The core of this study is to review South Korea's individual-driven training scheme, identify factors hindering elderly participation, and derive implications to support their retention and participation of the elderly in the labor market. This study focuses on population aging, examining the National Lifelong Learning Card system and the current employment insurance scheme, both initiatives of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, to assess the status and issues surrounding elderly participation in vocational training. Based on this analysis, the study seeks to derive policy measures and academic significance to promote elderly participation in vocational training. Based on this analysis, the study aims to derive policy measures and academic significance to promote the participation of older adults in vocational training. The findings emphasized the importance of employment retention for elderly and highlighted the need for vocational training tailored to the specific characteristics of each individual, along with the necessity for professional life-career consulting. Based on these findings, the study proposed recommendations to promote self-directed training among elderly, including enhancing the diversity of vocational training to meet individuals' varied needs, implementing lifelong vocational training programs from a life-cycle perspective, creating age-friendly workplaces at the national level, encouraging individual-driven training participation for the self-realization of elderly, and strengthening the linkage between employment counseling and vocational training for elderly.

This research was conducted to evaluate economic & non-economic performance of the National Authorization System of Private Qualification. After the Private Qualifications had the National Authorization, acquisitors have been helped related to the job-seeking compare to private certification's acquisitors, but promotion and wage of acquisitors were not about economic performance. Non-economic performance was lowed like satisfaction of job and improvement of special competence. However fear of current employment have been relieve throughout national authorization.

This study explored the application of the NFT-based Learn-and-Earn model in metaverse vocational education and training. Through expert interviews, Delphi analysis, and AHP analysis, the study evaluated considerations and importance of L&E model operation, NFT technology application, course history and certification management, teaching media copyright management, and platform-related issues. Based on the results, the study suggested the need for performance measurement, infrastructure establishment, institutional arrangement, and ethical issue response when utilizing the L&E model.

The purpose of this study is to prepare a plan to activate vocational training through a company-customized qualification system that meets the needs of the industry and responds promptly to changes in the external environment and trends. The BRIDGE 3.0 model was presented as Establishment of qualification system based on education and training result certification, a customized qualification operation system based on local companies by setting the qualification system as a strategy centered on companies that are consumers. In this study, HRD-NET (http://hrd.go.kr), a vocational and training integrated computer network operated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, is used to confirm whether job training information required by job seekers is being provided smoothly The question bulletin board was extracted using 'R' program which is optimized for big data technique. Therefore, the effectiveness, appropriateness, visualization, frequency analysis and association analysis of the vocational training system were conducted through this, The results of the study are as follows. First, the issue of vocational training card, video viewing, certificate issue, registration error, Second, management and processing procedures of learning cards for tomorrow 's learning cards are complicated and difficult. In addition, it was analyzed that the training cost system and the refund structure differentiated according to the training occupation, the process, and the training institution in the course of the training. Based on this paper, we will study not only the training system of the Ministry of Employment and Labor but also the improvement of the various training computer system of the government department through the analysis of big data.

This paper examined the impact of student loan on job search duration, explicitly considering the type of student loan. The data was collected from Korean Education & Employment Panel (KEEP) study released by KRIVET. The survival analysis shows the following two patterns. First, the students who used the student loan with guarantee tended to have longer job search duration of job search. Second, the students with the income contingent loan tended to have shorter job search duration to end up with lower wage.

The study reviewed the properness of a present job field with 26 items so that the classification system of the national technical qualification can meet the needs of the industrial structure and the technical changes of the 21st century. In addition, it aimed not only to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the management and operation of the national technical qualification system but to design a new classification system of the job field to stimulate qualification holders' employment. For the purpose of this study, materials and data relevant to the national technical qualification system were comprehensively collected and analyzed. Besides, a new job field with 13 job items was proposed in this study on a basis of the collective advice of experts on the properness of the job field in the national technical qualification system.

The purpose of this study is to explore the perception to Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and General Higher Education (GHE) of students, teachers and TVET institutes' directors in Cambodia. As a research method, the study conducted the focus group discussions at Regional Technical Centers in the five representative regions from May to June in 2019. The result was TVET graduates have better chance with linkage in the labour market than GHE graduates through skill-focused curriculum and public private partnership between institutions and enterprises in Cambodia. The study recommend to implement a national strategy to improve the status and awareness of technical skills related jobs and the career pathways for the technical skill level courses.

The purpose of this study is to propose a method of designing a systematic panel survey at the institutional level to lay the foundation for data-based decision-making using vocational training teachers and instructors as the population. In this study, the target population and sampling frame, which are the main elements necessary for planning a panel survey, are proposed. Also based on expert advice and empirical data analysis, the sampling unit and sampling method taking into account the outer and inner variables are presented, comprehensively considering the representativeness of data, the efficiency and sustainability of data collection. As a result of the study, with the unit of the panel as a vocational training institution, a two-stage stratified proportional sampling plan is proposed so that the institution selected as the panel and the vocational training teachers and instructors belonging to the institution can participate in the survey. Based on this, implications for the panel survey sample design are presented.

This study aims at understanding the current situation of quality assurance on technical qualification that can take the initiative in developing human resources in a technical field and exploring a scheme for improvement. To achieve this goal. the method of quality assurance was examined, the current situation, problems and needs on technical qualification, and foreign cases on the method of quality assurance were analyzed. Based on this. the study proposed the methods of quality assurance on technical qualification and operating system and a follow-up program on technical qualification items. The collection and analysis of the relevant materials, a survey targeting qualification holders and personnel managers in industries as respondents, expert consultations, face-to-face interviews of experts and qualification holders in the technical industry to reflect their opinions were applied for the methodology of the study.
