Temporal dual gamma drive technology employing the 120Hz refresh rate was developed to enhance the off-axis viewing quality in patterned vertical alignment mode. The color shift ${\Delta}u'v'$ from on-axis to off-axis (60 deg.) for pale orange color, (R,G,B) = (196,124,96), was below 0.01, and the power exponent of gamma curve for off-axis viewing angle (60 deg.) was about 1.8, when the gamma curve for on-axis was set with power exponent of 2.4. The off-axis image distortion index was below 0.180 in contrast to the normal case ${\sim}0.23$. To elevate the response speed of liquid crystal in the intra-frame, the voltage below threshold voltage of liquid crystals was used.

The characteristics of liquefied butane spray are expected to be different from conventional diesel fuel spray, because a kind of flash boiling spray is expected when the back pressure is below the saturation vapor pressure of the butane(0.23MPa at $25^{\circ}C$). An accumulator type pintle injector and its fuel delivery system has been simulated in ruder to give injection pressure, needle lift and rate of fuel injected. The governing equation were solved by finite difference metho. The injection duration was controlled by solenoid valve. Spray behaviors such as a transient spray tip penetration, spray angle and SMD were calculated based on the empirical correlations in case that the back pressure is both above the vapor pressure of the butane and below that of butane. When the back preassure is below the vapor pressure of the fuel, conventional correlation is modified to represent the effect of flash boiling.

IShort stature is two standard deviations (SD) below the mean for height (below the third percentile) in a population of children. We treated two cases below the third percentile for height with Boikyangwitang-gamibang(補益養胃湯加味方). During treatment Case I grew 4.2cm and became above the third percentile for height. Case II also grew 5.8cm and became above the third percentile for height. In the results We recognized Short status was showed prominent improvement with Boikyangwitang-gamibang(補益養胃湯加味方).

In this paper, ultra-wideband frequency synthesizer which operates at S-band ($2{\sim}4GHz$) is designed. Designed frequency synthesizer shows the frequency range of $2.2{\sim}4.0GHz$ and output power of $-2{\sim}3dBm$. Phase noise characteristics are measured below -92.0dBc/hz at 100kHz offset frequency in entire sweep range and lock time is measured below 3.55ms. Spurious level is below -62.33dBc at comparison frequency of 1MHz.

Below-grade concrete structure in residential buildings are exposed to various cracking conditions in between installation, construction and usage. Leakage follows the cracks along the exterior wall and floor slabs, and leakage occurring in this conditioning brings about discomfort to the users inside the building. This study analyzes a survey on the causes of leakage in below-grade concrete structure and proposes a solution method.

We oxidized pure titanium by anodizing oxidation process in the range of 590V, within 1.5A, 30seconds. we investigated color evolution with a spectrophotometer. Surface images and surface roughness were characterized by an optical microscope and an atomic force microscope, respectively. Below the thickness of 40 $\mu\textrm{m}$, metallic yellow, blue, and pink colorsn were obtained. Lightness decreased, increased, and decreased again as titanium oxide thickness increased. Blue color at the applied voltage of 30V showed the best lightness and reproducibility with surface roughness below l$\mu\textrm{m}$. Bare titanium and titanium oxide films had micro pits more than 10ea/$\mu\textrm{m}^2$. We report that we successfully made colors by varing thickness below 40$\mu\textrm{m}$ with anodizing oxidation of method.

Open heart surgery begun at 1959 in Korea. From that time to 1979, the surgery was performed below 100 cases in a year. However,that was performed above, 1,000 cases in a year from 1981. During the recent three years, i.e., 1985, 1986, and 1987, the annual operative cases were 3614,4503, and 4906, and then the mortality rates were progressively decreased to 6.2%, 5.3 %, and 5.0 %. In these time, overall mortality rate above 1 year old was 5.0 % versus that below 1 year old 17.9 9o in congenital heart diseases. These results are statistically different between two groups. Of the valvular heart disease cases, which occupied 97 % of total acquired heart disease, individual incidence was in mitral 68 %, and aortic 28%. The operative method was mainly valve replacement. Operative mortality for valve surgery in total was 4.4 %. Until 1985, bioprosthetic valve was frequently implanted but mechanical valve has been done more frequently in these days. Coronary artery bypass graft was large portion [67 * 75 %] of open heart surgery in western, but was below 1 % in Korea. However our diet patterns have been changed. Therefore we think the incidence of coronary artery disease will be increased. So we will be familiar to this field.

The only treatment method for crushed soft tissue injuries in the proximal leg involving the knee joint is the microsurgical free flap transplantation, especially latissimus dorsi myocutaneous free flap is useful to cover the extensive soft tissue defects, therefore prevents iatrogenic below knee amputation and facilitates early wound healing, early ambulation and shortens hospital stay. Authors have treated the open amputation with crushed soft tissue and bone injuries in the proximal leg, and the repeated abrasion and infectious wound with traumatic neuroma in the below knee with myocutaneous free flap and succeeded to wear below knee amputation prosthesis and return to normal activities of the daily living in the relatively shorter period than usual.

This paper estimated the arrival angle and electric wave delay time using the space method law and the directions of arrival (DOA) estimation algorithm in case of signal correlation. Space method law is the method used to repress cross correlation before applying the weight value to the receiving signal. The values of the diagonal elements in the correlation matrix were averaged to replace as the diagonal elements value. In the area of wireless communication or mobile communication, there are high correlations in case of low delay time difference in multiple waves. This causes the quality of the communication to drop due to interference with the desired signal elements. This paper estimated the arrival angle and electric wave delay time using the space method law and the MUSIC algorithm. With the arrival angle algorithm, the arrival angle cannot be estimated below 5 in case of signal correlations because the angle resolution capacity decreases accordingly. The super resolution capacity was estimated to determine the arrival angle below 5 in this paper. In addition, the proposed algorithm estimated the short delay time difference to be below 20ns.

This study is to prepare a reasonable basis for the improvement of the electrical safety management regulation. The standards in domestic and foreign countries for the application of new and renewable energy facilities and other devices are analyzed. Other regulations excluding the electrical safety fields and wide surveys are also carried out. Consequently, it is asked that the classification between normal and self electrical facilities should be clear and deregulation for small businesses has to be followed. This study is showed that standards investigates of receiving equipment below 600V above 75kW, eletrical safety manager employment of manufacturing industry and Mid-night electric power. And, it is showed that consignment permission and Consignment inspection periodic relaxation about wind development equipment below 1,000kW, consignment of Technical Development equipment for new and renewable energy below 250kW.
