소방공무원의 직무스트레스가 웰니스에 미치는 영향 : 긍정심리자본의 매개효과 (The Influence of Fire officials's Job stress on Wellness : A Mediating Effect of Positive Psychological Capital)

  • 본 연구는 소방공무원의 웰니스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 경상남도에 근무중인 소방공무원 219명을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson's 상관계수분석, Sobel 테스트 및 다중회귀분석 등의 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 소방공무원의 웰니스는 직무스트레스(r=.-49, p<.001), 긍정심리자본(r=.70, p<.001)과 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무스트레스는 긍정심리자본과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였다(r=-.56, p<.001). 소방공무원의 직무스트레스와 웰니스의 연관성에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 긍정심리자본이 유의한 매개효과를 나타내었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 소방공무원의 웰니스 증진과 직무스트레스 감소를 위해서 긍정심리자본을 강화하는 중재 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.

노인체육 활성화를 위한 노인체육지도자의 긍정심리자본에 관한 연구 (Research on Positive Psychological Capitals of the Elderly Physical Director for the Activation of the Elderly Sports)

  • 본 연구는 노인체육지도자의 긍정심리자본이 조직성과와 직무열의 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 서울, 경기, 인천 지역의 스포츠센터 및 노인체육센터 5곳의 노인체육지도자 227명을 대상으로 연구하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인체육지도자의 긍정심리자본은 조직성과의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인체육지도자의 긍정심리자본은 직무열의의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인체육지도자의 긍정심리자본은 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과, 긍정심리자본은 조직원들의 조직성과와 직무열의 및 혁신행동을 높여주는 중요한 변수임을 확인하였고 긍정심리자본이 노인체육지도자의 근무환경에 긍정적인 효과가 있다는 것을 입증한 데 큰 의의가 있다.

공공병원 간호사의 심리적 자본, 간호업무환경이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Public Hospital Nurses' Psychological Capital and Nursing Work Environment on Job Embeddedness)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the influence of public hospital nurses' psychological capital and nursing work environment on job embeddedness. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional survey was conducted from October 21 to 31, 2022. A total of 200 participants working at a public hospital in Gyeonggi-do were recruited. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The mean scores of psychological capital and nursing work environment were 3.32±0.60 out of 5 and 2.43±0.48 out of 4, respectively. The mean score for Job embeddedness was 3.14±0.72 out of 5. Psychological capital showed a significant positive correlation with nursing work environment and job embeddeness, and nursing work environment also showed a significant positive correlation with job embeddedness. The factors affecting job embeddeness of public hospital nurses were positive psychological capital, nursing work environment, and age. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that in order to increase job embeddedness, it is necessary to develop education and programs that can strengthen positive psychological capital of public hospital nurses. In addition, the nursing work environment must be improved by providing appropriate manpower and resources.

에코부머의 근로빈곤에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Working Poor among Korean Echo Boomers)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the current status of the working poor and the factors that are influential to the working poor among echo boomers. This study is a secondary analysis using the data from the 7th analysis of the 2012 Korea Welfare Panel Survey, conducted by Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs. This analysis considered Korean echo boomers born between 1979 and 1985. In our final analysis, we used 1,226 echo boomers who had the ability to work. For the analysis, the SAS/PC statistical program ver. 9.3 was utilized. The research findings are as follows; Firstly, of the working poor among the echo boomers, only 22% were in the state of poverty. Secondly, more echo boomers living in a metropolitan city, city, gun/urban-rural area and district than those in the Seoul were categorized as among the working poor; the same was true for those who lived in a free house than in a leased room or a room that was rented by the month. Thirdly, more echo boomers whose education level was high school graduate or less rather than college graduate or less or university graduate or more were categorized as among the working poor; this was also true for echo boomers whose employment type was temporary employment, self-employment, or unemployment rather than a full-time job.

  • 인간자본론에 의하면 노동자들간의 임금격차는 인간자본 축적량의 차이에 의해 설명될 수 있는데, 인간자본스톡의 정도는 개인의 선택에 의해 결정된다. 그러나 만일 인간자본스톡에 대한 개인의 선택, 즉 인간자본에 대한 투자결정이 차별에서 영향을 받는다고 하면 인간자본스톡에 근거한 남녀간 임금격차의 설명은 편의를 갖게 된다. 대다수 여성의 경우 노동시장참가가 불연속적으로 이루어지므로 이를 예상(기대)하는 여성이 남성에 비하여 인간자본에 대한 투자를 상대적으로 적게 한다면, 남녀 임금격차를 설명하기 위해서 인간자본스톡변수 대신에 기대(expected) 인간자본스톡변수를 사용하는 것이 편의의 발생을 줄이고 더 정확한 분석결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

취업시간과 노동능률의 변화: 1963~2003 (Changes in the Weekly Working Hours and the Efficiency of Labor, 1963~2003)

  • 엄밀한 성장요인 분석을 위해서는 취업자수 및 인적 물적 자본스톡 뿐 아니라 취업자의 평균 취업시간 및 취업시간 변화에 따른 노동능률의 변화를 동시에 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 구간별로 발표되고 있는 주당 취업시간별 취업자수 통계에 최우추정법을 적용하여 총취업자의 단위 기간당 취업시간의 분포를 추정하고, 임금통계를 이용하여 단위 기간당 취업시간 변화에 따른 노동의 능률변화패턴을 추정한 후, 이를 결합하여 1963~2003년 기간중 총취업자의 주당 취업시간과 노동능률지표를 추정하였다. 추정결과에 따르면 주당 취업시간이 40시간일 때에 노동의 능률이 최대화되며, 1963~2003년 기간중 노동능률지표의 연평균 증가율은 0.14%로 계산되었다.

Critical Factors Influencing Satisfaction of Employees to Their Working Place: An Empirical Study in Vietnam

  • Globalization has greatly contributed to an increased need for improvement of human capital, and particularly in the development of the real estate and construction sector. Since the political and economic reforms in 1986, Vietnam has experienced a strong economic performance. The real estate and construction sector is one of the fastest growing industries in Vietnam, accounting for approximately 7.6% of GDP in Vietnam. The aim of this study is to identify critical factors influencing the satisfaction of employees to their working place. The sample data collected was from 265 employees, managers and staff in real estate and construction companies in Vietnam. After revising the missing data, and the errors, 240 valid respondents are selected. In addition, the analysis also employs SPSS software by discussing descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and regression analysis. Our empirical findings show that a company offering greater wages can positively affect the satisfaction of employees to their working place in the real estate and construction sector. In addition, a firm with a superior working relationship and working environment has a positive and statistically significant impact on the satisfaction of employees to their working place.

우리나라 중소수출기업의 수출팩토링 활용증대 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Increasing Method in Domestic Use of Export Factoring for Small and Medium Enterprises)

  • The object of this paper is to increase in domestic use of export factoring for small and medium trading companies. Factoring involves a process where a specialized firm assumes the responsibility for the administration and collection of account receivable for its clients. It can be considered a form of short term commercial financing based on selling of trade credit at a discount, or for a prescribed fee plus interest. The youngest and smallest businesses cannot receive working capital for account receivable for export from financial companies, while larger businesses tend to have less need for factoring services. Using export factoring provide a valuable improvement to cash flow and working capital position and can possibly contribute to small business growth and development. There are several suggestions for export factoring to activate in Korea. First, the number of factoring companies need to be enlarge to activate export factoring in trade and financial policies. Second, factoring companies have to perform public relations for trading companies to inform the export factoring system and its advantages. Third, government need to support the system of export factoring with legislation and financial instruments. Forth, trading companies need to be reformed credit inquiry system in terms of expenses and methods by government This paper has attempted to emphasize on export factoring for small and medium size exporting companies and deserves more research by academics, practitioners and trade policy makers.

Gender Wage Gap in Rural Labour Markets: An Empirical Study of North East India

  • Even after three decades of economic reforms, India's labor market is characterized by stark inter-gender differences in terms of both participation rate and working time. Identification of the causes is necessary to remove the disparity and unequal sharing of economic opportunities to make way for women's empowerment. This research attempts in that direction, examining the prevalence of these inequities in rural areas of North-East Indian states using unit-level data from the 2017-18 Periodic Labour Force Survey (PLFS). The methodology for the estimation here is based on Blinder- Oaxaca decomposition method after correcting for sample bias forwarded by Heckman. The analysis shows that in both labor force participation and the wage gap, the females in the region lag behind their male counterparts by a huge margin. Further, the analysis shows that one of the main factors leading to the difference is the disparities in human capital assets. On top of female educational enrollment being low, there is also a huge lack of higher educational attainment, while males have accomplished much better in both the parameters. Moreover, the presence of social stigma against women working and discrimination put the female labor outcomes in a gloomy state.

Vertical Z-vibration prediction model of ground building induced by subway operation

  • A certain amount of random vibration excitation to subway track is caused by subway operation. This excitation is transmitted through track foundation, tunnel, soil medium, and ground building to the ground and ground structure, causing vibration. The vibration affects ground building. In this study, the results of ANSYS numerical simulation was used to establish back-propagation (BP) neural network model. Moreover, a back-propagation neural network model consisting of five input neurons, one hidden layer, 11 hidden-layer neurons, and three output neurons was used to analyze and calculate the vertical Z-vibration level of New Capital's ground buildings of Qingdao Metro phase I Project (Line M3). The Z-vibration level under different working conditions was calculated from monolithic roadbed, steel-spring floating slab roadbed, and rubber-pad floating slab roadbed under the working condition of center point of 0-100 m. The steel-spring floating slab roadbed was used in the New Capital area to monitor the subway operation vibration in this area. Comparing the monitoring and prediction results, it was found that the prediction results have a good linear relationship with lower error. The research results have good reference and guiding significance for predicting vibration caused by subway operation.
