A Framework for Inteligent Remote Learning System

  • Intelligent remote learning system is a system that incorporate communication technology and others : a database engine, an intelligent tutorial system. Learners can study by themselves through the intelligent tutorial system. The existence of a communication, database and artificial intelligence enhance the capability of IRLS. According to Parsaye, an intelligent databases should have the following features : 1) Knowledge discovery. 2) Data integrity and quality control. 3) Hypermedia management. 4) Data presentation and display. 5) Decision support and scenario analysis. 6) Data format management. 7) Intelligent system design tools. I hope that this research of framework for IRLS paves for the future research. As mentioned in the above, the future work will include an intelligent database, self-learning mechanism using neural network.

스퍼드 준설선 공정관리시스템을 이용한 항로준설작업의 평가 (Evaluation of Waterway Dredging Work using Spud Dredge Process Management System)

  • 해상 준설선을 이용한 항로의 준설시공 과정에서 중요한 점은 작업구역의 공간적 축소로 여유통항수역의 제공과 수면하의 위험물 배제로 안전항행을 제공하는 것이 기본이다. 이를 위해서는 준설선의 이동과 고정을 위한 보조장비의 적극적인 활용과 함께 부대 장비의 실시간 위치확인, 실시간 준설수심 확인 및 작업정보 등을 통합적인 정보로 제공하여 준설 작업의 자동화를 꾀해야 한다. 그런데, 본 연구에서 스퍼드 제어시스템을 비치한 준설선은 준설 시공시 준설구역 내 준설점 위치로 이동을 스퍼드로 하고 스퍼드는 자동제어 기술을 적용하여 준설선의 능동적 이동에 의한 준설시공을 행하여 최소의 작업공간을 점유하게 되므로 항행하는 타 선박의 안전한 통과를 허용하면서 준설공사를 중단 없이 시공할 수 있다. 또한, 스퍼드 활용 항로준설시스템은 스퍼드의 거동괘적은 물론 전자해도와 함께 작업심도 자료를 동시에 제공하므로 신속한 작업성과까지도 제시할 수 있다는 점에서 기존의 관리시스템과는 비교가 된다. 시스템 평가를 위한 부산항에서의 시험시공결과 일일 작업 시 기존의 앵카시스템을 이용한 작업시간의 2배정도를 실제 투입할 수 있었으며, 준설시공 요건별 비교에서도 준비시간을 $38\%$ 절감할 수 있었고 준비작업에 필요한 작업인력을 1인 줄일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

외국계 IT기업 남녀 신입사원의 생애 전환기 일-생활 균형 기획기획 (Work-Life Balance Designing at Transitional Periods of Life: Focusing New Employees at Foreign IT Companies in Korea)

  • This study examines the work-life balance designing of new employees using qualitative research. Eight new employees at foreign IT companies in Korea were interviewed in two groups composed of two male workers and two female workers. The research determined two main themes and seven sub-themes related to the participants work-life balance using theme analysis. The first main theme was 'working conditions' which had sub-themes, 'performance-based system in foreign IT companies', 'flexible working conditions', 'family-friendly company culture', and 'positive evaluation of the company'. The second main theme was 'work-life balance' which included the sub-themes, 'changing priority during transitional periods of life', 'work-family balance designing as a family unit', and 'difficulties balancing between work and family'. The results revealed that workers prospected that flexible working condition might solve the demands of the child-rearing period and that work-family balance was determined as a family unit. Additionally, there were gender differences in the relationships between working conditions and work-life balance.

  • 철근 공장가공은 현장가공에 비하여 가공의 정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 철근의 절단 손실을 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다. 최근 도심지 공사의 증가로 야적장이 부족하고 숙련된 현장 노무인력의 확보가 어려워짐에 따라 향후 철근의 공장가공 방식은 점차 확대될 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 철근가공 공장방식의 중요성을 인지하고 그간의 연구들이 배근작업과 전문건설업체를 중심으로 이루어졌다는 점에 착안하여 18개 철근가공 공장을 대상으로 실태조사를 실시하였다. 실태조사 결과를 토대로 철근공장가공 활성화를 위한 방안으로 철근가공 형상 표준화, 시공성이 반영된 배근상세도 작성 및 철근 가공형상표 산출 업무 전산화, 배근작업의 표준화와 ADC기반의 철근자재 추적시스템을 개발을 제안하였다.

위탁급식업체 정보시스템 사용자 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study of User Satisfaction of Contract Foodservice Information Systems)

  • User satisfaction is the most critical criteria in measuring information systems success or failure. In this study, Contract Foodservice Information Systems were evaluated with user satisfaction instrument based on previous work. A total of 70 Contract Foodservice Information Systems users was surveyed. The status of building area of Contract Foodservice Information Systems was more in foodservice management (M=3.74), but less in producing (M=2.53) and pruchasing (M=3.02) management. The users recognized .accuracy of information (M=4.27), lasting educational services on systems (M=4.34) and increasing work productivity (M=4.42) as the most important factors and they also recognized it was important factors to build systems such area database management, menu management, purchasing and producing management and foodservice management (p<.01.).

아파트 건설공사 현장 안전관리 인력 체계 효율성 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Efficiency Improvement of the Safety Management Personnel System in Apartment Construction Site)

  • In construction work, safety accidents often occur in combination with unstable physical and human conditions during preparation and execution of work. In Korea, the accident rate is higher to that of any country in the world. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures by fundamental prescription. In this paper, in the case of construction safety management, we tried to find a reasonable alternative through a questionnaire survey to apply to subcontracting and small-scale construction. In conclusion, workers who are well aware of the task could be able to reduce the accident rate by deploying them as safety management officers after receiving the training.

국내 건설 현장관리업무의 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the Improvement Plan of Construction Site Management In Korea)

  • In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

Investigation of Job satisfaction, Organizational commitment and Factors of continuing work life for Nano-convergence employees

  • In this paper, we analyzed the relationship between employment stability, wage level, welfare system, working condition, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in order to find out ways to develop and competitiveness of the nano-convergence industries. Through this study, we conducted the possibility of deriving organizational commitment by job satisfaction which is given through employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition for continuing their work life. In order to find relationships between each concepts, we used a multiple regression analysis with job satisfaction and commitment as dependent variable and employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition as independent variables. Through this study, it was expected to increase the organizational commitment through the job satisfaction of the employees if a changing method of employees management is centered on some tasks suggested for the sound working condition and efficient utilization policies.

기혼취업여성의 일-가정 균형 실태 : 초등학교 저학년생 자녀를 둔 가정을 중심으로 (A study for the balance between Work and Family of married working women : focused on the families with the child(ren) of lower grades)

  • This study investigate the balance between work and family of married working women. Data from 12 married working women who have child(ren) in age 7-9. was collected through in-depth interviews. The interviews was to examine their child-caring and the balance between work and family. The results show that the child(ren)'s age, the quality of after school program, the time to go to work and out of work, the type of work and labor flexibility were the important factors which affect the everyday child-caring. The respondents were unsatisfied with their balance between work and family, especially they felt that their leisure time is insufficient, but they seemed to accept this unbalance to some extent because they recognize the child-caring is more important than their balance between work and family in this life cycle. In conclusion the public support for the child-caring of dual-earner families with the child(ren) in lower grades has to be more extended because the support system and services for this life cycle are weak and insufficient compared with the support system for the child(ren) of the preschool ages. The currently public services for child-caring are still far from their needs to achieve the balance between work and family. So the whole child care support policies and systems are to be continued with more balanced perspectives and practical programs.

석면해체공사의 적정 단가 산정 (Making Formular to calculate Reasonable Unit Cost for Asbestos Removal)

  • Unit cost for asbestos removal work which have been made out at government contract award for recent three years has been reviewed and shown with table. And the cost have been compared with ones made out by two agencies, American asbestos removal specialists, government ministry for making out comparison tables. First, legal and practical work status survey have been made to determine reasonability of introducing separate contract-awarding system, as a part of ensuring reasonable unit work cost. And then, two different status have been compared and there in introduction possibility of separate contract-awarding system, it is found out. In interior removal work case, it is thought that 50% by owner, 60% unit work cost by the expert of which removal specialist think as reasonable unit cost. the results for exterior and spray work method are shown with almost same context. Impact factors for determining unit work cost such as project mount, project kind, contract-awarding method, subcontract method have been compared with parties. Removal specialist and expert group have almost same ideas for project amount which has been hightestly weighed but owner's recognition has partially lower than specialists idea. There are almost no difference of recognition between three(3) parties for project kind. Idea comparison of reasonable unit work cost for asbestos removal work between three concerned parties has been analyzed and found out that expert group do unit work cost, 65% of which removal specialists estimate, in interior tex removal. And there is almost no difference between them in exterior roof slate removal. But there is considerable difference between them that owner estimates 50% unit cost of specialist one while expert group estimate 50% of specialist idea of unit removal cost.
