In this paper, we implemented an android mobile management application of intelligent prevention of disaster system which can manage the current status monitoring and whether operating or not by using Ubiquitous Sensor Network based self wireless communication system of scattered emergency light, fire extinguishers and sprinkler inside the high complex building. This system is composed with fire facilities attached sensor nodes, management server for collection of information and control, and smart phone application that transmits and receives information with management server. As a result of the test, the embodied android-based smart phone application to be performed anywhere could confirm status and monitoring information of fire facilities which are communicated with the management server.
Adaptability is an important issue in video streaming over mobile environments, since the clients may request videos with great differences in their workload. In this paper, we propose the issues in limited bandwidth scheduling for efficient MPEG-4 video stream transmission over a mobile or wireless network. In the phase of admission control, the amount of bandwidth allocated to serve a video request is the mean bandwidth requirement of its requested video. The dynamic allocation of bandwidth in the phase of scheduling depends on the playback buffer levels of the clients with an objective to make it more adaptive to the playback situation of individual clients. In the proposed RTA scheduling protocol, more bandwidth may be allocated temporarily to the client whose buffer level is low. By employing the buffer level based scheduling policy, this protocol attempts to maximize the real-time performance of individual playback while minimizing the impact of transient overloading. Extensive simulation experiments have been performed to investigate the performance characteristics of the RTA protocol as comparing with BSBA protocol. This RTA protocol shows the better performance by transferring more frames than BSBA protocol.Computer simulations reveals that the standard deviation of the bit rate error of the proposed scheme is 50% less than that of the conventional method.
For the realization of future intelligent transportation systems, fine-grained lane-by-lane traffic monitoring and control functionalities are among the most important technology barriers to overcome. To satisfy the accuracy requirement for traffic monitoring, a GNSS receiver network is designed. The designed receiver network consists of three different types of entities; reference server, broadcaster, and client. For deployment flexibility, all the entities utilize the international message standard RTCM SC-104 version 3.0. For fine-grained traffic monitoring, the client is designed to utilize position-domain carrier-smoothed-code filters to provide accurate vehicle coordinates in spite of frequent addages and outages of visible satellites. An experiment result is presented to evaluate the positioning accuracy of the proposed method.

Than fluorescent lamps or light bulbs, long life, small power consumption and to the development of modern technology, LED (Light Emitting Diode) devices have the advantage of easy control. For these reasons, using the LED device, lighting has been widely used. LED using optical fiber technology using LED lighting technology with the development of wireless communication technology is attracting attention again. Using LED lights this study analyzed the performance of the technology transfer and implementation of the information transmission system of the visible light communication using LED lighting of the White Visible Light Communication (VLC) based PC module transmitter and receiver modules. Has made a system that can transmit information more than the value of the initial distance ~ 50cm, depending on the presence or absence of the lens, in order to increase the efficiency of the LED modules with different efficiencies that could confirm the performance of the implementation of the research, analysis, and application methods. and about the possibility that you want to check.
This paper aims to integrate the previous models about mean object transfer latency in one framework and analyze the result through the computational experience. The analytical object transfer latency model assumes the multiple packet losses and the Internet of Things(IoT) environment including multi-hop wireless network, where fast re-transmission is not possible due to small window. The model also considers the initial congestion window size and the multiple packet loss in one congestion window. Performance evaluation shows that the lower and upper bounds of the mean object transfer latency are almost the same when both transfer object size and packet loss rate are small. However, as packet loss rate increases, the size of the initial congestion window and the round-trip time affect the upper and lower bounds of the mean object transfer latency.

Radio base stations, which are widely distributed across large areas, have many difficulties in managing them. Unmanned radio base stations in remote mountains are having a hard time accessing them in case of emergencies. Major telephone service providers only remotely control incoming and outgoing information and local small business partners responsible for maintaining actual facilities do not possess such technologies, so they are each checked during field visits. In this study, in order to process the sensor raw data and smoothing, we apply the particle filters and confirmed that the performance of sensor data accuracy is increased. Integrated system using temperature, humidity, fire condition, and power operation at a wide range of radio base stations under the real-time monitoring status is operated well. It show that all of the status of base station are monitored at the remote office using the cloud server through internet networking.
Self-organizing hierarchical ad hoc network (SOHAN) is a new ad-hoc network architecture designed to improve the scalability properties of conventional 'flat' ad hoc networks. This network architecture consists of three tiers of ad-hoc nodes, i.e.. access points, forwarding nodes and mobile nodes. This paper presents a topology discovery and routing protocol for the self-organization of SOHAN. We propose a cross-layer path metric based on link quality and MAC delay which plays a key role in producing an optimal cluster-based hierarchical topology with high throughput capacity. The topology discovery protocol provides the basis for routing which takes place in layer 2.5 using MAC addresses. The routing protocol is based on AODV with appropriate modifications to take advantage of the hierarchical topology and interact with the discovery protocol. Simulation results are presented which show the improved performance as well as scalability properties of SOHAN in terms of through-put capacity, end-to-end delay, packet delivery ratio and control overhead.
In this paper, we propose a transport layer mobility support protocol for multimedia streaming services in mobile/wireless environments by extending PR-SCTP to support mobility. We named the proposed scheme to be uPR-mSCTP. The rules related to provide unordered and unreliable data transfer, as well as an approach to minimize handover latency we proposed. Through the simulation results, it is shown that, since uPR-mSCTP reduces transmission rates during handover, not only it reduces the waste of network resources, but it also has the packet loss rate similar to FMIPv6, which is a lot smaller than UDP over MIPv6 or HMIPv6 It also incurs smaller control packet overhead compared to the network layer mobility support approaches.
Changing group key is necessary for the remaining members when a new member joins or a member leaves the group in multicast communications. It is required to guarantee perfect forward and backward confidentiality. Unfortunately, in large groups with frequent membership changes, key changes become the primary bottleneck for scalable group. In this paper, we propose a novel approach for providing efficient group key distribution in large and dynamic groups. Unlike existing secure multicast protocols, our protocol is scalable to large groups because both the frequency and computational overhead of re-keying is determined by the size of a subgroup instead of the size of the whole group, and offers mechanism to prevent the subgroup managers with group access control from having any access to the multicast data that are transfered by sender. It also provides security service for preserving privacy in wireless computing environments.

This paper proposes a method for the immobilization of motorbike brakes in conjunction with near-field communication (NFC) technology in order to meet the increasing demand for security and convenience of motorbike drivers. We thought about the concept of wireless key, NFC security devices and automatic solenoid valve for setting the lock and unlock module. This paper propose the design and development of an innovative anti-theft alarm system for motorcycles using NFC smart devices based on RFID system, the basis of IoT and AES(advanced encryption standard) encryption Algorithm. The design concept is based on NFC communication strategy between the vehicle and owner. To do this concept, we designed motorcycle smart key system with general-purpose NFC system and the automatic solenoid valve for setting the lock and unlock module. First, we designed control unit and NFC card reader for motorcycle smart key system. Then we propose an AES encryption algorithm and prove that the motorcycle key system is controllable by showing the result of implementing and testing, after installing.
