusion. In order to have a positive influence on the CPR of child care teachers, the number of education should be increased and the level of education satisfaction should be managed to increase.
