Artificial intelligence, which is based on deep learning, is emerging as a fundamental technology that will bring about future social changes. Artificial intelligence technology in IT is an essential intelligent system, and will overcome the performance limit of computing systems, and is expected to be the foundation for the development of computing environment destructively. The development of artificial intelligence technology in developed countries is a direction toward convergence with brain science. In this article, we will look at the prospect of artificial intelligence as the manifestation of imagination, as well as the technology and policy trends of artificial intelligence both at home and abroad, and discuss the direction of future technology development in terms of fusion with brain science.

The use of the Internet has become commonplace for billions of people on the planet. The rapid development of technology, in particular, mobile gadgets, has provided access to communication anywhere, anytime. At the same time, there are growing concerns about the behavior of people on the Internet, in particular, towards each other and social groups in general. This raises the issue of human rights in today's information society. In this study, we focused on human rights such as the right to privacy, confidentiality, freedom of expression, the right to be forgotten, etc. We point to some differences in this regard, in particular between the EU, etc. In addition, we describe the latest legal regulation in this aspect in European countries. Such methods as systemic, factual, formal and legal, to show the factors of formation and development of human rights in the context of digitalization were used. The authors indicate which of them deserve the most attention due to their prevalence and relevance. Thus, we concluded that the technological development of social communications has laid the groundwork for a legal settlement of privacy and opinion issues on the Internet. Simultaneously, jurisdictions address issues on every aspect of human rights on the Internet, based on previous norms, case law, and principles of law. It is concluded that human rights legislation on the Internet will continue to be actively developed to ensure a balance of private and public interests, safe online access and unimpeded access to it.

This article summarizes the present developing conditions and achievements in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) at basic medicine, clinical medicine and preventive medicine in recent fifty years. The author thinks that the strategy goal of the development of TCM pediatrics is modernization. In the future certain years, culturing persons of ability in all kinds of administrative levels and using modern science and techniques are very necessary. In the aspect of the background of TCM pediatrics, childrens physiology and pathology characteristic, pharmacodynamics, making the four diagnostic methods objective, combining macro differentiation with micro differentiation, reforming the preparation form should be intensively researched. In the aspect of clinic, in order to improve curative effect, accumulate materials, we should go deep into the research on virus diseases, immunity diseases, nutritional diseases and neonatal diseases by taking advantage of the superiority of TCM.

Customer needs are considered as being quite remarkable in product design. The elaborate fulfillment of them in the design solution is closely related to the success of a product. They, however, are generally collected and presented by marketers. Consequently those needs are difficult for designers to understand and therefore might not get fulfilled in the final product design. Here the goal of this study is set that the process of design information elicitation based on customer needs is developed as a guideline of utilizing them in design activity in effective manners. findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, customer needs are expected to get interpreted into the designer-oriented language in the aspect of function and image of a product. Those interpreted needs play a role as a base for concept establishment and the development of it with the help of various techniques from the fold of statistics and systematic product development. Second, designer-oriented manner of understanding customer needs requires designers to take parts in from collecting to interpreting them for better design solution that fulfills them, which brings up a necessity that available techniques shouldn't be beyond understanding of designers and for the styling activity customer needs of image aspect should be interpreted and presented visually. In this study, those visual information is presented through the image maps and image information sheet. It is image information sheet that is suggested to contain visual and verbal information altogether such as the overall and major elements images expressing a specific image need and the correlation between them showing how much the elements image contributes to building the overall image.

Since the industrial society has emerged into the knowledge society and the development of software has enlarged its scale, the importance of the 'people' has surfaced at its peak. Even though the People, the Process and the Technology are mentioned as the core in the field of software engineering, the pragmatic aspect of it tends to lack adequate interest in the People. In other disciplines, several methods have been proposed in order to understand the psychology of the people. In this paper, we have organized the psychological researches that other fields have studied into four different perspectives. First, it covers how to apply a person-to-person psychological method referred to as mentoring. Second, we discuss about a team that utilizes the MBTI system in organizing their structure. Third, we look at a case of the propaganda; the psychological application for the masses. Finally, we cover on the new social media. We investigate on the possible considerations in applying the psychological techniques in the field of software development to utilize the advantages from each methods.

It is important to understand what affects community satisfaction. Because community impacts and participation is a central aspect of fostering local community development, it is important to understand how these processes occur. The study aims to identify the factors influencing community satisfaction and to examine the moderating effects of community participation between community perceived impacts and community satisfaction. Data were collected from 328 usable questionnaires among community residents participating rural development projects in Buyeo and Chungyang county, Chungnam province. Results of a factor analysis yielded four dimensions of community perceived impacts which were negative socio-economic impacts, positive economic impacts, positive environmental impacts, and positive social impacts. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that negative socio-economic impacts, positive economic impacts, and positive environmental impacts affected significantly for community satisfaction. it reveals that there are moderating effects on community participation of negative socio-economic impacts and positive economic impacts. It was suggested that negative socio-economic impacts, positive economic impacts, and community participation should be considered to implement rural development projects and its policy decision making.

Korea experienced rapid urbanization due to high growth of economy. As people left the country and gathered in the city, the size of city has been expanded, resulting in unbalanced development of the land. In addition, it appears in diverse aspects from nationwide phenomenon to the local development in each city unit. In particular, it even tends to become social problems in the metropolitan cities. As a solution for it, this study conducts theoretical consideration on sustainability in the aspect of balanced urban development and suggests measures through analysis on Siheung-city. The result is as follows. First of all, comprehensive approach is required based on sustainability. It is required to derive balanced city development by expanding it to the social, cultural and economic aspects. Second, integrated management policy is required for the original city along with new development. It should be considered together with diverse social and physical aspects. Third, approach from the aspect of city planning is required through consideration on flat city expansion and connection with city space structural. Fourth, in order to foster balanced urban development, it is needed to grope for solutions for imbalanced urban development through the participation of diverse groups such as local residents, private enterprisers, and the non-profit civic groups of the local community along with the mediation among persons interested. And continuous support of administrative authorities should be obtained to create such environment.

Automotive systems have tended to be equipped with many electronic contents to satisfy safety, comport, convenience, and entertainment services over the past years. As a result, the amount of vehicle embedded software in electrical/electronic(E/E) systems is steadily increasing to manage these requirements. This leads to the traditional, document-based software development in the vehicle embedded systems being increasingly displaced by a model-based development in order to reduce software development time and cost. Due to the application of model-based development, a great evolution is being realized in the aspect of efficiency, but the development is being made without sufficient testing. So, erroneous automotive embedded software may cause serious problems such as car accidents which relate to human safety. Therefore, efficient methods for model-based test and validation are needed to improve software reliability in the stage of embedded software development. This paper presents the model-based development and test method for AUTOSAR embedded software to improve its reliability and safety, and it is demonstrated based on the case study.

This paper suggests a methodology for linking technology classification of nongovernmental information security field and technology classification of cyber-warfare in national defense field. Based on this methodology, Multi-Attribute Utility Theory(MAUT) is applied for the purpose of selecting promising nongovernmental technology that is worthy of later introduction or development. After studying the result of the survey regarding the research progression plan of the selected promising technology, the following three facts are discovered: Firstly, the greater the social spillover effect, the greater the need for the government lead R&D. Secondly, among the spillover effects, the social aspect has the highest correlation with respect to the need for the government lead R&D, while the economical aspect and the technological aspect come in the second and the third place, respectively. Finally, according to the correlation analysis, the defense application and the technological importance do not affect the subject of investment or the subject of development. This indicates that even though the R&D for technology with high social spillover effect should be lead by the government, the subject of the investment or the development cannot be determined solely by factors such as military application and technological importance.
