This thesis, drastically breaking from the prior form of art, searched mutual relationship between surrealism centering around surrealism which tried to liberate the spirit of humanbeing by investigating internal world of the humanbeing. That is to say, it is the purpose of this thesis to study the relationship between artistic trend and costume by grasping how the artistic trend of an age was specifically accepted and expressed to the modern costume as the foundation of fashion. Followings are the searched results for searching mutual relationship of the surrealism and modern costume. At first, surrealism made it possible from modern costume to an expression of formative art, and at the same time emerge from existed uniform costume, and thus presented new possibility to the harmony of costume and art with fresh and avant-garde sense. Second, by being applied the expressing method of depaysement which could materialize surrealistic image to the modern costume from various angels, and thus it suggested new aesthetic conception different from general conception of the traditional costume. Third, with regard to modern costume, introduction of various object due to thought of surrealism was a new and innovative attempt, and thus it suggested infinitive possibility of creation. So, it suggested that we could thrown away a fixed idea and that every objects could be moulded. As the result of the afore-said, wide application of the idea and formative feature of surrealism with regard to modern costume did not only ring the diversification and individualization of the costume escaped from the past traditional idea, but also at the same time prepared modern costume with the moment to develop as a formative arts.

Modern art is getting more comprehensive and diversified regardless of genre in many forms due to the pluralism and anti-aesthetic trend of the time which is impacted by post modernism. This atmosphere is also applied to fashion illustration which creates synergy effect in cooperation with many different genres. This study selected Matisse' paper cut-out as the subject which would reflect the minimalism and ionism of modern plasticity. By taking this as the motive for fashion illustration, I made seven illustration works with the subject of minimalism of form and color. The conclusion of this study is as following. First, Matisse's paper cut out has controlled plasticity related to the modern ionism and it well fits the modern trend and sensibility which is appropriate for motive of fashion illustration. Second, by upgrading the technique of Matisse' paper cut-out in a modern way such as combination of hand drawing and computer graphic using Photoshop, I was able to make originative and creative illustration works with background and patterns that were closely connected with each other. Third, applying the fashion illustration to other various products is being well received now and I made my illustrations that could lead to follow up studies to apply the fashion illustration to other different products. Matisse' paper cut-our has forms, colors and patterns that can contain both commercial and artistic value. Therefore it is quite feasible for follow up research to apply into many different areas.

The multilateral attempt for present applications of art school of thought and expression is leading modern fashion as a chapter of various artistic expression. In fashion, historic art thinking which predominated the period are source of optional inspiration not simply being generated, culminated and disappear but layout principles which can reemerge as periodical needs. In other words, the past styles are the source of inspiration of new trend of the present time and will serve as the text that give birth to yet another trend. In this study, I conducted the research on the layout principles of Modernism Architecture in aspects of pure visibility and the layout characteristics. And I analyzed cases of modern fashion which were appling architectural layout principles in the view point of formal construction dimension. As the result, the layout principles of Modernism Architecture have the characteristics of diagram linearity, geometric planarity and exclusive closing. And I was applying the architectural layout principles of Modernism to fashion. The layout principles of Modernism Architecture have the tendency of lacking history types, abstract plane partition and reductionism purity in fashion. The meaning of this study is follows: The characteristics of art school of thought are given shape by appling & analysing the architectural layout principles of historical art school of thought to modern fashion in the view point of formal construction dimension. The applied possibility of historical art school of thought as the source of inspiration about the fashion design is extended.

As modern society leads to distinguished, sensuous, and diversity styles, a woman who enjoys putting on Garu makeup appeared on a popular TV talk show in winter 2010, which aroused public interest in the method of Garu makeup. However, as interest in Garu makeup and individuals who put on Garu makeup spread, some began to consider Garu makeup as the imitation of indiscreet Japanese culture or a vulgar culture. Thus the purposes of this study is to understand the characteristics of Garu makeup and its forms of expression by considering its type, origin and style. In turn, this study will provide basic data for the makeup trend and act as an aid to improve the image of Garu makeup through investigating its image and preference. To accomplish this purpose, this study reviewed relevant literatures and web resources, conducted a survey of students who study beauty art at two-year junior colleges in Seoul, and analyzed 195 answers by using SPSS 18.0. The results are as follows: It was proved that in the preliminary inspection of comprehension, 98.3% of college students majoring in beauty art had known Garu makeup, 53% understood somewhat the characteristic and concept of Garu makeup, 36.8% gave preference to Garu makeup. It was proved that in the investigation by the image of Garu makeup, as over 70% of students thought that Ogaru and Yamamba makeup were detestable, but other Garus were lovely and sexy, students perceived as a diversity of images by their own preferences and tastes, and 73% of respondents selected Onegaru as Garu makeup that they gave preference to and wanted to put on. The result of this study represents that mass consumers in the existing culture, who are college students majoring in beauty art and selected as a sample group in this study, reflect the stream of culture and trend, but also demassification, mass customization by their areas of interests and preferences and connective massification of individuals with similar interests.

This study is a part of the integrated investigation of the design of Yves Saint Laurent, and aims at examining the background of the appearance of art inspiration which the artistic quality and originality are particularly seen. And also, I would like to examine the source of the power that transcends periods, dealing with issues in the design. From the mid 1960 to 1970, Yves Saint Laurent who leaded the global fashion trend, displayed the Art Inspiration works with the innovation of fashion in Paris, rediscovery of the trends and colors in Modern Art, and background of Entourage and so forth. He brought in the various artistic genres to the fashion, and his Haute Couture collections which were created by the passion for the movie and theater art, expressed the freedom through his strong identity in the Modern Art & Culture and the atmosphere of that period. Eventually his works are reappeared transcending the generations as the fundamental power of Modernity, through the restricted line of his own, strong contrast of colors, and insight for the future.

This study aimed at revaluating Frank Gehry's freeform constructions. To this end, the study analyzed the way the space composition and circulation system of general constructions are connected with newly extended parts in the Art Gallery of Ontario and, based on this, comparatively analyzed freeform constructions before and after the art gallery, finding out what changes were made in the exterior and interior spaces of freeform constructions built after the art gallery. The results of the study are as follows. First, starting from extending the Art Gallery of Ontario, Gehry came to use glass instead of metal as main material of freeform constructions. In order to create the circulation connecting the existing building and the extended mass, Gehry applied continuing circulation for the first time to the gallery. Third, in addition to design motives, such as the woodblock print depicting a carp by Hiroshige, still life depicting a glass bottle by Morandi and the crease of the shawl in Vermeer's paintings, which Gehry applied to freeform constructions, the design motif which was recently acquired from Pyrenees rock was added. Fourth, the trend of mall construction appeared before and after the Art Gallery of Ontario. Finally, Gary used the shape of fish as a design motif for his work at an important turning point in his Freeform Architecture.

Over the past several decades in the microelectronics industry, devices have gotten smaller, thinner, and lighter, without any accompanying degradation in quality, performance, and reliability. One permanent and deniable trend in packaging as well as wafer fabrication industry is system integration. The proliferating options for system integration, recently, are driving change across the overall semiconductor industry, requiring more investment in developing, ramping and supporting new die-, wafer- and board-level solution. The trend toward 3D system integration and miniaturization in a small form factor has accelerated even more with the introduction of smartphones and tablets. In this paper, the key issues and state of the art for system integration in the packaging process are introduced, especially, focusing on ease transition to next generation packaging technologies like through silicon via (TSV), 3D wafer-level fan-out (WLFO), and chip-on-chip interconnection. In addition, effective solutions like fine pitch copper pillar and MEMS packaing of both advanced and legacy products are described with several examples.

The change in a society have brought about other changes in the overall areas of culture and art. And have brought the advent of "object", which is a unique cultural aspect. The object became a trend of the world in a culture and art. This trend has satisfied the modern people who have look for new visual stimulation. The object appears well in the spaces restaurants and bars where are reflected in consumer's needs and change of life pattern. The reason is that the spaces restaurants and bars have expressed the differentiated and individualized image with the characteristic of the times. There are three types of the expressed characteristics of objects in interior design. These are visual, functional, and emotional characteristics. But in this study it could not be found that it characterized with one concrete vocabulary and concept. Therefore, it is need to understand the various tendency which expressed characteristics of objects in the spaces restaurants and bars.

본 연구는 상품화된 디지털 예술인 NFT 미술품 구매자의 예술적 인식과 가치 수용에 대한 양적 연구를 수행하였다. 블록체인과 융합된 디지털 자산인 NFT는 투자 상품으로 급속한 성장을 보여왔지만, 최근 가치가 하락하는 추세이다. 그러나 혁신 위험이 있음에도 불구하고, 고유성과 희소성을 지닌 NFT 미술은 새로운 기회와 가치를 창출하기 위해 지속적인 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 새로운 기술인 NFT는 전 세계의 화가와 예술가, 미적 취향을 지닌 창작자. 미술관, 문화단체, 기업 등에서 적극적으로 예술로 활용하고 있다. 그러나 한편으로는 기술적 예술인 NFT 미술자체에 대한 비판과 실물 작품의 NFT 전환으로 인한 저작권 논란 및 거품 우려 등에 대한 부정적인 의견도 있다. 특정한 계층을 대상으로 하는 미술품의 가치는 예측하기 어렵고, 가상 통화의 가치 변동과 함께 경제적 가치가 변하는 혁신적 예술인 NFT 미술의 가치는 더욱 예측하기 어렵다. 이에 새로운 예술인 NFT 미술의 성장과 발전에 중요한 역할을 하는 구매자에 관한 연구를 통해 NFT 미술의 확장에 도움이 되고자 한다.

It has been a recent phenomenon over 1980-1990s that the notion of Landscape has had significant position in contemporary architecture. And the execution range isn't limited to a certain area but is extended to various areas. Under such influence of trend of the times, various architectural attempts in which landscape notion is applied have been tried by the group of architects of our country which are mainly composed of young architects. This study aims to derive the features of landscape appearing in our contemporary architecture by analyzing how Landscape notion is embodied in our Landscape architecture which are claiming the expression of Landscape notion as nature, human beings and view. The purpose of the study is to suggest the limitation and the direction to go through of Korean Landscape architecture through the analysis of such features. Through the recategorization of the Landscape notion, this study reviews the features in detail shown in buildings in Heyily Art Valley which were built strongly based on the expression of the Landscape notion, the art works in Paju City of Publishing Industry and other Landscape buildings. The findings of the review show that Landscape architectural notion has been attempted not only in a certain facilities but also in various genres of architecture. And also it shows that the expression of Landscape notion is performed not by various ways but by only limited ones which are preferred.
