건축공사 현장관리자 작업능력에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the Work Ability of Building Construction Field Managers)

  • 건축공사 현장에서 공사관리를 수행하는 현장관리자의 작업능력은 프로젝트의 성공여부에 많은 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 건축공사 현장관리자의 작업능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 작업능력은 작업능력지수를 통해서 측정하였으며, 직무스트레스는 한국형 직무스트레스 측정도구를 통해서 측정하였다. 현장관리자의 작업능력은 직무스트레스가 높을수록 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 운동, 종교보유도 현장관리자의 직무능력에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 현장관리자의 작업능력을 향상시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The building construction industry of Korea was going through difficulties in improving productivity and competitiveness in international market. Therefore we expected to see the improvement in productivity by applying six-sigma based approach to general reinforced concrete construction work. As a result of applying DMAIC method, one of 6 sigma tools, we found that the most effective inspection items are 'Gap of forms' and 'status of clean'. We could see from this case study that the percentage of additional work days has decreased to 37.7% as a result of applying six-sigma based approach to reinforced concrete construction.

  • As linear scheduling method has been used since 1929, Empire State Building linear schedule, it is being applied in various fields such as construction and manufacturing. When addressing concurrent critical path occurring on linear schedule of construction, the empirical researches stress the resource management which should be applied for optimizing work flow, flexible work productivity and continuos resource allocation. However, work relationships has been usually overlooked for making the linear schedule from existing network schedule. Therefore, this research analyze the previous researches related to linear scheduling model and then propose the method that can be applied for adopting the relationships of network schedule to the linear schedule.

  • 건축 프로젝트가 대형화 되어감에 따라 현장에서는 총체적인 관점에서 프로젝트를 관리할 수 있는 능력이 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 초고층건물공사는 그 규모로 인해 생산성 저하의 위험이 상존한다. 특히 관리대상 프로세스가 기타 공정에 비해 상대적으로 많은 마감공사는 생산성 유지 혹은 향상에 집중적인 관리가 요구된다. 즉, 골조공정의 생산성이 높더라도 마감공사의 생산성이 낮은 경우 전체 프로젝트의 생산성은 현저히 낮아지기 때문이다. 본 연구는 문헌고찰 및 인터뷰 둥을 통해서 초고층 건축공사의 마감공사 발주방식 선정요소를 도출하였으며, 이 요소들은 초고층건물 마감 공사의 발주방식에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 분석하기 위한 토대를 제공하고 있다.

사무소 건축물의 건축기계설비 배관 부속자재 요율 산출 (Calculation of the Attached-Piping-Material Rate for the Building Mechanical-Service System in Office Buildings)

  • Currently, in comparison with other architectural estimations, the estimation work regarding building mechanical-service systems is time-consuming, and the process is continuously becoming more difficult because of the increased usage of the attached piping materials such as fittings and hangings in addition to their complicated construction processes. To improve this problem, the Korean authority provides a simple estimation method for the attached-material rate regarding the main piping material, which is the most time-consuming work in the architectural-mechanical estimation. However, to be an applicable method on construction sites, a proper conversion rate of the attached-piping material is still required for the proposed method regarding building usage and working types. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the calculation of the rate of the attached-piping materials such as the fittings and supports through the building of the mechanical-service work types of mechanical rooms, air conditioning, domestic water and hot-water supplies, and the drain-, vent-, and gas-piping work in office buildings that have been designed after 2010.

  • 현대의 건축공사는 고층화 추세에 따라 반복공정의 수가 증가하고, 마감공사에서의 관련 공종 수가 증가하여 작업연속성에 대한 계획 및 공사관리가 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 이러한 마감공사의 합리적 운용을 위해 작업구역의 분할과 각 작업을 일정한 리듬으로 반복되도록 함에 따라 공정의 개선을 이루고자하는 기법 중의 하나가 택트공정관리 기법이다. 택트공정관리에서는 작업구역의 출역인원 파악으로 현재의 공정 진행률을 측정하는데, 작업의 특성을 고려하지 않은 작업구역 분할 체계는 출역인원의 정확한 파악을 저해하는 요소로 작용한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사례조사 및 현장 인터뷰를 통하여 현재 작업구역 분할 체계와 맞지 않는 공종을 파악하고, 작업의 특성을 고려한 작업구역 분할 체계를 제시하였다.

Therefore, this study investigated the percentage of female construction site managers by conducting a survey of current male and female construction site managers and then analyzed the workload, work difficulty, work importance and performance level of female employees in charge of public affairs, which is the most common tasks.

  • This Study developed library of parts, applied with 3-dimension character which has width, length and height and a reference plane, for the system development of BIM design on housing unit modular. The current BIM software has not the concept of a reference plane or work tolerance in modular, so the development of parts library applied to unit modular has not moved forward. So, we developed, in this study, parts library applied to windows, built-in-furniture, kitchen systems and knock down bathrooms, with a reference plane and work tolerance based on single roon prototype on urban-life-housings. BIM library can utilize changed size and work tolerance of parts, and fabricating reference plane will be created automatically when an engineer puts work tolerance in the BIM library with supplement of some category related to work reference. Through this BIM library development, we consider the part module can be used for housing complex planning, and architectural designers will be able to utilize the BIM library for housing complex design.

작업측정기법을 이용한 거푸집 공사의 생산성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Productivity of Form Work by using Work Analysis Method)

  • Lately Construction industry has been depressing by hard construction market circumstance. Construction company, especial at this time, makes more rationalize the management of inside Company and Construction field. In this study we are to present the method of calculation reasonable duration at Reinforced Concrete Work. For the study first make up a question at field workers, then sampling the Form workers based the question. Second, We are using Work Analysis Method analysing the worker's work-method and Time. And then using the result of analysis, measure the Productivity of Form work. The productivity of Form work is used the basic data of duration at Reinforced Concrete Work

  • Working Posture is an important factor directly connected with quality and productivity of the construction project. In particular, High-rise building construction is required to manage the working posture due to the repetitive task and unfavorable working condition such as high place work, limited space. However existing construction planning of high-rise building construction has a negative effect on the labor's productivity because it is not insufficiently considered for working posture. Therefore the purpose of this study is to suggest a work that needs improvement by analyzing labor's working posture quantitatively using OWAS method. These results would provide the basic information to improve the productivity of the construction project by supporting the construction plan considering the working posture in high-rise building.
