부산·경남지역 의무기록사 직무분석 (A Study on the Job Description of Medical Record Administrator in Busan and Gyeongnam)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose how to improve and develop the college curriculum of medical record administration, satisfying requirements from hospitals having medical record administrators. For the purpose, this researcher surveyed medical record administrators serving at hospitals located in Busan, Changwon, Masan and Jinju. Finally analyzed were responses from 100 medical recorders. The frequency of searching medical records to support information use was statistically different among hospitals according to the number of sick beds(p=.041), or $3.16{\pm}1.75$ for fewer than 300 sick beds, $4.28{\pm}2.42$ for 300 to 500 and $4.86{\pm}3.18$ for more than 500. The college course that was regarded as most important by most of the surveyed medical record administrators, or 53(37.2%) was medical terminology, followed by statistics by 36 of the respondents(18.5%) and EMR, 25(12.8%) in order. To make EMR truly effective requires reforming the university curriculum of medical record administration and giving more attention and more supports to training for better computerization, realizing that medical record administrators serve as a true manager of health and medical information, not a person who just paper-based medical information. In addition to managing health and medical information, medical record administrators are expected to have more roles in the future, for example, providing high-quality clinic knowledge and medical information that are necessary for efficient hospital management and medical research to survive competition.

  • Purpose: The purpose for this study was to identify the present working status and tasks of nurse administrators in response to requirements of expanding nurses' roles in hospitals. Methods: The design of the study was descriptive-exploratory. The participants were 338 registered nurses who were working in hospital administrative departments. The data were collected from January 17, to March 20, 2011, and analyzed with descriptive statistics. Results: The majority of nurse administrators worked in quality assurance departments while no nurse administrators assigned in finance/taxation departments. Duties of nurse administrators were developed as 117 tasks in 11 divisions. Conclusion: These results suggest that expanding nurses' roles require developing job descriptions, nursing curricula emphasizing hospital administration, positive relationships with other health professions and a supportive system.

관리자에게 경고 알림을 보낸 후 트래픽 측정을 기준으로 RDDoS 공격을 방어하는 시스템 설계 (Designing a system to defend against RDDoS attacks based on traffic measurement criteria after sending warning alerts to administrators)

  • Recently, a social issue has arisen involving RDDoS attacks following the sending of threatening emails to security administrators of companies and institutions. According to a report published by the Korea Internet & Security Agency and the Ministry of Science and ICT, survey results indicate that DDoS attacks are increasing. However, the top response in the survey highlighted the difficulty in countering DDoS attacks due to issues related to security personnel and costs. In responding to DDoS attacks, administrators typically detect anomalies through traffic monitoring, utilizing security equipment and programs to identify and block attacks. They also respond by employing DDoS mitigation solutions offered by external security firms. However, a challenge arises from the initial failure in early response to DDoS attacks, leading to frequent use of detection and mitigation measures. This issue, compounded by increased costs, poses a problem in effectively countering DDoS attacks. In this paper, we propose a system that creates detection rules, periodically collects traffic using mail detection and IDS, notifies administrators when rules match, and Based on predefined threshold, we use IPS to block traffic or DDoS mitigation. In the absence of DDoS mitigation, the system sends urgent notifications to administrators and suggests that you apply for and use of a cyber shelter or DDoS mitigation. Based on this, the implementation showed that network traffic was reduced from 400 Mbps to 100 Mbps, enabling DDoS response. Additionally, due to the time and expense involved in modifying detection and blocking rules, it is anticipated that future research could address cost-saving through reduced usage of DDoS mitigation by utilizing artificial intelligence for rule creation and modification, or by generating rules in new ways.

우리나라 병원 행정인력의 전문성 수준 분석 (The Level of Expertise of Hospital Administrators in Korea)

  • This research is designed to analyze the professionalism of administrators working in Korean hospitals as a way to make them a better expertise in the industry. For this purpose, we conducted a survey of 105 administrative professionals working in hospitals nationwide and statistical analysis was performed with the SPSS Windows version 15.0. The survey questions were developed based on the Spencer & Spencer's results of research in expertise variables. The results showed that the current Korean hospital administrator do have short of expertise required for their job position. Therefore, the curriculum reform is required for healthcare management programs in college and the Korean College of Hospital Administrators (KCHA) is required to change the contents of license exam based on the results of the study.

To effectively control healthcare cost and mange healthcare organizations, the enactment is an inevitable process. Based on literature reviews, cases of similar licences in advanced foreign countries, and a survey of 200 experts in healthcare fields, this study provide a strategic map how to proceed the enactment.

  • The purpose of this research is to present basic data for the residents, experts, and administrators to establish sustainable and future-oriented experience villages by investigating the operational realities of rural and mountain experience villages that have currently been promoted as the government-supported projects. First, in order to establish a sustainable experience village, each of the residents, experts and administrators who are the principal agents for cultivating the village should perform their role appropriately and build an organic cooperative system. The residents should have a sense of ownership and form a sense of solidarity by organizing communal consultation system. The experts should be able to present feasible project plans. The administrators need to have posture of understanding from the viewpoint of residents. In order to establish sustainable experience villages, ecological, cultural, and social values should be conveyed preferentially, and through this, the living spaces like farm villages should be formed.

스마트워크 환경이 비서직종사자의 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 관심사와 일-생활 균형의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Smartwork Environment on Office Administrators' Organizational Effectiveness: Moderated by Concerns and Work-Life Balance)

  • 조직 성과 및 효과 제고를 위한 인력관리의 핵심인 조직유효성은 오늘 기업사회가 ICT 기술기반 스마트워크 환경으로 진입하면서 그 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 비정형적 업무와 높은 직무긴장도 및 감정노동 등과 같은 업무특수성을 지닌 비서직 종사자에게 스마트워크 환경의 직무자율성과 정보기술의존성과 같은 특성들은 조직유효성에 더 예민한 영향요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 기업경영 환경이 ICT 기술 기반 스마트워크 환경으로 전환되어갈수록 비서직종사자의 조직유효성은 비서 개인이 가지고 있는 어떤 관심사 그리고 개인이 처해 있는 사적인 상황이나 가정생활 환경(WLB)에 의해 좌우될 수 있는 여지도 함께 상승할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비서직종사자를 대상으로 스마트워크 환경에 대한 인식수준과 조직유효성(직무만족, 조직몰입, 혁신행동)과의 영향관계와, 개인 관심사와 일-생활 균형 수준의 조절효과를 실증분석 하였다. 정보기술의존성과 조직몰입을 제외한 모든 관계에서 유의한 정적인 영향을, 효과관심사는 모든 조직유효성 요인에 긍정적인 조절효과를, 자기관심사는 조직몰입과 혁신행동에 부정적인 조절효과를, 그리고 WLB는 조직몰입과 혁신행동에 긍정적인 조절효과를 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 스마트워크 환경에서의 비서직종사자를 위한 인적자원관리 시사점과 조직효율성 제고 방안을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

2015 개정 교육과정에 기초한 고등학교 '지식 재산 일반' 교과의 도입과 활용에 대한 학교 관리자와 교사의 인식 비교 연구 (Comparison of high school administrators' perception and teachers' on the introduction and utilization of "Instruction to Intellectual Property" based on the 2015 Revised National Curriculum)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 교육과정에 따라 고등학교 진로선택 교과로 도입된 '지식 재산 일반' 교과의 안정적인 정착과 이를 지원하기 위한 전략을 모색하는 것으로써, 고등학교 관리자와 관련 교사들이 '지식 재산 일반' 교과의 도입과 활용에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 비교하였다. 조사도구는 연구진이 개발한 뒤 발명교육 전문가 2인의 내용검토 후 최종 설문지로 완성되었다. 설문조사는 2016년 12월 1개월 간 한국발명진흥회에서 주관하는 직무연수 과정에 참여한 115명의 학교 관리자들과 교사들을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 자료 분석에 사용된 사례 수는 95개였다. 자료의 분석에는 SPSS 22.0K를 활용하였다. 연구의 통계처리 유의수준은 5%로 설정하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약 및 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, '지식 재산 일반' 교과의 교육과정 내용과 '지식 재산 교과'의 필요 인식에서는 연수 참여자 모두가 보통 수준의 인식을 갖고 있었다. 둘째, '지식 재산 일반' 교과의 활용에 대해서는 연수 참여자 모두가 보통 이상의 인식을 갖고 있었으며, '지식 재산 일반' 교과의 성공적 정착을 위한 전략은 높은 정도의 인식을 갖고 있었다. 셋째, '지식 재산 일반' 교과의 교육과정 인식에서는 교사의 인식수준이 관리자보다 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 높게 나타났으며, '지식 재산 일반' 교과의 필요에 대한 인식에서는 교내 활동의 활성화에 대해서만 인식의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

체내삽입장치에 RFID 기술을 적용한 인증 프로토콜 (RFID-based Authentication Protocol for Implantable Medical Device)

  • 최근 의료기술은 IT 기술과 융합하여 언제, 어디서나 의료 서비스를 받을 수 있는 유헬스케어 서비스가 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나, RFID 기술을 유헬스시스템에 적용한 체내삽입장치는 환자의 민감한 생체정보가 쉽게 제3자에게 유출되어 프라이버시 침해에 쉽게 노출될 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 체내삽입장체에 RFID 기술을 접목하여 환자의 생체정보가 불법적인 목적으로 시용되지 않는 RFID 기반의 유헬스케어 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 프로토콜은 관리자와 병원관계자의 랜덤수를 조합하여 환자의 생체정보의 무결성을 보장하며, 연속번호 $SEQ$와 타임스탬프 $T$을 사용하여 체내삽입장치와 관리자, 관리자와 병원관계자를 서로 동기화하고 있다. 또한, 불법적인 공격자로부터 사용자의 프라이버시를 보호하도록 환자의 보안 인식자를 관리자(=위장자)에서 관리함으로써 환자의 생체정보 유출을 예방한다.

병원조직구성원들의 갈등원인과 해결방법 사례연구 (The Case Study on Conflict Causes and Solution Among The Members in A Hospital)

  • This study tried to examine the conflict relationships and solutions among the members of a hospital structure, a structure composed of various experts and professionals. As the situations causing conflicts are very different depending on the sizes or structural types of hospitals, the samples were collected from total 235 people of 17 medical specialists, 46 residents, 74 nurses and 74 medical technicians, 40 administrators in a university hospital for clearing conflict relationships. The result showed that a hospital had separately different the conflict causes according to all types of occupations. That is, there were various conflict relationships such as the conflict with the medical specialists, with residents, with nurses, and with administrators, and resulted in respectively different causes from those conflict relationships. In addition to, looking into the top of conflict causes, the respondents in all occupations attributed the conflict with medical specialists to "authoritative attitude" of medical specialists, and attributed the rest types of conflict relationships to "lack knowledge of the work". And then, in terms of the top of conflict solutions according to the occupational types in the hospital structure, medical specialists and administrators chose competition & cooperation, and the way for residents, nurses and medical technicians was situation-avoidance. The competition & cooperation type, negotiation type and situation-avoidance type, among solution types, were little difference regardless of occupations, but in case of work-avoidance type, there were significant differences according to residents, nurses, medical technicians, administrators, and medical specialists in the order.
