대형병원과의 제휴에 대한 병원경영자의 기대수준에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 (The Study on Factors Affecting the Expectation Level of Hospital CEOs on Affiliation with Large Size Hospitals)

  • The purpose of the study is to find the factors influencing small or middle size clinics and hospitals CEOs' expectation level on the affiliation with the large size teaching hospitals. Data for analysis was collected to use self-administrative structured questionnaire on 164 CEOs of small or middle sized clinics and hospitals affiliated with large sized teaching hospital located in Kyung Ki Province. For the study, the researchers develop the constructs for questions on the expectation on the affiliation, the attitude such as confidence, knowledge on the affiliation, previous relationship of the affiliation, and selection guideline of the affiliation with exploratory factor analysis and reliability test. Through the confirmative factor analysis using AMOS 4, the researchers develop constructs based on exact relationship between constructs and questions. CEOs' expectation level on the affiliation is influenced on attitude or confidence, gender, types of clinics and hospitals, distance to the affiliated large hospital, types of recommender, and number of affiliated hospitals. Large sized hospitals that want to affiliation with other clinics and hospitals can promote the affiliation to consider these factors from the results.

Using Support Vector Machine to Predict Political Affiliations on Twitter: Machine Learning approach

  • The current study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of using Support Vector Machine (SVM) for political affiliation classification. The system was designed to analyze the political tweets collected from Twitter and classify them as positive, negative, and neutral. The performance analysis of the SVM classifier was based on the calculation of metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score. The results showed that the classifier had high accuracy and f1-score, indicating its effectiveness in classifying the political tweets. The implementation of SVM in this study is based on the principle of Structural Risk Minimization (SRM), which endeavors to identify the maximum margin hyperplane between two classes of data. The results indicate that SVM can be a reliable classification approach for the analysis of political affiliations, possessing the capability to accurately categorize both linear and non-linear information using linear, polynomial or radial basis kernels. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of using SVM for political affiliation analysis and highlights the importance of using accurate classification methods in the field of political analysis.

온라인 기업 웹사이트의 지위와 제휴관계가 사이트 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐험적 연구 (The Effects of a Specific Website Status on the Performance of Affiliation among Websites)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지위가 다른 온라인 기업의 웹사이트들이 제휴관계를 맺을 때, 제휴 주체의 웹사이트의 성과가 제휴 대상 웹사이트의 지위에 영향받는지를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 바꾸어 말하면, 높은 지위의 웹사이트와 제휴관계를 맺음으로써 제휴주체 사이트의 성과가 더 향상되는지를 결정하기 위한 것이다. 웹사이트의 지위는 다른 웹사이트들에 의하여 인용되거나 참조된 정도로 측정하였으며, 사이트 성과는 방문자 수로 측정을 하였다. 기업간 웹사이트간의 제휴는 배너광고를 통한 링크로 정의하였다. 사이트 성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예측할 수 있는 제휴 주체 웹사이트 지위를 통제변수로 삼아 분석하였다. 이 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 현장연구 방법을 적용하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 종전과 달리 인터넷 비즈니스에서 생성되는 데이터를 프로그램을 이용해 자동 수집한 것이다. 연구 결과 제휴대상 웹사이트의 지위는 제휴를 맺고 있는 웹사이트의 성과에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 기존 연구결과와 상이한 본 연구 결과는 제휴관계 성격이 기존 연구와 서로 다른 점과 단일 산업을 연구대상으로 하여 표본이 부족한 점에서 그 원인을 찾아 볼 수 있다.

친교욕구와 자기표현욕구가 디지털 아이템 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 성별과 구매경험의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Needs for Affiliation and Needs for Self-Presentation on Digital Item Purchase Intention: The Moderating Roles of Gender and Purchase Experience)

  • Cyworld was successful where others have foiled because of its unique and profitable business model that relies on the purchase of digital items and its ability to mimic and recreate aspects of face-to-face interpersonal relationships among the members of the online community. The purpose of this study is to understand how the needs for self-presentation and needs for affiliation influence digital item purchase intention, and to analyze the moderating roles of gender and purchase experience in those relationships. Based on the theoretical framework including self-presentation theory and theory of affiliation, we developed the research model and proposed ten hypotheses. A survey was conducted with 225 members of Cyworld. The research model and the related hypotheses were tested using Amos. As the result of the analysis, eight hypotheses out of ten hypotheses were supported. In particular, digital item purchase intention in virtual world was found to be affected by both members' needs for self-presentation and needs for affiliation. We also found that the needs for self-presentation is significantly influenced by innovativeness of members, self-efficacy, and group norm. Also, needs for affiliation is significantly affected by self-efficacy, group norm and perceived value. Furthermore, the results indicate that 1) moderating effects of gender on those relationship is supported; and 2) moderating effects of purchase experience is partially identified. This study provides several implications for academic community and practitioners to understand why the community members pay real money for their digital items as well as how the sales of digital items can be increased in online communities. Some study limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

지역사회 특성에 따른 건강가정지원센터 설치 결정요인 분석 (The Effect of Community Characteristics on Establishment of Local Healthy Family Support Centers)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine a potential association between community factors and the establishment of Local Healthy Family Support Centers (LHFSCs). Community factors were population size, community size, local finance independency, number of workplaces per 1,000 people, number of colleges, political party affiliation of mayor, and political party affiliation of congressman. Data of this study were collected from the census indicators of 222 communities from 2004 to 2014 and analyzed by frequency, mean, geographical information system mapping, and the binary logit analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, LHFSCs are less likely to be established in communities in the provinces of Gangwon, Chungbuk, and Gyeongbuk. Second, the population size was positively related to the establishment of LHFSCs. Third, finance independency was positively associated with the establishment of LHFSCs. Forth, a mayor was more likely to establish LHFSCs if they were affiliated with the ruling conservative political party. However, the establishment of LHFSCs was not affected by other factors such as community scale, number of workplaces per 1,000 people, the number of colleges, and party affiliation of congressman. Thus, the conclusion suggests family policy implications to improve the geographical imbalance of LHFSCs based on the analysis results.

  • 본 논문에서는 BPM기반 인적 자원 소속성 분석을 위한 역할-수행자 이분 행렬 생성 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 정보제어넷 기반의 비즈니스 프로세스 모델로부터 역할-수행자 소속 관계를 추출하는 단계와 이로부터 역할-수행자 이분 행렬을 생성하는 단계로 구성된다. 결론적으로 생성된 행렬은 역할-수행자 소속성 네트워킹 지식을 발견하기 위한 데이터 구조로서 활용될 뿐 아니라 소셜 네트워크 분석 기법을 적용하여 BPM 기반 인적 자원 소속성 분석 결과를 도출할 수 있다.

여성 근로자의 방사선 조사식품에 대한 인식 및 행태 (Recognition and Behavior of Female Workers for Irradiated Food)

  • 본 연구는 방사선 조사식품에 대한 여성 근로자들의 인식 및 행태를 파악하기 위해 설문조사로 수행되었으며 수집된 총 326부의 설문지를 최종 분석하였다. 연구결과 방사선 조사식품에 대한 지식수준은 3.411점, 인식수준은 2.542점이었다. 방사선 조사식품의 구입경험은 학력, 근무기관 및 직업에서, 섭취경험은 근무기관, 학력, 직업 및 경력에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 방사선 조사식품에 대한 예방행동은 근무기관, 경력 및 직업에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 방사선 조사식품에 대한 요인별 상관관계 분석에서 지식이 많고 인식이 좋을수록 구입 및 섭취경험이 많은 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 그러나 예방 행동은 지식, 인식, 구입경험 및 섭취경험과 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 따라서 향후 방사선 조사식품의 합리적 선택을 위해 방사선 조사식품에 대한 정보제공, 안전성 교육 등이 필요하다고 판단된다.

A Test on the Pecking Order Theory of Financing : Considering Chaebol Affiliation

  • This paper tests the validity of pecking order theory by Myers(1977) and Myers and Majluf(1984) on Korean manufacturing firms listed in the KRX for the years of 1994 to 2003. We also want to see if there is any difference in financing behavior between chaebol affiliated firms and non-chaebol affiliated firms. We develop testable hypotheses from the idea that established relationship between bank and firm mitigates the problem of information asymmetry (Kang and Lim, 2001), and thus makes it easier for firms to raise funds through banks. The test result of the first stage shows that firms prefer cash reserves to debt financing, and prefer debt to equity. Chaebol affiliated firms are found to behave as if they already exploit internal capital markets. The second stage of the test carried out by dividing debt capital into bank loans and corporate bonds also shows a consistent pattern of financing behavior. Firms are testified to prefer cash to bank loans, bank loans to corporate bonds, and corporate bonds to equity. In this case chaebol affiliation seems to make firms behave as if they already establish internal capital markets. Further analysis shows that some, though not in every case, difference of ordering around the occasion of Korean financial crisis exists. It may be from the change of attitude of Korean firms to risk, or from weakened influence of internal capital market along with strengthened market power in the post-crisis period.

애니메이션에서 욕망 비주얼 스토리텔링 특징 분석 - 소속, 성취, 보호에 대하여 (An Analysis of Visual Storytelling Characteristics of Desire in Animation - Regarding Affiliation, Achievement, and Nurturance)

  • Successful Visual Story Telling(VST) of desire is a crucial key for the success of animation because desire is the leading power of story development of animation. An analysis of the desire of VST using the top 5 successful American feature film animations is carried out. Totally, 147 desire shots are extracted by using the proposed Objective Selection of Desire Shots(OSDS) method based on the theory of Makee's conflict and desire pursuing modeling, Maslow's 20 desire types, Greimas's actant model, and the 17 narrative process classification. In addition to them, the 5 Beat(5B) model of a scene is proposed. Five image specialists have evaluated VST of the selected 147 desire shots. For each shot, the desire type among the 20 desires and the strength are obtained. Among them, the top 3 desires(affiliation, achievement, and nurturance) appearing 51.8% are analyzed. The composition elements of shots affecting the desire type and the strength have found. These can be used for better VST of preproduction and production of animation.

Machine-actionable Data Management Plans Model Analysis and Improvement Direction

  • In this study, the RDA DMP Common Standard (RDCS), a data model for implementing a machine actionable Data Management Plan (maDMP), was analyzed in four aspects. First, the twelve class models proposed by RDCS were analyzed. Second, whether the DMP attribute was included in the class attribute was analyzed. Third, we analyzed the namespace used for RDCS properties. Fourth, the values and identifiers used in RDCS properties were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, four directions for improvement were derived. First, it is necessary to add an academic record class to describe information such as papers and reports, which are representative academic documents. Second, the primary research institution, responsibility, resources, option attribute, and additional attributes are needed to describe the researcher's affiliation information. Third, it is necessary to additionally use a namespace such as Friend of a Friend that can be used universally. Fourth, the use of digital object identifier should be considered to identify academic literature.
