사회복지 지표조사는 주민들의 사회복지에 관한 다양한 상태를 전체적으로 파악할 수 있는 조사로 다양한 복지정책 개발에 있어 지역 주민들의 욕구를 반영할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 따라서 사회복지 지표조사는 복지 욕구를 알 수 있는 중요한 척도의 기준이라 할 수 있어 많은 지자체 및 정부기관에서 예산과 시간을 들여 조사를 실시하고 있다. 그러나 조사에 대한 분석 결과가 기초적인 통계 분석 위주로 되어 있어 실제 자료를 제대로 할용하지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용한 분석 방법론을 제시한다. 또한 이를 충청북도의 중장기 사회복지 정책을 위한 지표조사에 적용하였다.

The Community Social Service Investment project started as a state subsidy project in 2007 and has grown very rapidly in quantitative terms in a short period of time. It is a bottom-up project that discovers the welfare needs of people and plans and provides services suitable for them. The purpose of this study is to analyze using big data to determine the social response to local community service investment projects. For this, data was collected and analyzed by crawling with a specific keyword of community service investment project on Google and Naver sites. As for the analysis contents, monthly search volume, related keywords, monthly search volume, search rate by age, and gender search rate were conducted. As a result, 10 items were found as related keywords in Google, and 3 items were found in Naver. The overall results of Google and Naver sites were slightly different, but they increased and decreased at almost the same time. Therefore, it can be seen that the community service investment project continues to attract users' interest.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the moderating effect of social support on the effect of the use of social services by the elderly with disabilities on life satisfaction.To this end, the 15th data of the Korean Welfare Panel 2020 were used to verify the characteristics, correlation, and multiple regression analysis of variables related to life satisfaction. The SPSS WIN 25.0 program was used. The survey subjects extracted 684 elderly people with disabilities aged 65 or older, and the use of welfare services was divided into income Service, health Service, home welfare Service, and social participation Service, and the analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that the experience of using welfare services for the elderly with disabilities had a positive (+) effect on life satisfaction. Second, social support showed a moderating effect on the effect of using welfare services for the elderly with disabilities on life satisfaction. Through these results, the necessity of practical intervention measures and development of various programs in social welfare policies that can improve the quality of welfare services for the elderly with disabilities and increase life satisfaction through various social support was suggested.

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of choice realization between service quality and user satisfaction to elderly home care services. For this purpose, we analyzed 258 respondents who received elderly home care service in Jeollabuk-do. Considering the assumption that the moderating effect of choice realization would be different by rural and urban areas because of the disparity of the elderly welfare infrastructure, the urban and rural areas were analyzed separately. The analyses showed that choice realization had a moderating effect on the relationship between service quality and user's service satisfaction for the service clients resided in urban areas. However, there was no significant moderating effect of choice realization for the service clients in rural areas. This result implies that the moderating effect of selection realization is different in rural and urban areas because of the poor elderly home care facilities in rural areas. In order for aged people to actively express the effect of service user choice, it is necessary to solve welfare imbalance between regions through expansion of welfare infrastructure and policy support to rural area.

This study is to review the standpoints for person and organization fit and suggest integrated standpoint, and identify causal relationships between P-O fit and client service satisfaction and test differences of casual relationships between job types through moderating effects of job types in the relationships among variables, and suggest some implications based on the analytical results. For this study, sampling was conducted for social welfare workers. In this study, analytical results showed that P-O fit influences client's service satisfaction through job attitude. This study suggested some implications on the base of analytical results.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of an intensively rehabilitation program on the gait, balance, functional performance, and wearing satisfaction of patients with traumatic lower extremity amputations caused by industrial accidents. Methods: In this study, the anonymized electronic medical records of individuals who participated in the intensive rehabilitation program (among those who were admitted to the hospital belonging to the Labor Welfare Corporation) due to an industrial accident from August 2018 to September 2019 were collected. As a result, the records of 12 subjects meeting the screening criteria were analyzed. Results: According to the time of application to the intensive rehabilitation program, the 10 Meter Walk Test (10MWT) (p < 0.01), Berg Balance Scale (BBS) (p < 0.01), Timed Up and Go Test (TUG) (p = 0.01), the L Test of Functional Mobility (L-test) (p < 0.01), Prosthetic Limb Users Survey of Mobility (Plus-M) (p < 0.01), and Houghton Score Question (HSQ) (p < 0.01) values significantly improved with time. Conclusion: This study confirmed the positive effect of an intensive rehabilitation program on the gait, balance, functional performance, and wearing satisfaction of patients with traumatic lower extremity amputations caused by industrial accidents. However, this study was limited by the absence of a control group, and, thus, it highlights the need for more extensive research with a large sample.

This study studies the effect of social welfare service quality on facility reuse for users of social welfare facilities. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of the parallel triple mediation effect of facility image user loyalty and facility satisfaction. To this end 219 users of social welfare facilities were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 for Windows and Process macro. As a result, first the variables of service quality facility image user loyalty facility satisfaction and facility reuse all formed significant positive relationships. Second facility image user loyalty and facility satisfaction had multiple mediating effects. This study presented a new model using multivariate in response to social welfare facilities in pandemic situations.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of youth voluntary on sense of citizenship, positive self-perception, and peer relations, which procedures was conducted by being comparison between middle school students and high school ones. This study also use the data given by 2st of the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study(SELS), which subjects were 7,593 youths(3,566 in middles school students and 4,027 in high school ones). The most significant variable for youth's peer relations was sense of citizenship both middle school and high school student, which indicates not only that it is encouraged by sense of citizenship but also that developing and leading the sense of citizenship for youth should be given by the school welfare policy. Positive self-perception in middle school youth influenced the second effect on their peer relations, but high school student's peer relation was impacted by the voluntary service into a secondary effect.

Facility-based competition (FBC) in the telecommunications market is considered to have lower static efficiency in the short term and higher dynamic efficiency in the long term. Under service-based competition (SBC), the entrant can reduce its setup costs by leasing network facilities from the incumbent, which makes the entrant viable, pushes the market price down and promotes static efficiency. This paper attempts to measure static efficiency by comparing the profits of the incumbent and entrant in terms of consumer surplus and social welfare under each competition type by extending the Stackelberg model. The results, assuming a linear demand function and variation in regulatory level, show that FBC results in higher social welfare than SBC on the whole. However, SBC accompanied by strong regulation is also shown to have the potential to be superior over FBC. It is also revealed that FBC exhibits a higher producer surplus (particularly, the incumbent's producer surplus) and is, therefore, more desirable in terms of dynamic efficiency. When the entrant's cost is high in FBC, social welfare is shown to be lowered, implying that cost competitiveness is a necessary condition for social welfare.

This study is to develop welfare programs based on the characteristics of middle-or-old-aged woman workers in manufacturing industry. 7cities and 2 counties in Kyunggi-Do were selected. for survey considering their accessibility. Total 471 woman workers were interviewed personally and the data has been analyzed using SPSS. First, the findings show that their family structure is characterized by nuclear family and they have school-aged children who need someone else's care, therefore they need child related services to help them such as after school care. Second, they have few welfare facilities in their work and they have never tried to find any outside their work. Thus, it is necessary to prepare welfare programs in their working place. The welfare programs they need most are discount stores, medical service, counseling service, and so on. In conclusion, the welfare needs of woman workers cannot be thought without considering family structure of woman workers, the degree of welfare facilities in the work, and their welfare needs.
