Purpose: This study aimed to identify current quality control (QC) practices of primary care clinics participating in the National Cancer Screening Program (NCSP) in Korea. Methods: A nationwide survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted among the primary care clinics participating in the NCSP, which were selected by a proportionate stratified sampling. The questionnaire consisted of general information about the responding clinics and the scope of QC activities undertaken. A total of 360 clinics responded and the set of data was then analyzed with Chi-square test and multivariable logistic regression analysis. Results: Among 360 respondents, 332 (92%) reported that they were involved in the QC activities. Most frequently performed QC activities were 'maintenance of facility and instruments' (89%) and 'staff training' (85%). The analysis revealed, with statistical significance (p<.05), that there was an association between certain characteristics of the clinics and the scope of QC activities. These findings also indicated that the diversity of QC practices varies according to the size of the clinics. The clinics screening more types of cancer, those with more screenees, and those with more employees were more likely to implement various QC activities including 'maintenance of facility and instruments', 'external quality control', and 'management of screening data'. Conclusion: To our knowledge, this is the first study to investigate the current status of QC activities conducted among primary care clinics participating in the NCSP. The results of this survey can be used as a basis for further development of policies on quality management of small- and medium-sized primary care clinics in Korea. However, further studies encompassing various aspects of QC activities and management of primary care clinics are needed to assess the current situation in a concise manner.

The purpose of this study was to explore the dysfunctional effects of job crafting by examining (1) the sequential dual mediating effect of work-related sense of coherence (Work-SoC) and job strain on the relationship between two dimensions of job crafting (i.e., promotion focus & prevention focus) and turnover intentions, and (2) the moderating effect of supervisor support in the relationship between each focus and Work-SoC. A total of 293 employees working at various companies in Korea participated in an online survey. The results showed that promotion-focus job crafting had a direct negative effect on turnover intention, while prevention-focus job crafting had a direct positive effect. Both promotion- and prevention-focus job crafting also had indirect effects on turnover intention by partially mediating Work-SoC and job strain. Supervisor support had a moderating effect on the relationship between prevention-focus job crafting and Work-SoC, weakening the negative effect of prevention focus on Work-SoC. The implications and future directions are discussed on the basis of the results.
The military pension deficit is increasing due to an increase in the average life expectancy and pension option rate, and a significant reason for this is estimated to be a continued increase in the number of military pension recipients. In terms of the soundness of military pension finances, this paper uses the Markov chain model to validate the stability of the military group, suggesting the direction of future military pension system in terms of the ratio of pension receipts to employees, and verifying the feasibility of the method applied through verification. Through this paper, we have confirmed that the initial 45,270 military personnel converge to 43,141 after a certain period of time and reach a stable state, which is expected to help us to estimate the long term size of military pension recipients to confirm the direction of national financial support. Military man who are eligible for pensions for more than 20 years have a relatively low rate of turnover or retirement compared to ordinary private groups, making it easier to define their status and simplify state transition probabilities. Therefore, it is expected that the sustainability of the military pension will be confirmed from a long term perspective by viewing the military group as a system and applying it to the Markov chain model by checking the probability of transfer of status such as promotion, maintaining the current grade, and retirement during the period.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution brought the quantitative value of data across the industry and entered the era of 'Big Data'. This is due to both the rapid development of information & communication technology and the diversity & complexity of customer purchasing tendencies. An enterprise's core competence in the Big Data Era is to analyze and utilize the data to make strategic decisions for enterprise. However, most of traditional studies on Big Data have focused on technical issues and future potential values. In addition, these studies lacked interest in managing the quality and utilization levels of internal & external customer Big Data held by the entity. To overcome these shortages, this study attempted to derive influential factors by recognizing the quality management information systems and quality management of the internal & external Big Data. First of all, we conducted a survey of 204 executives & employees to determine whether Big Data quality management, Big Data utilization, and level management have a significant impact on corporate work efficiency & corporate management performance. For the study for this purpose, hypotheses were established, and their verifications were carried out. As a result of these studies, we found that the reasons that significantly affect corporate management performance are support from the management class, individual innovation, changes in the management environment, Big Data quality utilization metrics, and Big Data governance system.

Although the ISO 30301 Management Systems for Records (MSR) Standard has established a standard system for records management to be promoted at the management level, only a few institutions have been certified, and there are few known cases. The purpose of this study is to present essential requirements for the establishment of MSR suitable for public institutions that want to acquire ISO 30301 standard certification, and through excellent cases of success in practice, various matters related to certification were used to help in the introduction of the ISO 30301 standard. In this study, cases of certified public institutions, local government funding agencies, and certification bodies (CB) were investigated and analyzed. In addition to the analysis of internal documents obtained through information disclosure requests, interviews were conducted with four public agency employees and one certification body auditor to capture the know-how and expertise of the individuals in charge who went through the certification screening process. Through the case study, the scope of the performance was divided into 1 to 5 stages so that organizations that want to acquire the certification can effectively obtain a certification, and the ISO 30301 Standard Certification Process was presented. Lastly, five ways were proposed to ensure that certification could be obtained effectively and practically.
Objectives The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between the chronotype and the burnout, so we investigated the mediating effects of the mediators such as perceived stress, stress response, and depression. Methods Employees working at Incheon Customs conducted a mental health self-examination through the internet. Among them, 174 people who agreed to the mental health survey participated in the study. Participants completed questionnaires including Composite Scale of Morningness (CSM), Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Scale (CES-D), Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Stress Response Inventory (SRI), Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS). Results Our results showed a higher degree of CES-D, SRI, exhaustion, and cynicism in evening and intermediate type compared to morning type, and a higher degree of professional efficacy in morning type compared to intermediate type. CSM was shown to have a direct effect on exhaustion and indirect effect through CES-D and SRI. CSM also had a direct effect on professional efficacy and had an indirect effect through the CES-D. However, CSM was found to have only indirect effects through the SRI for Cynicism. Conclusions In this study, individuals with evening type tend to experience a high degree of burnout (exhaustion, cynicism and professional efficacy) through the mediation effect of depression and stress response. Further study is necessary to reveal the effect of management of the depression and stress response in the employee with evening type.
With the global pandemic in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the business environment of companies was engulfed by rapid volatility and uncertainty. In particular, in order for an organization to have high competitiveness due to the spread of the flexible work system, relationship management with members of the organization and self-directed job crafting are recognized as important key resources. This study aims to investigate how relational energy and resilience within a corporate organization affect job crafting and to verify the effect of job crafting on individual job performance. For empirical research, 400 valid responses to employees of general companies were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that relational energy did not have a positive (+) effect on task crafting. Second, it was found that relational energy had a positive (+) effect on relational crafting and cognitive crafting, respectively. Third, it was found that resilience had a positive (+) effect on both task crafting, relationship crafting, and cognitive crafting that constitute job crafting. Fourth, it was found that job crafting had a positive (+) effect on individual job performance. Based on these research results, we intend to derive academic and practical implications and provide practical help to follow-up researchers and stakeholders.

As an effort to further extend the existing understanding on the Psychology of Working Theory, this study examined gender differences in the paths to the attainment of decent work with Korean emerging adults. A total of 311 South Korean employees (mean age = 25.96, men = 94, women = 217) completed online questionnaires. We found that economic constraints inversely predicted work volition and career adaptability, which were positively relatedin turn, led to decent work. The overall indirect effect of work volition and career adaptability between economic constraints and decent work was significant., hHowever, the specific indirect effect of work volition and career adaptability was not significant. Further analyses showed a gender difference in the paths. Specifically, economic constraint was significantly negatively associated with work volition, and work volition predicted decent work only for women, but not for men. Moreover, economic constraint was significantly inversely associated with career adaptability, and career adaptability positively predicted decent work only for men, but not for women. Work volition mediated between economic constraints and decent work for women, while career adaptability had a mediating effect for men. It suggests that career resources for obtaining a decent work may be distinctive by genderdifferent groups.
This study aims to examine the relationship between the economic, environmental and social activities of sustainable supply chains and the customer satisfaction and customer retention rate, which are the final results in the supplier's operational performance and the buyer's market performance. The survey was conducted on employees in charge of supply chain management, purchasing company, partner company, and logistics management in the company. The final 193 valid data were analyzed to verify the research hypothesis. The results of the study showed that the economic and social activities of the sustainable supply chain had a positive effect on the supplier performance and the purchaser performance, but environmental activities had a negative effect on the supplier performance. In addition, the purchasing company performance has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer retention rate. This study provides a theoretical basis for sustainable supply chain activities to affect the operating performance of suppliers and the market performance of buyers, and suggests implications for enhancing the competitiveness of companies through the performance creation process that affects customer performance.
In 2014, India legalized corporate social responsibility(CSR) for foreign companies and enforced it. Meanwhile, one of the Korean companies' concerns is that the turnover rate of employees is very high. Therefore, this study was conducted in four dimensions. First, Korean IT companies in India ought to work on CSR activities so this study investigates to see if CSR can reduce employee turnover rate. Second, the study is to verify whether job embeddedness plays mediating role in the relationship between CSR and 'intention to leave'. Third, the study is also to verify whether organizational identification plays mediating role in the relationship between CSR and 'intention to leave'. Lastly, the study is also to verify whether job embeddedness and organizational identification show dual mediation effect in the relationship between CSR and 'intention to leave'. The results of the study are as follows ; First, CSR does not make any significant effect on 'intention to leave'. Second, job embeddedness and organizational identification show dual mediation effect in the relationship between CSR and 'intention to leave'. So if Korean IT firms in India conduct CSR activities strategically, the activities can eventually reduce the propensity of 'intention to leave'. Based on the results, several implications on Korean IT firms are suggested for reducing the propensity of 'intention to leave' in India, effectively.
