교과교실형 운영에 따른 중학교 시설 개선요인에 대한 교사들의 요구 분석 (Analysis of Teachers' Demands about Improving Factors of the Middle School Facilities based on the Variation Type)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze characteristics of using pattern on the physical facilities and fundamental demands about improving factors associated with management of variation type. The teachers of four middle schools are participated through questionnaires with this survey. According to the results, supplemental factors of learning activities, convenient facilities for students, factors with space utilization, moving class and arrangement of similar subject blocks are influential in order on the awareness of teachers for correspondence of variation type. In the analysis of variance based on the sampling factors, significant differences were shown in the factors of attached group, gender, age and managemental experience of variation type. Especially, the factors with moving class and convenient facilities for students are analytically more differential than the other factors, therefore, these factors must be considered in detail.

  • A person's body resistance in the waterpark, public bath and similar places is lower than any other places due to effect of water. So low voltage may create a shock hazard for the human body in case of leakage or fault currents from lighting unit etc. We researched the related regulations these are internal standards, NEC, IEC and investigated the actual conditions for the prevention of electrical shock due to lighting units in the waterpark, public bath and similar places. 농촌주택의 실태 조사를 통한 개선 방안 연구 -충북지역을 중심으로- (A Proposal on Rural House Reconditioning by the Field Survey Results)

  • The actural condition of rural house polts, houses and their attached facilities was surveyed in CHUNGCHEONGBUK-DO in order to find out existing residential problems. From the data collected, general influencing factors, housing/residential environmental qualities, and farmer's opinion on them were analyzed or obtained as the basic design criteria for future projects. The structural shape of rural housing should be developed on the basis of our traditional one. The materials of wall should be made from soil sourced one. Kitchin room and rest room should be improved in view of the Western style. Residential space should be harmonized our traditional one(reception of a guest preferred) with westernized living space(nuclear family life preferred). The plane planning of 'ㄷ' type would be generally preferred in the block planning of rural housing and attached facilities. Livestock pens and compost houses would be seperated from, while storehouses would be coexisted with a living space.

공원 및 공원시설 BF인증 평가지표 분석을 통한 개선방향 도출 연구 (Study on Deriving Improvements through Analysis of BF Certification Evaluation Indicators for Parks and Park Facilities)

  • 장애인등편의법 개정에 따라 2021년 12월 4일 이후 최초 공원조성계획이 수립되는 공원 및 공원시설은 의무 대상이며, 공원은 장애인 등을 위한 편의시설을 의무적으로 설치해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 공원 인증 평가지표와 공원시설의 건축물 인증 평가지표 및 인증 현황 사례의 평가서를 비교 분석하여 공원 인증 평가지표의 개선 방향을 도출하는 데 있다. 연구 방법으로 첫째, 공원과 공원시설의 인증 대상에 대해 공원녹지법과 비교 고찰하였으며, 인증 과정상 차이점, 인증 실적 등을 비교 분석하였다. 둘째, 공원과 건축물 BF인증 평가지표를 분석하여 차이점 및 공통항목을 도출하였다. 셋째, BF인증 공원 4개소와 인증 공원 내 공원시설의 건축물 인증 사례 4개소를 대상으로 자체평가서, 심사 결과를 중심으로 차이점, 문제점 등을 분석한 후 개선방안을 도출하였다. 공원과 건축물 평가지표를 분석한 결과 평가목적, 평가 방법, 평가항목이 공통으로 적용되는 항목은 매개시설의 접근로 7개, 장애인 전용 주차구역 5개, 안내시설의 안내설비 2개, 위생시설의 5개 범주의 14개, 기타 설비 1개로 분석되었다. 위생시설 항목은 공원으로 평가된 사례가 없고 부설 화장실이 아닌 경우 건축물로 인증되는 것을 확인하였다. 공원과 공원시설의 건축물 배점 점수가 자체평가보다 심사 결과 시 하락하였으며, 건축물은 3개소에서 인증 등급이 하락하였다. 표준편차가 가장 큰 항목은 공원은 BF보행 연속성, 건축물은 접근로 중 주 출입구까지의 경로 항목이었다. 위생시설을 제외하고 공통적인 평가항목 19개를 공원과 건축물의 심사 결과를 분석한 결과 1개의 항목을 제외하고는 사례 대상지별 평가항목의 배점 등급 차이가 발생하였다. 따라서 공원과 건축물 공통으로 평가되는 항목에 대한 동일한 세부 산출기준을 적용이 필요하며, 위생시설은 공원 인증된 사례가 없고 건축물로 인증되고 있으므로 부속 화장실에 대한 개념 정립과 공원 위생시설 평가지표 적용에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 공원 내 평가되지 않는 항목에 대한 조정과 공원 특성을 고려한 평가지표를 신설하는 등 공원 특성에 적합한 평가지표가 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구가 공원 인증지표 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대해 본다.

대학 기숙사의 기숙사비 결정 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Boarding Fee Determinants of University Dormitory)

  • Properties of school foundation are divided into fundamental property for education and fundamental property for profit. As school sites and teachers used for educational and study activities of students, fundamental property for education includes practice sites, farms and support research attached facilities in addition to school facilities. According to the Clause 1 of Article 4 of the University Foundation and Management Regulation and the Attached Table 2 of the Same Regulation, dormitory is classified as property for education(non-profit). In other words, there is no need to create profit for dormitory management. It is supposed that there are little regional differences in construction cost of dormitory with general specifications. In this case, boarding fees of university dormitories should make no difference. This study analyzed boarding fees, depending on regional factors(Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, metropolitan cities and provinces), and depending on foundation subjects(national public university and private university), classes(four-year university and college) and principal schools-branch schools. The result of One-Way ANOVA showed that Seoul showed the highest average boarding fee and it was followed by Gyeonggi-do, metropolitan cities and provinces. Also, the average boarding fees of private universities and four-year universities were higher than national public universities and than colleges, respectively. In addition, branch school's boarding fee was higher than principal school's. Additionally, this study extracted a model using the hedonic model to see how various characteristics such as region, foundation subject and class influence the boarding fee. This study would serve as fundamental research on the boarding fee. Thus far, there have been difficulties in obtaining accurate data and analyzing boarding fees, since there is no open data about dormitories and it isn't mandatory to open it, but it is anticipated that this would be used as fundamental research for estimating and analyzing boarding fees of many universities in the future.

A Method of Extracting Features of Sensor-only Facilities for Autonomous Cooperative Driving

  • 본 논문에서는 자율협력주행을 위한 인프라로써 제작된 5가지 센서 전용 시설물들에 대해 라이다로 취득한 포인트 클라우드 데이터로부터 시설물들의 특징을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 자율주행차량에 장착된 영상 취득 센서의 경우에는 기후 환경 및 카메라의 특성 등으로 인해 취득 데이터의 일관성이 낮기 때문에 이를 보완하기 위해서 라이다 센서를 적용했다. 또한, 라이다로 기존의 다른 시설물들과의 구별을 용이하게 하기 위해서 고휘도 반사지를 시설물의 용도별로 디자인하여 부착했다. 이렇게 개발된 5가지 센서 전용 시설물들과 데이터 취득 시스템으로 취득한 포인트 클라우드 데이터로부터 측정 거리별 시설물의 특징을 추출하는 방법으로 해당 시설물에 부착된 고휘도 반사지의 평균 반사강도을 기준으로 특징 포인트들을 추출하여 DBSCAN 방법으로 군집화한 후 해당 포인트들을 투영법으로 2차원 좌표로 변경했다. 거리별 해당 시설물의 특징은 3차원 포인트 좌표, 2차원 투영 좌표, 그리고 반사강도로 구성되며, 추후 개발될 시설물 인식을 위한 모형의 학습데이터로 활용될 예정이다.

학교 건축에 대한 BIPV시스템의 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation of BIPV Systems Applied in School Buildings)

  • Building-integrated photovoltaic(BIPV) systems can operate as a multi-functional building components, which generates electricity and serves as part of building envelope. It can be regarded as a new architectural elements, adding to the building's aesthetics. Besides of these benefits, the application of PV systems into school buildings tends to play an important role in energy education to students. In this context, this study aims to analyse the applicability of PV systems into school buildings. For an existing school building, four types of BIPV designs were developed; rooftops, wall-attached, wall-mounted with angle, and sunshading device. Based on energy modeling of those BIPV systems, the whole 60.1kWp rated PV installation is expected to yield about 65.6MWh of electricity, that is about 50% more than the annual electricity consumption of the school, 44MWh. It was also found that the applicability of the PV systems into the school building was very high, and the rooftop systems with the optimized angle was the most efficient in energy production, followed by sunshading, wall-mounted with angle and wall-attached. It concludes that school buildings have a reasonable potential to apply PV systems in the aspects of building elements and electricity production.

도로안전시설용 시선유도봉의 신뢰성 평가 (Reliability Assessment of Tubular Markers Used for Road Safety Facilities)

  • Tubular markers for road safety facilities are used to lead the driver's sight line and separate the lanes on the road. Such tubular markers are usually installed on the road and frequently hit by vehicles, they are accordingly requested to assure the product durability. The traditional evaluation method of tubular markers include only quality tests of the material properties. However, most of consuming agencies in charge of road management at fields have proposed problems on long-term performance of the products hit by vehicles under various weather conditions. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to develop the reliability test methods and equipments to simulate the product failures of tubular markers due to vehicle collision and wheel compression and the delamination and discoloration of reflection sheets attached on the surface of the products under high and low temperatures.

Fault Diagnosis Management Model using Machine Learning

  • Based on the concept of Industry 4.0, various sensors are attached to facilities and equipment to collect data in real time and diagnose faults using analyzing techniques. Diagnostic technology continuously monitors faults or performance degradation of facilities and equipment in operation and diagnoses abnormal symptoms to ensure safety and availability through maintenance before failure occurs. In this paper, we propose a model to analyze the data and diagnose the state or failure using machine learning. The diagnosis model is based on a support vector machine (SVM)-based diagnosis model and a self-learning one-class SVM-based diagnostic model. In the future, it is expected that this model can be applied to facilities used in the entire industry by applying the actual data to the diagnostic model proposed in this paper, conducting the experiment, and verifying it through the model performance evaluation index.

유치원의 실외 놀이 시설과 설비 실태에 대한 평가 분석 (An Analysis on the Actual Conditions of Kindergarten Outdoor facilities in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the actual conditions of kindergarten outdoor facilities in Korea, based on their establishment types and their located areas. The subjects for the survey were 6,819 kindergartens, and the subjects for sample-depth survey were the 10% of the total group, The study was conducted with an online survey and an on-the-spot survey, Spss 12.0 was used for statistics analysis, Most outdoor facilities of kindergartens in Korea consisted of playgrounds with soil or sand and complex playing equipments, The rate of Kindergartens' owning and utilizing their educational equipments was high. The educational utility of kindergarten outdoor facilities was high, too, but the needs of public kindergartens and that of private kindergartens were different. The 3% of private kindergartens had playgrounds on the roof, so they needed to be inspected periodically by the authorities. The kindergartens attached to the primary schools needed independent playgrounds of primary schools, Most kindergartens are required to explore diverse paving materials of their playgrounds and to develop outdoor equipments for childrens' creative playing.
