본 연구의 목적은 일본 지역사회에서 전개되고 있는 사회복지서비스 공급과정에의 시민참가 현상에 주목하여, '비영리시민복지사업단체'가 지자체의 사회복지서비스 공급주체의 하나로 등장하게 된 배경을 추적하고, 나아가 이러한 복지서비스 공급주체로서의 비영리시민복지사업단체가 여성들을 위한 고용기회의 확대에 미치는 효과를 분석해보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 사회복지서비스 공급과정에의 시민참가 현상에 대해 복지국가의 위기에 따른 복지다원주의(공급주체의 다원화)라는 시대적 조류에 더해 지자체의 복지서비스를 둘러싼 '소비의 유연성문제에의 대응'이라는 관점으로 접근하여, 복지서비스 공급주체로서 비영리시민복지사업단체가 등장하게 된 배경을 추적하였다. 그리고 이렇게 사회복지서비스 공급주체로 등장한 비영리시민복지사업단체가 여성들을 위한 고용기회의 확대에 미치는 '효과'를 알아보기 위해서 비영리시민복지사업단체의 '고용기능'에 대한 사례조사를 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 일본 사회복지서비스 공급과정에 비영리시민복지사업단체가 등장하게 된 제배경 및 그것이 초래하는 '고용효과'를 실증적으로 분석하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 저소득층 노인의 복지서비스 이용 경험이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어 가족갈등과 우울의 매개효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 2016년 제11차 자료를 사용하였으며, 삶의 만족도에 관련된 변인들의 특성과 상관관계 및 위계적 회귀분석 등을 검증하기 위해, SPSS WIN 19.0프로그램을 사용했다. 조사대상자는 65세 이상 저소득층 노인 675명을 추출하였고, 복지서비스 이용 경험은 더미 처리하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 복지서비스 이용 경험이 노인의 삶의 만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 복지서비스 이용경험은 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향에 있어 가족갈등이 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 복지서비스 이용경험은 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향에 있어 우울이 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다 이와 같은 결과를 통해 노인복지서비스를 질적으로 향상시키고 가족갈등과 우울을 완화하여 삶의 만족도를 높여줄 수 있는 사회복지 정책의 필요성과 다양한 프로그램 개발의 필요성이 제시되었다.

This study aims to develop strategies to reinforce the roles of universities and volunteer service activities centering on promotion of their connections to communities and community-oriented volunteer service activities. First, for autonomous and continuing development of volunteer services, universities should have active connections with service organizations. Second, more specialized volunteer service programs should be developed. Third, as volunteer service activities are somewhat forced on college students, recognition for them should be improved. Fourth, as the quality of the service and academic achievement decrease, conditions for volunteer service education and programs should be made available. Fifth, for continuing participation in volunteer service activities, organized systems should be established.

고령화의 급속한 진전에 따라 국가유공자 대상 보훈정책에서도 고령유공자의 노후생활 지원서비스를 확충하고 관련 정책을 체계적으로 운영해야할 필요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 하지만 전통적인 보훈정책은 잔여적 복지 관점에서 이루어지고 있고 국가재원이 한정적으로 지원됨에 따라 비용-효과성의 확보가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 또한 소득보전과 보건치료에 집중됨에 따라 국가유공자의 (개인)활동과 일상생활을 지원하는 보훈서비스의 활성화는 아직 요원한 현실이다. 이에 기존 보훈정책의 잔여적 특성을 넘어 보편적 보훈서비스를 통해 유공자로서의 상징과 예우를 보장하면서도, 노인으로서 필요한 각종 돌봄서비스의 혜택을 비용-효과적으로 받을 수 있는 적극적인 보훈정책의 모색이 요구되는 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 고령유공자에 대한 체계적이고 비용 효과적인 대안적인 재가돌봄서비스 공급방식을 구상하고, 특히 지역사회복지서비스체계와의 연계를 강조하고 있다.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of an intensive rehabilitation program on the pain, range of motion (ROM), muscle strength, function, quality of life (QoL), and depression of patients with traumatic rotator cuff injury caused by an industrial accident. Methods: Seventeen patients with traumatic rotator cuff injury caused by an industrial accident participated in this study. The 12-week treatment included 30 min of manual therapy and 30 min of exercise therapy twice a day, five times a week. The outcomes were measured for evaluating the pain, ROM, muscle strength, function, QoL, and depression before the commencement of the program and after 4, 8, and 12 weeks. Results: According to the time of applying the intensive rehabilitation program, the pain (p<0.01), ROM (p<0.01), muscle strength (p<0.01), function (p<0.01), and depression (p<0.05) significantly improved with time. However, QoL was not statistically significant. Conclusion: This study confirmed the excellent effect of an intensive rehabilitation program on the pain, ROM, muscle strength, function, and depression of patients with traumatic rotator cuff injury caused by an industrial accident. However, this study was limited by the absence of a control group. This pilot study highlights the need for more extensive research with a larger sample.

본 연구는 대학생의 창의·인성 함양을 위한 교양강좌 운영을 목적으로 피부미용과 사회복지를 기반으로 융·복합 교육프로그램을 개발하고자 시도되었으며, 개발된 내용은 다음과 같다. 개발된 교과목명은 "미용복지와 지역사회 봉사"로 하고, 수업개요, 교과목 목표, 교재, 수업운영 방법, 과제, 평가에 관한 내용을 개발하였다. 교과의 학습 목표는 사회가 요구하는 창의적인 융합인재로서 피부미용과 사회복지의 기초적 전공지식을 갖추고, 융합적 사고능력을 신장과 피부미용·사회복지의 융합적 관점에서 봉사학습 연계 교육을 통해 나눔과 배려심을 갖춰 인성을 함양으로 설정하였다. 교과목의 상세 내용은 교과목 소개와 융·복합 개념 이해, 피부미용과 사회복지의 개념 이해, 미용복지의 융합적 사고 학습 및 실습, 봉사학습과 성과 공유회에 대해 학습하도록 구성하였다. 봉사학습은 사회적 약자·배려 대상인 아동과 노인을 대상으로 3시간씩 2회 활동할 수 있도록 하였다. 평가는 중간고사(30%), 기말고사(30%), 레포트 (20%), 출석 (20%)로 산출하여 평가하도록 하였다. 본 연구는 대학의 융·복합 교육의 확산 속에서 아직까지 미개발 상태인 피부미용과 사회복지의 융·복합 교육프로그램을 개발하였다는데 의의를 둘 수 있으며, 본 연구를 시작으로 미용 분야에서 다양한 융·복합 교육의 접근이 활발히 이루어지기를 기대하는 바이다.

The public facilities are essential of resident life, the public facilities affect quality of life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present condition of social welfare service and local cultural welfare program of public facilities complex in Seoul. In this study, www.oklifr.go.kr is used for data. The results of his study are showed as followings: First, most of the public facilities' program are composed of educational program and program for middle-age. Second, mos of the program for infant and elderly age are composed of welfare program and most of the program for teenager, young people and middle age are composed of educational program.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the short term effectiveness of a cognitive ability improvement service for children, which is one of the 'Investment activities for Local Community Services' conducted by the Ministry for Health and Welfare. Results indicate that the longer the period of using cognitive improvement services for children, the more positively significant influence there is on their language abilities in terms of comprehension, expression, and reading-writing. Furthermore, these influences are stronger in children of low-income families than in children from higher income families. Certainly, this type of service improves infants' language abilities regardless of the income level of their families.

This study intended to analyze whether the system of voucher system, which was introduced as a policy tool to expand social services, was dependent or evolving through the research methodology of historical institutionalism. The voucher system is being introduced to emphasize the user's focus in the existing supplier-centered service provision system, but problems with the existing system have been found so far. We found that despite the shift in welfare paradigm from the remaining welfare supply to universal welfare in the past, the company was partially following the existing supplier-centered social service system. However, We found that new instruments for establishing legal systems and the path evolution factors are now being developed and matured within the voucher system. In other words, it was possible to predict that the voucher system would become more positive and mature in the future through logical changes in the system. Based on the results of the analysis of the voucher system, policy suggestions for policy values and objectives that were initially oriented toward the system were presented.
