Objectives: In the context of competency-based education emphasized in Korean Medicine, this study aimed to develop a pilot version of a CPX (Clinical Performance Examination) Practicing Chatbot utilizing large language models with prompt engineering. Methods: A standardized patient scenario was acquired from the National Institute of Korean Medicine and transformed into text format. Prompt engineering was then conducted using role prompting and few-shot prompting techniques. The GPT-4 API was employed, and a web application was created using the gradio package. An internal evaluation criterion was established for the quantitative assessment of the chatbot's performance. Results: The chatbot was implemented and evaluated based on the internal evaluation criterion. It demonstrated relatively high correctness and compliance. However, there is a need for improvement in confidentiality and naturalness. Conclusions: This study successfully piloted the CPX Practicing Chatbot, revealing the potential for developing educational models using AI technology in the field of Korean Medicine. Additionally, it identified limitations and provided insights for future developmental directions.

In this paper, Generative AI is a technology that creates various forms of content such as text, images, and music, and is being utilized across different fields. In the security sector, generative AI is poised to open up new possibilities in various areas including security vulnerability analysis, malware detection and analysis, and the creation and improvement of security policies. This paper presents a guide for identifying vulnerabilities and secure coding using ChatGPT for security vulnerability analysis and prediction, considering the application of generative AI in the security domain. While generative AI offers innovative possibilities in the security field, it is essential to continuously pursue research and development to ensure safe and effective utilization of generative AI through in-depth consideration of ethical and legal issues accompanying technological advancements.

Navigational equipment standardization mode is a function which is used to standardize key functions, screen display and operation method of major navigation equipment. This is aimed towards to quickly and accurately checking information relevant for safe navigation. Currently, the International Maritime Organization is working on the development of guidelines for the application of navigational equipment in the standardized mode to the task of NCSR Sub-Committee. This study was conducted to investigate users' opinions and preferences in the application of standardization modes and to reflect them in the development of guidelines. In addition, the test program was designed to investigate user preferences for ECDIS among the navigational equipment, such as the types of information and functions that are necessary or preferentially required to perform navigational duties, and the screen configuration. In the study, 333 preference surveys were conducted in 35 countries using a web - based test program. ECDIS users confirmed the content and screen layout of their preferred ECDIS information when conducting navigation duty. The results of the study are significant as they contribute to the development of effective guidelines by presenting user requirements to be considered in the standardization mode.

There is a lack of knowledge and information on the understanding and application of the Process Safety Management (PSM) system, recognized as a major cause of industrial accidents in small-and medium-sized workplaces. Hence, it is necessary to prepare a protocol to secure the practical and continuous levels of implementation for PSM and eliminate human errors through tracking management. However, insufficient research has been conducted on this. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed the various violations in the administrative measures, based on the regulations announced by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, in approximately 200 small-and medium-sized PSM workplaces with fewer than 300 employees across in korea. This study intended to contribute to the prevention of major industrial accidents by developing a facility maintenance web program that removed human errors in small-and medium-sized workplaces. The major results are summarized as follows. First, It accessed the web via a QR code on a smart device to check the equipment's specification search function, cause of failure, and photos for the convenience of accessing the program, which made it possible to make requests for the it inspection and maintenance in real time. Second, it linked the identification of the targets to be changed, risk assessment, worker training, and pre-operation inspection with the program, which allowed the administrator to track all the procedures from start to finish. Third, it made it possible to predict the life of the equipment and verify its reliability based on the data accumulated through the registration of the pictures for improvements, repairs, time required, cost, etc. after the work was completed. It is suggested that these research results will be helpful in the practical and systematic operation of small-and medium-sized PSM workplaces. In addition, it can be utilized in a useful manner for the development and dissemination of a facility maintenance web program when establishing future smart factories in small-and medium-sized PSM workplaces under the direction of the government.

Considering constantly increasing number of internet users and information-oriented society with high speed internet network, the application of computer technology is considered to be valuable in urban planning. Particularly, since using Geographic Information System (GIS) is expected to be the best method to convey the information related to the urban planning. Therefore, this study aims at the development of participation system by using GIS and Internet. The system consists of Basic Module, Disposal Module and Decision Support Module. Each module is designed for expressing planning information and processing database, opinion statement and convenience of citizens, and the effectiveness of administration process and decision making. These are connected each other in a basic and simple form, i.e. Java Script and HTML, and the system was realized through data process, Map date and PostGIS for Mapping, and PHP. Last but not least, this system has been tested on the internet and the result indicated its convenience and availability in actual use concluding that participation system has enough application value on urban planning process.

Presented method that can choose advertisements of relevant tributary through this result and provide personalized advertisement service by applying process such as user inclination analysis in advertisement chosen.

USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) is a core infrastructure that makes come true the u-life in the ubiquitous society through various services of area such as u-city and u-Health. Therefore, we need to reseach about the domestic standards to establish the core technique of USN. Currently, the status of USN standards is most of technical standard and reseach that are technology for sensor node implementation and a protocol for energy-efficient communication and interlock with existing network. But, Standard and reseach for sensor network, integration management of heterogeneous sensor networks for USN application, sensing data management and USN database structure definition such as application and middleware are weak level. In this paper, we researched for standard development of the domestic sensor network service and relevant standard analysis to configure SWE(Sensor Web Enablement) of OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium) for standarded plattform technoloy in part of the middleware. Also we researched that it's a connection between domestic TTA (Telecommunications Technology Association) standards and SWE Standard. Finally, we researched for standard service plattform architecture on sensor network through analysis on the possibility of applying OGC-based services platform.

Recently, people with disabilities also search for and collect information from the web through smart devices, and save collected information on smart devices or take notes. For non-disabled people, various memo applications are provided on the market, so it is more convenient to choose according to their preference. However, existing memo services are limited for use by blind people due to the importance of visual information. The problem with blind people when using smart devices is that the screen is not recognized, so it is not possible to check in which location the menu of the application exists. In addition, it is difficult to input and manipulate text, and systematic file management and control are not possible. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the development of voice memo service that blind people can use only voice and hearing information and can operate menu with Bluetooth remote controller. We will develop a system that includes a comprehensive voice file management function for storing, searching, playing, and deleting files, rather than simply storing voice files.

Taipei Water Management Office (TWMO) is one of the eleven district offices in Water Resource Agency. Water management is the top priority to be pursued both on daily management and long-term management at TWMO. There are five departments to perform a wide range of tasks in addition to water management. All management prescriptions are simply to provide sustainable clean water for about four millions population in Taipei. TWMO has gone through 16 years experience of development and implementation of GIS in water management. The objectives of this paper are to provide the major ingredients of successful and operational GIS for water management. The five departments at TWMO have performed tasks such as city planning, construction management, forest management, land use enforcement, soil and water conservation, water quality monitoring and protection, garbage collection, and sewage disposal management. Data base creation was one of the major jobs to be done. Update of data base has to be done on a daily basis. Computers, its peripheral, and software are essential for GIS developed at TWMO. Know-how and technical skill on computers and GIS for every technician are contributing significantly such that GIS can be implemented on most of jobs performed at TWMO. Implementations of GIS have been pursued by application modules on a task-oriented basis. Application modules are simple, easy to use, and menu driven with only Chinese. Web-based and mobile GIS are the new components that make water management at TWMO stay on the right course. To solve problems encountered in water management by GIS at TWMO can be easily and user-friendly may be the most important experience.

The results of the study include a computerized system and a systematic Process model for risk management and analysis. This study analyzes the present status of risk management in the construction industry, and then suggests reasonable methods for improved risk management plans. This study defines risk management procedures as preparation, identification, analysis, response and management to manage potential risks In the construction project. The modules for computerizing this system consist of planning, construction, application of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and RBS (Risk Breakdown Structure), and risk analysis. The method logy for analyzing construction risk uses fuzzy theory, and the scope of developed system is focused to the contractors. The risk management system suggested in this study operates on the Internet, for providing contractors with a useful risk management tool by online system, with web-based menus that is helpful for practical application.
