건설기능인력의 업무환경 및 생산성 분석을 통한 기능인력의 효율적인 관리방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effective Management Methods of Craftsmen through Job Environment and Productivity Analysis of Construction Craft Workers)

  • Construction work is a labor-intensive industry, which is required systematic production activities using materials, manpower, and equipment. Among them, manpower resources play a very important role in achieving efficiently production in the organization. Construction work is highly dependent on construction craft workers, and the level of proficiency can be directly related to the construction productivity and quality. However, a rapidly aging construction craft workers in Korea, is being replaced by a foreign construction craft workers because of advoidance of new laborers in the construction site. In the future, if the continuous development and management of construction manpower is not made properly, it may be lead to adverse effects such as setbacks in production, delayed completion, faulty construction, industrial disasters, and decreased productivity in construction site. In this study, it was proposed four important factors for work capacity management of construction craft workers. These were ensuring of physical strength through the health management of construction craft workers, securing of proficiency through career management, ensuring of productivity through work capacity and establing of informatization through work capacity management. By introducing a systematic system, it is possible to improve construction craft workers' professionalism, enhancing the level of welfare, reflecting the realities of labor costs, increasing the quantitative and qualitative levels of construction craft workers, Futhermore it was demanded the continued interest and policy support for the realization of effective management of construction craft workers.

건설안전을 위한 P.S.M. 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the P.S.M. system for the Construction Safety)

  • In order to introduce P.S.M. system adequate to domestic construction first, many cases similar to advanced foreign P.S.M. system have been collected and compared to the domestic situation. Then, the current safety management status of bridges, subways, apartment and office building construction are investigated while visiting interview, using questionnaire at site have being done. The potential hazard and measurement have been investigated for each kind of works, and the domestic introducing method of P.S.M. system is analyzed with expert discussion. In order to represent how to make out P.S.M. plan, the questionnaire is made out using each five place for bridge, subways, apartment and office building. As the weight factor for potential hazard of each work obtained from more than forty site places, is produced and shown. Also, a direction the recommendation is suggested to improve tool in each construction site with work schedule. It is thought that proposed schedule contributed to keeping in safe business administration of each company in decreasing many effort at the construction site.

공직사회 유연근무제 활용 만족도의 선행요인과 결과요인에 관한 연구: 조직문화와 조직효과성 관련 요인 및 삶의 질을 중심으로 (Examining the Antecedents and Consequences of Public Officials' Satisfaction with the Flexible Work System)

  • The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the antecedent and consequential factors of satisfaction with the flexible working system. Organizational culture was examined as an antecedent factor, while job satisfaction, work performance, organizational commitment, turnover intention, and quality of life were examined as outcome factors. The data of 2,785 public officials who used the flexible work system in the Korea Institute of Public Administration (2022) data set were analyzed using SPSS 28.0. and PROCESS macro's Model 4. The main research findings are as follows. First, organizational cultures that respect individuality and cooperation, supports management, and aims for work autonomy all positively and significantly affect satisfaction with the flexible working system. When ranking the size of influence by the type of organizational culture, work autonomy, respect for individuality, and a cooperative organizational culture had a positive impact in that order, with work autonomy being the most influential factor. In addition, the public officials' age, job preparation period, self-evaluation of workload, and overtime working hours are significant antecedents of satisfaction with the flexible work system. Second, when examining consequential factors, a high level of satisfaction with the flexible working system affects job satisfaction (+), work performance (+), organizational commitment (+), turnover intention (-), and quality of life (+). Job satisfaction was an especially valid mediator between satisfaction with the flexible working system and other consequential factors, including work performance, organizational commitment, turnover intention, and quality of life.

협업적 소프트웨어 개발 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of a Collaborative Software Development Management System)

  • Since software development team members have been more geographically spread due to the globalization of business and Internet technologies, the management of deliverables and communication efforts for developing high-quality software products on time is becoming more complicated. Among the functional requirements for collaborative software development management, the manipulation of shared information objects is essential for the collaborative work among distributed development team members. This paper proposes an integrated information object management framework comprised of a so-called BOC (Bill Of Class) scheme and a standardized software part dictionary for managing shared information objects efficiently among distributed co-workers. In order to manage these complex information objects, the proposed framework adopt product structures represented by Bills Of Materials (BOM) as stems for integrating the various information objects. Based on the proposed framework, a collaborative software development management system (CSDMS) is implemented, and the functionalities and the structure of the system are also described in this paper. The proposed system provides sufficient functionalities for the change management of information objects and the management of their relationship to other objects rather than existing system.

  • The architecture of the CDMA mobile system (CMS) is developed based on three function groups - service resource, service control, and service management groups. In this paper, the CMS architecture is discussed from the point of view of implementing these functions. The variable length packets are used for transmission. The synchronization clock signals are derived form the GPS receiver. The open loop and closed loop techniques are used for the power control. The internationally accepted signaling and network protocols are employed. The call control for the primary services in designed to provide efficient mobile telecommunication services. The softer handoff is implemented in one card. The mobile assisted handoff and the network assisted handoff are employed in the soft and hard handoffs. The authentication is based on the secret data which includes random numbers. The management functions, which include the location management, resource management, cell boundary management and OAM management, are implemented to warrant the system efficiency, maximum capacity and high reliability. The architecture ensures that the CMS is flexible and expandable to provide subscribers with economic and efficient system configuration. The dynamic power control, adaptive channel allocation. and dynamic cell boundary management are recommended for future work.

  • Because of world financial crisis, The Korea domestic construction industry has been damaged hugely on material supplying work. A current domestic material supply system can't react properly on a great rise of foreign exchange rate and raw material price, so the system has a problem which is not properly supplying material. To solve this problem, a more innovative material supply work system is seriously needed than ever. So this study wants to improve material supply system for supplying material right time, right place through applying a web-based system. Applying this, overall process of material-supply-work can be done on a web-based system for immediately understanding change of ordering and warehousing by material-supply-schedule to a domestic construction field.

BIM지침의 통합관리를 위한 구조화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Framework Based BIM Guideline System)

  • As various contractors have been asking BIM data in the construction industry, BIM guidelines and standards has become increasingly important these days. Above all, BIM guidelines should be established properly because it is utilized at the earliest stage of BIM data creation. However, each of the existing BIM guidelines was totally different by contractors, disciplines or phases so that it caused problems about repetitious work, inefficient management and so on. In order to overcome these problems, we suggest integrated management system for BIM guidelines. We firstly collected and analyzed existing guidelines, secondly standardized guideline phrases and lastly constructed data structure of integrated management system. This integrated management system is expected to increase work efficiency to avoid working error for designers and enable easy creation or revision of BIM guidelines for contractors.

  • 건설업무의 효율성 향상을 위하여 활용되고 있는 PMIS를 본격적으로 추진한지 수년이 지난 현 시점에서, 대내외 환경 변화 및 신규 정보시스템 요구를 적극 반영하여 그간 구축된 정보시스템들을 재점검하고 향후 발전 전략을 새롭게 수립할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설 PMIS 발전 개념을 수립하고, 건설관리업무 정보화를 위한 업무 분석을 통하여, 분석된 단위업무별 정보시스템화의 기회 및 효과평가, 그리고 활용중인 기존 시스템의 평가 방법론을 제시하였다. 또한 제시된 방법론에 의한 평가결과와 신규 정보시스템 요구를 반영하여 건설 PMIS 발전전략을 수립하였다.

  • 도로와 지하시설물에 대한 정보공유체계구축은 정보공유미흡으로 인한 각종 안전사고방지 및 중복투자방지를 위해서 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지자체단위의 정보공유체계 구축방안으로 기본도 일원화(l/l,000수치지형도), 공유항목의 선정, 메타데이터 표준안 설정, 정보공유체계구축안을 제시하였다. 정보공유체계 구축안은 전용망을 이용한 분산형과 인터넷망을 이용한 웹기반형을 제시하였다. 또한 지자체에서 도로기반시설물에 대한 정보공유체계를 구축할 경우 적용할 수 있는 추진방안을 제안하였다.

일학습병행제 학위연계형 학습근로자의 조직유효성 인식분석과 만족/불만족요인 실태조사 (An Analysis on Organizational Effectiveness and Survey on the Factors of Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction of Learning Workers' Perception in Degree Apprenticeship)

  • 본 논문은 학위연계형 일학습병행제도의 학습근로자를 대상으로 소속 기업의 조직유효성에 대한 인식을 조사했다. 그 결과 이직의사, 직무성과는 학습근로자가 비교대상인 일반 회사원(근로자)에 비해 높게 나타났으며 조직몰입은 낮게 나타났다. 또한 학습근로자의 학년이 오르고 성적이 높을수록 직무만족이 높아지고 좋은 성적인 학습근로자의 직무소진이 줄어드는 경향을 보였으며 1학년에 비해 2, 3, 4학년이 이직의도가 높게 나타났다. 추가적으로 학습근로자의 만족요인과 불만족요인의 조사 결과 대학의 OFF-JT교육보다 현장의 OJT 관리가 강화되어야 함을 보여준다. 이러한 결과는 일학습병행제에 참여하는 기업이 학습근로자의 역량개발 뿐 아니라 교육지원, 인사관리, OJT 운영 등의 영역에서 지금보다 수준 높은 관리가 필요하며 제도적인 측면에서는 학위연계형의 발전을 위해서 학습시간 및 참여기업의 학습자관리에 대해 보완책이 필요하다는 점을 보여준다.
