  • 본 연구에서는 수학적 지식이 구명되고 형식화되는 과정을 '수학화(mathematization)'와 '곁가지의 수학화(byproduct mathematization)'란 개념으로 정의하고 분석하였다. 수학화는 수학적 개념들 간의 내적연결성 및 당위성을 경험하도록 교수 학습 활동을 구성하는데 있어 하나의 모델이 된다. 그리고 구체적 예로 '삼각함수의 연속성에 대한 수학화'와 '삼각함수의 덧셈정리의 곁가지의 수학화'를 구성하였다. 이러한 수학화는 교사의 전문성 신장을 위한 학문적 배경 지식을 주며, 가르칠 지식에 대한 다양한 지도 관점을 제공한다.

감귤 부산물 첨가 사료를 장기간 급여한 교잡종 돼지고기의 성분 특성 (Effect of Feeding Dietary Tangerine Byproduct for a Long Time on Chemical Compositions of Loin for Crossbred Pig)

  • The purpose of this research was to study the chemical compositions of pork for crossbred pig (female, 198 days old $102{\sim}118kg$) that were fed with tangerine byproduct from pregnancy through the whole rearing period. The samples for this study consisted of the pork from give the number of control pigs not fed with tangerine byproduct($T_0$), and the pork from give the number of study pigs fed with 8% tangerine byproduct during the whole breeding period, from the early pregnancy through the young, growing and finishing periods ($T_1$). Backfat thickness of the crossbred pigs was significantly decreased by feeding tangerine byproduct (p<0.05). The proximate composition, minerals, total amino acid, saturated fatty acid vs. unsaturated fatty acid and vitamin $B_2$ contents of loins were not significantly different among $T_0\;and\;T_1$, (p>0.05). Although those differences were not significant statistically, the tangerine byproduct tended to increase the amount of vitamin $B_1$, and decrease the crude fat and cholesterol contents.

  • 무인항공기용 고분자전해질 연료전지의 수소발생용으로써 $NaBH_4$는 많은 장점을 갖고 있다. 무인항공기용으로 이용하기 위해서는 $NaBH_4$ 가수분해 반응 후 부산물의 무게와 부피가 작아야 한다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 비담지 촉매를 사용한 $NaBH_4$ 가수분해 반응 후 부산물의 무게와 부피에 대해 연구하였다. 촉매 형태, $NaBH_4$ 농도, NaOH 농도, 촉매팩 두께 등이 부산물의 무게와 부피에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 본 실험 조건에서 발생한 부산물은 대부분 $NaB(OH)_4$였고, 거품이 발생하여 부피가 증가하였다. 안정화제인 NaOH 농도는 부산물의 무게와 부피에 별 영향을 주지 않았다. $NaBH_4$ 농도가 증가하면 부산물 무게가 감소하였으나, $NaBH_4$ 농도 23 wt%에서 최고 부피를 나타냈다. 소포제를 이용해 부산물의 부피를 감소시킬 수 있었다.

보일러 부산 애쉬를 이용한 아스팔트 콘크리트의 박리저항성 평가 (Evaluation of Anti-Stripping Performance in Asphalt Concrete using Byproduct Ash produced from Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler)

  • 최근 집중호우, 잦은 강설 등 이상기후에 따라 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장의 포트홀 발생이 급증하고 있다. 포트홀은 교통사고와 직결되는 파손형태로 인명피해, 차량 및 도로시설물 파손 등의 피해가 증가하는 추세이다. 이에 따라 포트홀 발생을 저감하기 위해 아스팔트 콘크리트 혼합물에 박리방지제를 의무적으로 사용하도록 권장하고 있는 실정이다. 국내에서는 비교적 사용이 편리하고 경제적인 소석회를 박리방지제로 주로 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 순환 유동층 보일러 가동시 발생하는 보일러 부산 애쉬를 박리방지제로 활용하는 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 보일러 부산 애쉬를 아스팔트 콘크리트 혼합물 중량의 1~3% 혼합한 결과 TSR 기준을 모두 만족하였다. 품질변동을 감안하여 골재, 혼합물 등 다양한 조건의 보일러 부산 애쉬를 검토하였으며 실험결과 TSR 평균 0.87, 동적수침 후 피복률 60% 이상으로 안정적으로 품질기준을 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 보일러 부산 애쉬는 안정적으로 박리방지제 성능을 발현하여 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장의 포트홀 발생 저감에 매우 효과적일 것으로 판단된다.

Increasing Content of Healthy Fatty Acids in Egg Yolk of Laying Hens by Cheese Byproduct

  • This study investigated the effects of dietary supplementation of cheese byproduct on performance, egg quality and fatty acid profile of egg yolk lipids from laying hens. One hundred five 30-wk-old White leghorn laying hens were randomly distributed into five groups of twenty one hens each and maintained in individual laying cages for 4 weeks. The hens were assigned to five treatments that consisted of corn-soybean meal based diets containing 0, 1, 3, 5 or 10% of cheese byproduct. Feed intake and rate of egg production of hens were not significantly different across the treatments during the whole experiment (p>0.05). Similarly, egg yolk cholesterol level, egg weight, Haugh's unit, eggshell thickness, color, and strength were not significantly different across the treatments (p>0.05). The amount of C16:0 in egg yolk was not significantly different across the treatments, but that of C18:0 decreased with increased cheese byproduct (p<0.01). Monounsaturated fatty acid (C16:1 and C18:1) content in egg yolk was similar across the treatments. Total CLA and cis-9, trans-11 CLA content increased linearly with increased cheese byproduct (p<0.001), while trans-10, cis-12 CLA amount was not significantly different across the treatments (p>0.05). Total saturated fatty acid (SFA) in the egg yolk was decreased as the level of cheese byproduct including CLA increased (p<0.01). However, the amount of unsaturated fatty acids (UFA) such as monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), n-6 PUFA, and total PUFAs in the egg yolk were not significantly different across the treatments (p>0.05). Therefore, the present results showed that cheese byproduct beneficially improved the fatty acid composition of concern to human health in the egg yolk without adverse effects on egg quality.

루츠식 진공 펌프의 유동 및 부산물 입자 궤적에 대한 해석 (Analysis on the Flow and the Byproduct Particle Trajectory of Roots Type Vacuum Pump)

  • A CFD analysis method is developed and applied for investigating the gas flow and the byproduct particle trajectory in Roots type vacuum pump. The internal fluid flow and thermal fields between the rotors and the housing of vacuum pump are analyzed by using the dynamic mesh, the numerical methods for unsteady 2-D Navier-Stokes equation and the standard k-$\varepsilon$ turbulence model of the Fluent code. Coupled with the flow simulation results, the particle trajectory of the byproduct flowing into the pump with gas stream is analyzed by using discrete phase modeling technique. The CFD analysis results show the pressure, the velocity and the temperature distributions in pump change abruptly due to the rotation of rotors, and back flows are produced due to the strong reverse pressure gradients at rotor/rotor and rotor/housing clearances. The predicted byproduct particle trajectory results also show the particles impinge on the clearance surfaces between the housing and the rotor of pump and then may form the deposit layer causing the failure of pump.

인삼 양직모밭 약토대체 부산물퇴비 시용 연구 (Studies on the Application of Byproduct Composts as Substitute for Yacto in Yang-jik Nursery of Ginseng)

  • This study was carried out to select economical byproduct composts as the substitute for the traditional organic fertilizer, Yacto, in the cultivation of ginseng seedlings, and to investigate the application method of a selected compost. Among tested byproduct composts, popped rice hull compost was the best substitute for Yacto, while the application of domestic animal manure composts resulted in red skinned roots of ginseng seedlings. Optimal mixing ratio of the popped rice hull compost with virgin soil (fine sand) were 3~4 : 1 in bulk, showing the same root yield compared to that of conventional seedbed soil. When the popped rice hull compost was lower than $1\;{\pm}\;0.1%$ in nitrogen content, the expeller cake of oil seed was added to seedbed soil to rise nitrogen content until $1\;{\pm}\;0.1%$.

제주도 토종 돼지고기의 품질에 영향을 미치는 건조 감귤 부산물 급여 효과 (Feeding Effect of Dried Citrus Byproduct on the Quality of Jeju Native Pig Meat)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the possibility for utilization and the effectiveness of citrus byproducts on the nutritional composition and sensory score of Jejudo native pig meat. The groups are consisting of the Jejudo native pig loin without citrus byproduct ($JNP-T_0$) and the Jejudo native pig loin fed with 8% and 15% citrus byproduct during growing and fattening period($JNP-T_1$). The contents of moisture, crude protein, crude fat, crude ash, calorie, cholesterol content Mg, P, K, Na, vitamin $B_1\;and\;B_2$, total amino acid, and total free amino acid content were not significantly different between $JNP-T_0$ and $JNP-T_1$(p>0.05). It was found that palmitic acid($25.301{\sim}27.403%$) was the highest one among saturated fatty acid while oleic acid($42.234{\sim}43.061%$) was the highest among unsaturated fatty acid in both groups. In case of sensory score, the color and aroma of raw meat, and the flavor preference of boiled meat of $JNP-T_0$ were higher than those of $JNP-T_1$(p<0.05). But the taste, texture, juiciness and palatability of boiled meat were not influenced by feeding of citrus byproduct.

Preparation of Tuna Skin Byproduct Film Containing Pinus thunbergii Cone Extract

  • Tuna skin byproduct extract (TSB) was used as a biocompatibility film base material, and its composite film with gellan gum (GG) was prepared. In addition, Pinus thunbergii cone extract (PTCE) was incorporated into the film to provide anti-oxidant and anti-bacteria activities. The tensile strength (TS) of the TSB/GG composite films increased with increasing GG content, whereas elongation at break (E) decreased. TSB/GG film at a ratio of 0.5:0.5 (w/w) showed the most desirable TS and E values. Based on scavenging free radical potentials and disc diffusion method results against growth of bacteria, antioxidant and anti-bacteria activities of films increased with increasing PTCE concentration. Accordingly, this study showed that TSB/GG could be used as a film material while the TSB/GG composite film containing PTCE can be utilized as functional packaging.
