  • This study investigated the effect of the delivery service quality of Mongolian online shopping on the customer value, customer trust, and relationship persistence intention of Mongolian consumers. Through this, the purpose of this study is to understand the priorities of the quality conditions of delivery services (accuracy, economy, information, safety, tangibility, etc.) that Mongolian consumers value. The empirical analysis results of this study are as follows. First, the effect of delivery service quality on the intention to continue the relationship showed partially significant results. In other words, economics, information, and safety, excluding accuracy and tangibility, influenced the intention to continue the relationship. Second, the effect of delivery service quality on customer value was partially significant. In other words, accuracy, economy, safety, and tangibility, excluding informativity, influenced customer value. Third, the effect of delivery service quality on customer reliability was partially significant. In other words, economics, safety, and tangibility, excluding accuracy and informativity, influenced customer reliability. Fourth, the hypothesis of customer value on customer reliability was adopted, followed by the hypothesis of customer value on relationship continuity intention. Finally, the hypothesis of customer reliability on relationship continuity intention was adopted.

  • To obtain a correctly translated sentence in a machine translation system, we must select target words that not only reflect an appropriate meaning in a source sentence but also make a fluent sentence in a target language. This paper points out that a source language word has various senses and each sense can be mapped into multiple target words, and proposes a new translation disambiguation method based on this 'word-to-sense and sense-to-word' relationship. In my method target words are chosen through disambiguation of a source word sense and selection of a target word. Most of translation disambiguation methods are based on a 'word-to-word' relationship that means they translate a source word directly into a target wort so they require complicate knowledge sources that directly link a source words to target words, which are hard to obtain like bilingual aligned corpora. By combining two sub-problems for each language, knowledge for translation disambiguation can be automatically extracted from knowledge sources for each language that are easy to obtain. In addition, disambiguation results satisfy both fidelity and intelligibility because selected target words have correct meaning and generate naturally composed target sentences.

  • Cross-lingual query expansion is usually based on the relationship among monolingual words. Bilingual comparable corpus contains relationships among bilingual words. Therefore, this paper proposes a method based on these relationships to conduct query expansion. First, the word vectors which characterize the bilingual words are trained using Chinese and Thai bilingual comparable corpus. Then, the correlation between Chinese query words and Thai words are computed based on these word vectors, followed with selecting the Thai candidate expansion terms via the correlative value. Then, multi-group Thai query expansion sentences are built by the Thai candidate expansion words based on Chinese query sentence. Finally, we can get the optimal sentence using the Chinese and Thai query expansion method, and perform the Thai query expansion. Experiment results show that the cross-lingual query expansion method we proposed can effectively improve the accuracy of Chinese and Thai cross-language information retrieval.

  • The first step of this study is to collect appropriate words from the list of words in the relationship. All vocabularies that are unfamiliar-but capable of guessing the meaning and expressing interpersonal relationships-were collected from three Korean dictionaries. Consequently, a compilation of 2,725 words was created; overlapping words were selected; and 910 words were chosen. Only grammatical forms were found; however, words with similar meanings-or identical meanings-were also found, and a reclassification process was required to reflect this. These procedures were repeated seven times, resulting in a total of 249 words being screened. However, due to the characteristics of this study, the number of words needs to be reduced because the meaning of words is more specific and summarized, and the overall interpersonal aspect is well expressed. Therefore, the process of reclassifying 249 words by their familiarity and appropriateness was subsequently undertaken, and the word with the highest level of familiarity and appropriateness was finally selected.

  • The purpose of this study is to extract the key words from the list of research subjects related to 'hotel workers' published in recent 10 years(2009~2018) by using the language network analysis method and to confirm the relation between the key words. In this paper, we propose a semantic network analysis that can overcome limitations of longitudinal study, analyze the recent research trends, and widely use as a research model. The results of this study are as follows ; First, in analyzing major key words in the title of 'Hotel Employer' in recent 10 years, the major keyword of job satisfaction(40), special grade(26), organizational commitment(20), emotional labor(19), service(12), restaurant(10), and turnover intention(9). Second, we analyzed the relation of language network among major key words extracted from the study title of 'hotel workers'. Such a research process is expected to grasp the trends of research related to 'hotel workers' and give implications for the future direction of related research.

  • Objective: This study examines the relationships among four-year-olds' counting skills, their use of number words, and their mothers' use of number words during mother-child free play. Specifically, we assess whether children's use of number words mediates the relationship between their counting skills and their mothers' use of number words during play. Methods: Forty-two 4-year-old children and their mothers were asked to play freely with a given set of toys at their home for 10 minutes. Children also completed a counting skill test. Frequencies of number word use were calculated for mothers and children from transcriptions of the free play. Results: Children's counting skills, the frequency of their number word use, and their mothers' frequency of number word use were positively correlated with each other. Additionally, the frequency of children's number-word use completely mediated the relationship between their counting skills and their mothers' frequency of number-word use. Conclusion/Implications: The results suggest that children's use of number language may play a crucial role in the provision of number-related language input by parents, based on their children's math skills. Practical implications of the findings are discussed.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyse the research subject in journal of Korean safety management and sciences. Total 1850 key words in 560 papers were analysed by the Pajek system which is one of well known social network analysis tool. Key words trend from 2008 to 2012 was examined. Then the relationship among each key words was visualized. There were five key words group which strongly connected among key words. The degree centrality, between centrality, proximity prestige on each key words were calculated to verify influence degree to other key words.

  • The present study examined whether words with higher frequency have more exposure to the lenition process such as intervocalic stop voicing or /h/ reduction in the production of the Korean speakers. Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 tested if word-internal intervocalic voicing and /h/ reduction occur more often in the words with higher frequency than less frequent words respectively. Results showed that the rate of voicing was not significantly different between the high frequency group and the low frequency group; rather both high and low frequency words were shown to be fully voiced in this prosodic position. However, intervocalic /h/s were deleted more in high frequency words than in low frequency words. Low frequency words showed that other phonetic variants such as [h] and [w] were found more often than in high frequency group. Thus the results of the present study are indefinitive as to the relationship between the word frequency and lenition with the data at hand.

  • In this study of the relationship between preschoolers' visual perception and reading Hangul words, the 287 participants showed significant developmental change in visual perception between three to five years of age. The researcher developed the computer-based screening Test of Visual Perception for Reading (TVPR). Factor analysis confirmed three factors of TVPR : perception of number, direction, and form constancy. These factors correlated highly with four factors of motor-reduced visual perception of the Korean Developmental Test of Visual Perception (Moon et al. 2003). All factors of TVPR explained reading real words and pseudo words; direction and form constancy perception predicted reading low frequency letters. These findings confirm that preschoolers' skills in visual perception contribute to the reading of words in Hangul.
