  • This paper describes the design and implementation of a single-chip digitally synthesized 0-35MHz agile function generator. The chip comprises an integrated direct digital synthesizer (DDS) with a 10-bit on- chip digital-to-analog converter (DAC) using an n-well single-poly triple-metal 0.5-$\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS technology. The main features of the chip include maximum clock frequency of 100 MHz at 3.3-V supply voltage, 32-bit frequency tuning word resolution, 12-bit phase tuning word resolution, and an on-chip 10-bit DAC. The chip provides sinusoidal, ramp, saw-tooth, and random waveforms with phase and frequency modulation, and power-down function. At 100-MHz clock frequency, the chip covers a bandwidth from dc to 35 MHz in 0.0233-Hz frequency steps with 190-ns frequency switching speed. The complete chip occupies 12-mm$^2$die area and dissipates 0.4 W at 100-MHz clock frequency.

  • This paper is concerned with a control allocation strategy using the dynamic inversion and the pseudo inverse control which generates the nominal control input trajectories, and autopilot design using time-varying control technique which is time-varying version of pole placement of linear time-invariant system for an agile missile with aerodynamic fin and thrust vectoring control. Control allocation of this paper is capable of extracting the maximum performance from each control effector, aerodynamic fin and thrust vectoring control, by combining the action of them. Time-varying control technique for autopilot design enhance the robustness of the tracking performance for a reference command. The main results are validated through the nonlinear simulation.

  • The aim of this study is to propose the design suitable for sustainability evaluation model of the mobile industry considering system process (SEP). Although a quantitative evaluation was conducted on the link between the national sustainability report and the mobile industry, it was confirmed that it was difficult to identify stakeholders. So it is necessary to develop the design process suitable for the more operator-specific interfaces. The Human System Integration (HSI) methodology was proposed through linkage with work domain analysis. Agile methodology and Resilience engineering methodology were added for sustainable model design. The proposed sustainability system evaluation model is applied so that it can be easily used in all industries.

  • Because of increased global competition, rapid technology development, and shorten product life cycle, manufacturing firms needed to quickly adapt to the changes of customer and competitive environment. During last 20 years, lean production and agile manufacturing have been used to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing firms. This study is purposed to examine the antecedents of agility and to statistically analyze not only the effect of antecedents on agility but also the effect of agility on business performance. This study used the structural equation model and found that intra-organizational cooperation, inter-organizational cooperation, and mutual trust had the significant effects on agility. And it was found that agility had a significant effect on operation performance and strategic performance. Agility has been one of important competitive advantages enhancing the supply chain process and firm's competitiveness. This study contributes to widen the practices of agility capability.

  • Control Moment Gyro(CMG) is one of the most efficient momentum exchange devices for satellite attitude control and CMG is very essential device for agile satellite. And the studies of CMG development and its application to satellite have been done extensively. In this study, the development process of SGCMG hardware for agile small satellite system, the developed hardware and its performance test results are presented. As a SGCMG test results, it is verified that the developed hardware model can produce torque more than 0.6Nm as is designed. By investigating its test data results, the issues that should be considered for the performance improvement and its application are discussed. The remedies for the identified issues are proposed for future study.

  • This paper limited the participation of large corporations in the mass information market by revising the Software Industry Promotion Act in order to increase business opportunity, equality of opportunity, and capacity building for small and medium sized IT companies. However, it is a fact that the medium and small SW companies have insufficient business capacity and expose various problems such as quality degradation of public information business, inadequate risk management, and deterioration of schedule management. In order to solve this problem, this paper derived the factors of quality deterioration in the system integration project and proposed to carry out the project by using some activities of VISUALIZATION, rigorous test management and Agile Methodology as a solution. Applying these measures to healthcare IT projects developed by midsize / small-sized IT companies has improved communications, improved quantitative progress management and improved project visibility. In addition, it contributed to minimizing defect resolution time, improving the requirement coverage ratio, and shortening unnecessary meeting time.
