The purchase stage analyzed how participants wait and select desired items (when receiving the notification of rentable items) or select alternative products. The consumption stage examined the usage frequency and usage method. The study divided the post-consumption evaluation stage into 2 categories for evaluation: personal feelings and service. Shopping is the activity not only purchasing goods/services but also pursuing the emotional satisfaction. Browsing can be defined as shopping behavior looking around the store without purchasing intention. Through the browsing activity, consumers are able to collect the information and be ready for the possible purchases while marketers have an opportunity to inform consumers of products/ stores/ brands. The more browsing activity, the more stimuli for buying, the more unplanned/ impulse buying. Therefore, this is the time that consumer's browsing activity is getting importance in the area of fashion marketing. The purpose of this study was to examine attracting and hindering factors related to browsing activity especially for purchase of fashion items, using a qualitative research method. An in-depth interview was conducted with 10 female shoppers ranged age 21-50. Website reputation is a key criteria for searches related to fashion product information and purchases. The greater the reputation of a website, then the greater the sense of community among its members; in addition, a stronger positive attitude towards the products influence subsequent purchases or WOM intention. This study reveals the influence website reputation and a sense of community for the WOM effect in regards to fashion products according to the type of the online shopping mall. The findings of this study are as follows. First, an increased website reputation produces a higher sense of community and perceived usefulness for WOM. The effect of the WOM was greater as the perceived usefulness of WOM increased. Second, the perceived usefulness of WOM had the greatest effect on the WOM effect. The reputation of a website had only an indirect effect on the WOM effect through the sense of community and the perceived usefulness of WOM. Third, the comprehensive mall had a greater reputation, but the WOM effect was greater with the fashion specialty mall. About the influence on the WOM effect, in the comprehensive mall the sense of community was more powerful than reputation of the website. In the fashion specialty mall the reputation of the website was more powerful than the sense of community.
The purpose of this study is to verify empirically the causal relationship between service quality, ease of use, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention of mobile shopping mall. And this study is to investigate the ease of use and customer satisfaction mediating effect of between service quality and repurchase intention. Therefore, 323 university students in Jeonnam area were surveyed and the structural equation model was derived based on previous research. Service quality of mobile shopping mall make a significant effect on using easiness, purchasing satisfaction and repurchase intention. However, among service quality of mobile shopping mall, service scape like mobile interface and site design made a positive effect on purchasing satisfaction, but did not any effect on repurchase intention. In other words, service quality factors that make positive effects on customer's pleasant using and repurchase intention make a positive effect on repurchase intention when providing and using the service customer wants faithfully rather than external part of the site and mutually influencing attitude or behavior well. The implications suggested by this study are as follows. First, service quality of mobile shopping mall makes a significant effect on repurchase intention, so it's necessary to improve CS service system so as to treat customers' inquiries or inconveniences actively during mobile shopping and return and refund of defective products quickly and conveniently. And, in addition to the finally used factors in analysis process, benefits using customers' grade by number of purchases, such as various events, coupons, reserve, etc. and active contents marketing strategies providing more various pleasures and values of shopping are necessary. Second, satisfaction of mobile shopping mall makes a positive effect on repurchase intention, so visiting of site and repurchasing of product are continuously done as customers' satisfaction on shopping mall is increasing. Therefore, shopping mall site requires differentiation of contents, exact plan and practice of service, marketing, etc. so that customers can feel more satisfaction. This study is significant as it systematically analyzed concepts of components that service quality of mobile shopping mall makes an effect on using easiness, purchasing satisfaction, and repurchase intention, verified the relations, systematized it by theoretical structure, and widened the understanding of effects making an effect on repurchase intention.

The results of this study were as follows: Shopping orientations varied according to customer's personality type. E type had stronger Hedonic/self-confidence than I type, F type had higher Depending decision making than T type and P type had higher Quick decision making than J type. S, N, T, F, J types had a significant effect on re-purchase intention. And Expertise/ care in E, N, T, J types had a positive effect on re-purchase intention. also Politeness in E, I, S, N, T, J, P types did. Internet communications have provoked new forms of online word-of-mouth(WOM) communication and it has become more powerful. At this point, this study analyses the effects of information characteristics(direction, consensus) of online WOM. Especially, quasi-experiment can systematically manipulate the direction and the consensus of online WOM information and it perceived the difference in the effects in this study. Female consumers who have purchased clothing at online shopping mall in past 6 months participated in the experiment by completing 4 type questionnaires(N=600). Data are analyzed using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, one way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test. The Results of this study are as follows: (1) The direction of online WOM information significantly influences consumer's reliability of information, attitude, and purchase intentions. These effects are more significant when negative WOM information than positive information and two-sided information was given. (2) Though there is the difference in reliability of information, the consensus of online WOM information does not have influences on consumer's attitude and purchase intentions. (3) Consumer's clothing involvement is related to WOM information searching. The highly involved consumer is more effected by online WOM information than the lowly one.
Today, the World Wide Web (WWW) impacts many facets of our lives, including communication, entertainment, social activities, shopping, etc. The web portal is the most accessed type of site and is advertising-supported the more users who visit the site, the more income it generates. User perception to a web site is very important much research has focused on the internet users' behavior. Some well-known theories, such as the technology acceptance model have been used to examine variables that motivate individuals to accept and use an IS. But Understanding continued use is the goal of this study. We focus on user beliefs (specifically, perceived usefulness) and attitude because pier studies of IT usage, predominantly based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and similar models, have established these perceptions as the dey determinants of both initial IT usage (acceptance) and long-term usage (continuance) intention and behavior (Bhattacherjee 2001; Davis et al. 1989). Any change in beliefs or attitudes will likely have a corresponding impact on, and may even revers, users' continuance intention and behavior. Also, continuance use have some features which are prior use, habit, feature-centric view of technology. So this research reflected continuance use features. Examination of the paths in the model revealed several interesting results. First, Perceived usefulness was a stronger predictor of acceptance intention in TAM than attitude, But attitude was a stronger predictor of continuance intention in this study than perceive usefulness. Second, confirmation was not affect directly to attitude. Last, Habit was strongest predictor of continuance intention in this study.
As a recent global economic trend, the subscription economy is rapidly expanding along with the growth of non-face-to-face online shopping. This study tried to verify the factors influencing online subscription for disposable consumer goods through behavioral reasoning theory. 344 questionnaire responses were collected through a survey in Korea and empirical analysis was performed. As a result of the analysis, value of openness was found to have a positive effect on attitude, reason for adoption and reason against adoption. Reason for adoption showed a positive effect on attitude and adoption intention. Reason against adoption showed a negative effect on attitude but it has no impact on adoption intention. Attitude showed a positive effect on adoption intention. Finally price consciousness and quality barrier was found to the most important factors of reason for adoption and reason against adoption respectively. The results of this study can contribute to subscription companies establishing their marketing strategies. Future research can be conducted with various subscription products and additional variables.
