The international standard certification evaluates the extend to which the supplier satisfies the international standard certification standards of the supplier of the product and the service, recognizes the quality assurance ability and reliability of the supplier, thereby resolving the international trade regulation that can occur to various fields and strengthening the network of the global partnership it is making an important contribution. Therefor, in this study, the survey was conducted on 153 companies of Korean import and export companies. The research method was empirically analyzed by the structural equation model. The results of the hypothesis test of this study are as follows. First, resource management factors among the international standard certification factors in the global trade supply chain integration had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Second, the measurement, analysis and improvement factors of international standard certification factors had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Third, CRM satisfaction has a positive effects on business performance. Through this study, it is concluded that the Korean import and export companies have an important role in improving the business performance of the global trade partners.

This study was carried out to present the measures for the stable environment-friendly rice's production, farm income increase and consumption revitalization and so on by analyzing economic effects of the environment-friendly rice's production complex by certification type, cultivation type and distribution type. Data were collected from the environment-friendly rice's production complex in Kyunggi, Kangwon, Chungnam and Chunnam provinces. Survey was conducted with sorted by organic and no-pesticide farming. Of the samples 5 types of organic farming and 4 types of no-pesticide farming were surveyed in 17 and 18 complex, respectively. The farmers income of organic and no-pesticide farming per 10a were individually about $29{\sim}68%$ and 50% higher than the conventional farming. Base on the above results, the reasonable measures fur the stable environment-friendly rice's production and distribution and consumption revitalization were to secure partnership among business, universities, government and research institutes sectors, to organize farmers group and production complex, to establish RPC for environment-friendly rice and to introduce certification system for the distribution dealers.

This study was conducted to grasp problems of the present and investigate the real condition of organizations by making how an organizational ISO/TS 16949 quality management system has a positive effect on process improvement, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on the relationship between ISO/TS 16949 requirements and process improvement, process improvement has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and organizational performance research projects. For doing them, it tris to suggest an effective application plan of ISO/TS 16949 certification through improvements about corporate quality management systems of the automobile field by investigating and analyzing literature of the precedent studies and ISO/TS 16949 certification effects actually, conducting and analyzing an survey on effects on customer satisfaction and organizational performance, and drawing the problems.

Demand for UAM (Urban Air Mobility) aircraft is rapidly increasing in countries around the world due to the problem of traffic congestion in urban areas. Through research and development, various e-VTOL aircraft concepts are being prepared for commercialization, for which airworthiness certification is required, since it is a manned transportation mode for people to board. Factors that pose a fatal threat to the safe operation of UAM aircraft include lightning strikes that can cause damage to structures and disturb the navigation system, as well as icing that impairs flight stability. Since the current UAM aircraft-related lightning and icing certification technology development is insufficient, there is need to develop appropriate airworthiness certification guidelines. In this study, after analyzing the laws and regulations related to aircraft by the FAA and the EASA, we tried to incorporate the lightning and icing certification guidelines for the UAM aircraft. We also analyzed the effects of lightning and icing on UAM aircraft using computational simulation, and presented the basis for establishing practical guidelines for the certification of UAM aircraft to be adopted in the future.

This study was conducted for the university students who majored in culinary arts. The effects of students' certifications on class and school life satisfaction and their effects on preparation employment were examined. The results showed that the students with the certifications had a high level of satisfaction in the class satisfaction, but they also had high stress in the school life. In other words, it seemed that the stress was increased in parallel with the school life in obtaining the certificate. In the case of qualification for preparation employment, the certification affects the preparation for employment even for the culinary arts majors. As for the number of certificates and passions, the change was found from 3 certifications, lower in 4, but again in 5. These results suggest that the certification initially increases enthusiasm, but when it reaches a certain level, it reaches its limit and it rises again after passing the interval. Also, students who graduated from cooking related high school showed high passion compared to those who did not.

Objectives: The purpose of this article is to develop steering of program accreditation system in Korean Medicine Education through meta-evaluation. For this study, the subjects of our research were categorized as the accreditation criteria and system, results and effects, tasks for improvement on Korean Medicine Education. Methods: We conducted Focus Group Interview on 102 full-time professors with experience of participating on accreditation of Korean Medicine Education from 12 college of Korean Medicine Education and we analyzed it by thematic analysis. Results: The accreditation criteria and program evaluation system of Korean Medicine were listed as 'Confusion about the goals of program evaluation', 'High hurdles on accreditation', 'obsession to success cases', 'Small college complaints about applying the same criteria', 'Dilemma of quantitative and qualitative evaluation'. The results and effects of program evaluation in Korean Medicine Education were listed as 'Establishment of base infrastructure for basic medical education', 'Benchmarking and exchanging opinions through evaluation certification', 'Resistance to documents and document-based evaluation', and 'Double-sided of evaluation certification'. As for the tasks for further improvement, the following list is suggested. 'Actively promote evaluation certification', 'Simplification and standardization of forms', 'Requesting for activating about Evaluation committee', 'Need for consulting before regular evaluation'. Conclusion: It is necessary to upgrade the accreditation system and make efforts to improve the issues discovered for better Korean Medicine Education.

Since 100PPM Quality Certification System has been established by the Industrial Advancement Administration in 1995, 100PPM Quality Innovation Movement has contributed much to the enhancement of quality competitiveness of Korea's parts industry. And in 2000, raised to a higher level, Single PPM Quality Certification System has been established by the Small and Medium Business Administration. Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement seeks to reduce the number of defects to below 10, out of one million industrial items produced. Ultimately, Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement aims at achieving perfection, by enabling a zero defect rate In industrial production through the participation of all members of an organization. So this study aims to show the tangible and intangible effects of Single PPM Quality Certification System. and to suggest a methodology to improve current problems of Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement.

In 2008, a review was made to analyze the effect of the certification of ISO 9001 quality management system in the almost same methods used for a similar review in 2001. Based on the two reviews, this research is to compare and contrast the changes made in between. The results show that the overall satisfaction for the certification has increased over 7 years, along with other beneficial changes, such as decreased cost and increased productivity. However, there has been no significant change in the establishment of the quality management system and in the level of customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 quality management system construction appears which effects variously on the all enterprises management, therefore this is very important strategy for preparing the keen enterprises competition.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to development the fire evaluating test methods for the Electric hair dryers. Methods: We was designed FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) in order to analyze the fire mechanism on the electric hair dryers and designed evaluating test methods (Durability tests on the environment, Mechanical durability tests) obtained through the two-step QFD (Quality Function Depolyment) and tested. Conclusion: We verified the evaluating fire test methods on the electric hair dryers through the analysis of the test results and some reproduction test.

To investigate the impacts of ISO 9000 QA systems to the Korean industry quality improvement as well as quality consciousness, QA related data has been surveyed from quality assurance engineers who have worked on ISO 9000 certification activities and has been analyzed using relevant tabulations of five(5) scale or x2-homogeneity test method. Hypotheses to the unchange in the quality consciousness are tested in terms of x2-homogeneity in order to compare the consciousness of pre-certification with that of post-certification. The level of quality management of Korean manufacturing industry has been high-lighted by use of quality maturity grid.
