The project for "Development of Advanced Spent Fuel Management Technology" has a plan of a demonstration for the Advanced Management Process in the hot cell of IMEF. The Advanced Management Process are being developed for efficient and safe management of spent fuels. For the demonstration, several devices which are used to safely transport and handle nuclear materials without scattering have been derived by analyzing the Advanced Management Process, object nuclear material and modules of process equipment and performing graphical simulation of transportation/handling by computers. For verification, powder transportation vessel and handling device have been designed and manufactured. And several tests such as transporting, grappling, rotating the vessel have been performed. Also, the design requirements of transportation/handling equipment have been analyzed based on test results and process studies. The developed design requirements in this research will be used as the design data for the Advanced Management Process.

The purpose of this study is to establish an integrated management system for the efficient management of rural water, to improve current problems, and to lay the foundations for active use of rural water information. We proposed a plan for informatization with a focus on establishing a database that can be used to provide customized services to users by applying advanced IT technology and to strengthen the management system of cities and counties with poor information. Data linkage and integration, user service development and integration system, application of IT technology, advanced decision support for rural water management, strengthening of city and county management system And the details of the implementation of the key project were presented.

본 논문에서는 재난 안전관리체계에 대한 인식과 발전방안에 대한 검토를 통해서 재난 안전관리체계에의 근본적인 이해와 문제점을 인식하고 방재선진국의 재난 안전관리체계를 진단하고 이를 바탕으로 분석하여 재난 안전관리체계에 개선방안 및 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 재난 안전 관리체계의 구축을 위해 방재선진국의 재난 안전 관리체계 사례를 살펴보고, 우리나라의 재난 안전 관리체계와의 비교분석을 통하여 문제점 및 개선점을 도출하고자 한다.

Typical security solutions such as intrusion detection system are not suitable for detecting advanced persistent attack(APT), because they cannot draw the big picture from trivial events of security solutions. Researches on techniques for detecting multiple stage attacks by analyzing the correlations between security events or alerts are being actively conducted in academic field. However, these studies still use events from existing security system, and there is insufficient research on the structure of the entire security system suitable for advanced persistent attacks. In this paper, we propose an attack path and intention recognition system suitable for multiple stage attacks like advanced persistent attack detection. The proposed system defines the trace format and overall structure of the system that detects APT attacks based on the correlation and behavior analysis, and is designed with a structure of detection system using deep learning and big data technology, etc.

Many processes in the industrial realm exhibit sstochastic and nonlinear behavior. Consequently, an intelligent system must be able to nonlinear production processes as well as probabilistic phenomena. In order for a knowledge based system to control a manufacturing processes as well as probabilistic phenomena. In order for a knowledge based system to control manufacturing process, an important capability is that of prediction : forecasting the future trajectory of a process as well as the consequences of the control action. This paper examines the robustness of data mining tools under varying levels of noise while predicting nonlinear processes, includinb chaotic behavior. The evaluated models include the perceptron neural network using backpropagation (BPN), the recurrent neural network (RNN) and case based reasoning (CBR). The concepts are crystallized through a case study in predicting a chaotic process in the presence of various patterns of noise.

This study aims to provide a real-time information to the driver by effectively operating the advanced safety device attached to the freight vehicle, thereby minimizing insecure behavior of the driver such as speeding, rapid acceleration, sudden braking, And improve driving habits to prevent accidents and save energy. Advanced safety equipment is a device that warns the driver that the vehicle leaves the driving lane regardless of the intention of the driver and reduces the risk of traffic accidents by mitigating or avoiding collision by detecting a frontal collision during driving.The main contents of this report are as follows: In case of installing a warning device on a lane departing vehicle (excluding a light vehicle) and a lorry or special vehicle with a total weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes, the driver must continue to operate unless the driver releases the function.In addition, when the automatic emergency braking system is installed, the structure should be such that the braking device is operated automatically after warning the driver when the risk of collision with the running or stopped vehicle in the same direction is detected in front of the driving lane.

Objectives: Hypertension is the highest ratio among chronic disease in Korea, and the western medical information about hypertension is provided by many web sites. Advanced researches about hypertension have been conducted in Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM) for decades, but the research results are not arranged. So the results have not been utilized in following research nor contributed to the expansion of public knowledge. Methods : We did this study to improve this situation. In this study, we built database about advanced research articles related hypertension in TKM and implemented TKM information system of hypertension. Results : First, we benchmarked hypertension information systems and designed the TKM information system based on the benchmarking results and comments from TKM doctors. And it was composed of introduce, treatment, and etc. Second, we built prescription, herb, acumoxa, qigong, prevention/management, and pill database which is about 600 data extracted from papers and books. Third, we implemented JAVA/JSP based web information system which provides the database. And we created links for the each papers and books to use more easily. Conclusions : If we provide the research results about TKM hypertension diagnosis and combinational medication of western and oriental medicine, this information system will be more useful. And if we add internal and external project report about hypertension, it will be more worthy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of agricultural management accounting information, education status, and policy demands through a questionnaire survey of advanced agricultural managers. These people are expected to play a key role in the changing agricultural environment in Korea. Based on survey results, several policy implications were derived for the advanced agricultural managers' agricultural management accounting information record activation. Survey results of 303 respondents identified that 63.4% of them record their agricultural management accounting information. The biggest reason given for not recording this information was lack of time for record keeping. The biggest problem was a 'lack of Question and Answer system'. In addition, 37.2% of the respondents were not aware of the current agricultural accounting guidelines. In terms of education, 71.3% of the respondents have completed course work in accounting and responded that an 'On-off parallel education system', which offers both online and offline classes, was the most effective method to prevent dropout. Respondents thought that agricultural management accounting records were helpful for the management of agriculture and their participation in government policies. They also thought that customized education programs should be further implemented for enhancing the effectiveness of education programs, and 'One-stop Question and Answer system on related web sites and organizations' is required for them to keep better records. The following policy implications can be derived from the survey results. First, interoperability between agricultural management accounting information recording programs is needed. Second, accessibility should be strengthened. Third, the education system needs to be improved. Fourth, voluntary participation should be encouraged. Last, the government needs to establish a post-verification system.
