요양시설 치매환자복 디자인 개발을 위한 치매환자의 유형 분석 (Analysis of the Types of Dementia Patients for Development of Clothes for Dementia Patient in Nursing Homes)

  • This study aims to obtain basic data to develop clothes for dementia patients by classifying types of dementia patients. Data was collected from those dementia patients who entered a nursing home. This study analyzed a total of 221 sheets. Furthermore, descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation, and K-means clustering were performed for statistical processing using Minitab 14. As a result, dementia patients were classified into four types: inactive-dependent, active-problematic behavior, activity-autonomy, and inactive-offensive. Inactive-dependent type was a group with the most severe disability in cognitive and daily activity functions; however, they lacked behavioral and psychological symptoms and problematic behavior with clothes. Active-problematic behavior type showed the most behavioral and psychological problems and problematic behavior with clothes. Activity-autonomy type was a group without any problematic behaviors. Moreover, the inactive-offensive type had very good cognitive function toward humans. The study imply that it is necessary to provide clothes with proper functions based on the types of patients rather than providing them uniform clothes because clinical and clothes behaviors differ significantly depending on the types of dementia patients.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among users perception on the characteristics of U-Services, attitude factors as mediating variables, and behavioral intention toward U-Services as the dependent variable. Based on the literature review on the related theories, the research model which analyzes the behavioral intention toward U-Services was developed. The result from the analysis of the data collected validated the U-Services Acceptance Model (USAM) proposed in this study as a sound construct framework. Futhermore, significant insights on the USAM were provided for the stakeholders and future researchers in the field of U-Services Acceptance.

모자 상호작용에서 정서 표현성이 아동의 사회 능력에 미치는 영향 (The influence of children's and mothers' emotional expressiveness in mother-child interaction settings on children's social competence)

  • This study examined the influence of mothers' and children's emotional expressiveness on children's social competence. Sixty-five kindergarten children and their mothers were observed in a lab setting which included 5 free play and 5 task episodes. The children's and mothers' behaviors during these episodes were videotaped and rated by two coders in terms of emotional expressiveness, sociability to others, ability to regulate frustration, compliance, and autonomy. Intercoder reliability between the two coders for each behavioral category ranged from .84 to .99. The results showed that children's social competence was significantly influenced by their positive expressiveness, indicating that children with higher expressiveness were more sociable to others and less frustrated in a stressful situation. Significant relationships were also found between mothers' and children's negative expressiveness, and children's compliance and autonomy. In particular, the consistency between mothers' and children's levels of negative expressiveness significantly predicted the children's compliance and autonomy. The socialization of emotion between mothers and children was discussed, as was the relationship between emotional and social competence. Suggestions for future study were also presented.

간호대학생의 감성지능, 셀프리더십, 심리적 안녕감이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotional Intelligence, Self-Leadership, Psychological Well-being to Academic Achievement of Nursing College Student)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 감성지능, 셀프리더십, 심리적 안녕감이 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 일부 시 지역 대학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 분석대상은 199명 이었다. 자료는 기술적 통계, t-tset, ANOVA, pearson correlation과 stepwise multiple regression으로 분석 하였다. 그 결과 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 셀프리더십의 하위영역인 행동전략과 감성지능의 하위영역인 자아동기능력, 심리적 안녕감의 하위영역인 자율성 및 긍정적 대인관계가 학업성취도에 유의한 영향을 미치며 설명력은 13.0%이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 학업성취도 관련성에서는 학업성취도는 성별과 학년에서 차이를 보였으며, 학업성취도와의 상관관계에서는 감성지능의 하위영역으로 자아동기능력, 셀프리더십의 하위영역으로 행동전략, 심리적 안녕감의 하위영역으로 자율성과 긍정적 대인관계와 양의 상관관계로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 간호대학생의 학업성취도를 높이기 위해서는 셀프리더십의 행동전략과 감성지능의 자아동기 능력, 심리적 안녕감의 자율성 및 긍정적 대인관계를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발을 강화하는 것이 필요하다고 하겠다.

Ethics in the Intensive Care Unit

  • The intensive care unit (ICU) is the most common place to die. Also, ethical conflicts among stakeholders occur frequently in the ICU. Thus, ICU clinicians should be competent in all aspects for ethical decision-making. Major sources of conflicts are behavioral issues, such as verbal abuse or poor communication between physicians and nurses, and end-of-life care issues including a lack of respect for the patient's autonomy. The ethical conflicts are significantly associated with the job strain and burn-out syndrome of healthcare workers, and consequently, may threaten the quality of care. To improve the quality of care, handling ethical conflicts properly is emerging as a vital and more comprehensive area. The ICU physicians themselves need to be more sensitive to behavioral conflicts and enable shared decision making in end-of-life care. At the same time, the institutions and administrators should develop their processes to find and resolve common ethical problems in their ICUs.

부모의 양육태도에 따른 유아의 문제행동과 주의집중력 (Young Children's Behavioral Problems and Attention Ability by Parenting Attitude)

  • The subjects in this study of parenting attitudes, children's behavior problems and attention ability were 111 5-year-old children and their parents. Data was analyzed by mean, frequency, percent, three-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation. Results showed that behavior problems and attention ability of children varied by the parenting attitude of mothers and fathers. Behavior problems of boys were higher than girls, and boys' attention abilities were lower than girls.' Interaction effects were found between parenting attitudes and gender in children's behavior problems and attention ability : fathers' autonomy correlated negatively with boys' behavior problems (r=-.47), task processing speed (r=-.37), and attention inconsistency (r=-.36). Children's behavioral problems correlated positively with attention inconsistency (r=.28).

중국 서비스 구성원의 직장-가정 갈등과 가정-직장 갈등이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 -직무자율성의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effects of Work-Family Conflicts and Family-Work Conflicts on Organizational Commitment of Service Industry Employees in China: Focused on the moderating effects of job autonomy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 직장-가정 갈등의 하위요인인 시간 근거, 긴장 근거, 행동 근거 갈등이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서 직무자율성의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 검증하기 위해 중국 내 서비스업의 조직구성원을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직장-가정 갈등의 하위요인인 행동 근거 갈등은 조직몰입에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 시간-근거 갈등과 긴장 근거 갈등은 조직몰입에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가정-직장 갈등의 하위요인인 긴장-근거 갈등과 행동 근거 갈등은 조직몰입에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 시간-근거 갈등은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 직장-가정 갈등과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 직무자율성의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 직무자율성은 행동 근거 갈등과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가정-직장 갈등과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 직무자율성의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 긴장 근거 갈등, 행동 근거 갈등과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 직무자율성은 조절효과를 가진다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 3개 하위요인 중에서 조직몰입에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 요소가 무엇인지 밝혔다.

Analysis of Relationship Between Job Stress and Fatigue According to The Type A/B Behavior Pattern of Physical Therapists

  • Stress and fatigue are general physical aspects of our daily lives. It has been shown that physical therapists have different levels of job stress and fatigue according to the type A/B behavior patterns. This study collected data from 212 physical therapists between October 28 and November 23, 2016 using an anonymous, self-administered questionnaire. The study results showed the proportion of physical therapists with the Type A behavior patterns(TABP) was 18% greater than that of physical therapists with the Type B behavior patterns(TBBP). In this study, physical therapists with TABP were compared with physical therapists with TBBP. The results indicated that physical therapists with TABP were more inclined to experience higher levels of overall job stress and fatigue from the following stress factors: physical environment, job requirement, and job autonomy. Therefore, the stronger the tendency toward TABP, the stronger the feeling of job stress and fatigue from physical environment, job requirement, and job autonomy. Those with a tendency toward TBBP showed positive correlations between job requirement and the total job stress score; thus, the stronger the tendency toward TBBP, the stronger the feeling of overall job stress and fatigue from job requirement. This study suggests that it is necessary to manage the job stress and fatigue of physical therapists with both TABP and TBBP and to manage the job stress and fatigue of physical therapists with the type A behavioral pattern.

부적응 도식과 결혼 만족도 간의 관계: 적응적 정서조절방략의 조절 효과 (The Relationship between Maladjustment Schema and Marital Satisfaction: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Adaptive Emotion Regulation Strategy)

  • 본 연구는 부적응 도식과 결혼만족도의 관계에서 인지적 정서조절방략, 행동적 정서조절방략, 그리고 체험적 정서조절방략 각각의 조절효과를 검증해 보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 기혼 남성 102명, 여성 131명으로 모두 233명이며, 부적응 도식 질문지, 정서조절방략 질문지(Emotion Regulation Strategy Questionnaire: ERSQ), 결혼만족도 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 또한, 부적응 도식과 결혼만족도 간의 관계에서 인지적, 행동적, 체험적 정서조절방략의 조절 효과를 확인하기 위해서 위계적 중다 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 부적응 도식과 결혼만족도 간 관계에서 적응적 정서조절방략(인지적, 행동적, 체험적)의 조절 효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 각 부적응 도식 영역마다 이 3가지의 정서조절방략의 효과가 달리 나타났는데, 먼저 손상된 자율성과 타인 중심성의 부적응 도식 영역은 인지적, 행동적, 체험적 3가지 방략 모두에서 조절 효과를 보여, 이 3가지 방략들을 사용할수록 더 높은 결혼만족도를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 단절 및 거절의 부적응 도식 영역을 지닌 개인의 경우 인지적, 행동적 방략을 사용할수록, 과잉 경계 및 억제의 부적응 도식 영역을 지닌 개인은 인지적, 체험적 방략을 사용할수록 높은 결혼만족도를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 게다가 손상된 한계의 부적응 도식 영역을 지닌 개인은 체험적 방략을 사용할 경우에만 높은 결혼만족도를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 임상적 함의와 한계 및 후속연구에서의 제안을 논의하였다.

소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용자의 자기결정성 요인이 자기존중감과 만족을 통해 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Deterministic Factors of Social Network Service Users on Psychological Well-Being by Self-Esteem and Satisfaction)

  • In this study, we would like to consider the main factors that influence psychological well-being by using social network service. suggest ways to use healthy social network services, and empirically verify how behavioral approaches, in other words self-determination theory, that deals with human psychological needs, affect psychological well-being by self-esteem and satisfaction to comprehensively examine the characteristics of service and user individuals and social influences, etc. First research result, it has been confirmed that the autonomy has a positive effect on self-esteem. Second, it has been confirmed that the autonomy does not have a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, it has been confirmed that the competence has a positive effect on self-esteem. Fourth, it has been confirmed that the competence does not have a positive effect on satisfaction. Fifth, it has been confirmed that the relationship has a positive effect on self-esteem. Sixth, it has been confirmed that the relationship does not have a positive effect on satisfaction. Seventh, it has been confirmed that self-esteem has a positive effect on psychological well-being. Eighth, it has been confirmed that self-esteem has a positive effect on satisfaction. Ninth, it has been confirmed that satisfaction has a positive effect on psychological well-being. These results mean that meeting basic human psychological needs has a significant impact on psychological well-being of the social network service users. In addition, it was confirmed that increasing the desire for autonomy, competence, relationship, which are factors of self-determination, is an important factor to enhance psychological well-being.
